7 months agoNice people to do business with. Professional and friendly. I thought I was missing a Package, the manager went out of her way to pull the video of my husband picking it up. As soon as I saw the package in the video I knew which one it was in my garage!2 months agoWent in 2 minutes before closing to drop off two packages today, I was aware they aware about to close and was apologetic about it upon entering. Neither the blonde lady nor the balding guy with brown facial hair greeted me and were completely dry with their interaction.As soon as we left at 6:03pm, I had a vantage point from the parking space in front of the store and I saw the guy literally throw my package towards the ground.
Unfriendly vibes at this location, was not even going to leave a review but literally saw my package being thrown to the ground, not dropped, but thrown right after I left.
Management, please review footage at around 5:58pm – 6:04pm on this day to get a customer point of view.

4 months agoCOMPLETELY INEFFCIENT !!!!, there s no cell or wifi connection here??. The business knows this, “go walk over to Vons, maybe you can connect there” !!! This is UPS service, have a customer wifi connection. – 10 . I waited 30 minutes, then had to text message personal information to a staff member. and i had several copies sent their email, nothing connected, very frustrating.. But the Staff was polite.a year agoI had an order for just 3 pages of legal documents that were time sensitive and needed right away. I get the email saying they are done. I go to the store and was told “my manager prints those out and she didn’t leave them out” I ask what time she will be back…. tomorrow at 10? Why did I get an email to come in and pick it up if they are not even in the store?!? Only the manager prints stuff out so they can’t even print them again! Thank you ups store for wasting my time.Thank you for responding to my review. When I first wrote it. I was given an option to have them printed out. I was just given a “tough luck shrug”. I left came back and was helped by a different employee. I asked if I can send the docs to the store. And they did print them out for me for free. However, it was the wrong size. So I had to come back the next day and get them printed again at the correct size and those I paid for. At the end of the day I was able to get what I needed so I updated my score.
3 years agoI wanted to write my feedback specifically because of the great customer service I received in this UPS store. The guy working here is so awesome and very polite. I had to avail notary services and ship the documents to passport office, he has been helping through the process, so I could complete the tasks within 10 mins. Two folks working here are able to notarize the documents which is an added advantage. I visited 2 other nearby UPS stores but the notary wasn’t available. Here I was able to notarize the documents in my both visits without any delay. Thank you so much.

I’ve used this store for years and they have been excellent. I understand things happen but when a package I sent that was unfortunately vital it reached the place timely was lost for 45 days, the manager just couldn’t have cared less. It’s such a slap in the face when someone is so rude when a simple “Oh I’m so sorry” really would have done it. She didn’t like me getting angry which I can understand but you sent me a package delivered email when it wasn’t until 45 days later . It has to be the most rude refund offer I’ve ever received and I won’t be stepping foot in there again. You can keep it. Time to ship from Fed Ex. BEWARE she was more angry than I was seriously.
Super help, very attentive , helped me get my birthday card perfect ! Joanne was helpful but edward got everything perfect for me !
I went in with a few boxes and the woman, I think her name was Pamela was so helpful and patient, giving me advice on how to ship my boxes. She went above and beyond in helping me.
I use UPS often and I always go the the same location I am always greeted with a friendly smile . Everyone at this location is really helpful and are always willing to answer any questions . Thanks Pamela and the UPS Team you guys are the best !
I have been using this UPS store for years! When I left the neighborhood and moved 15 minutes away I tried one closer to my home thinking all UPS stores would be the same -nope! This location has friendly, courteous customer service, they advise me on my best options, and move through customers quickly without sacrificing services. I choose to drive to this location because of their customer service! Other UPS stores should take note!
