7 months agoAssociates were quite pleasant the store front was clean and the area was safe. They helped promptly with my returns and helped me with my printing (even after I messed it up the first time) – very patient with me. Kudos to this ups store and associates. Specific shoutout to Katlyn who was the one who helped me.4 months agoI have been using this store for about 2 years. I have mailed and shipped some things , but the main thing I use them for is making copies. And it has been a year where I have needed an unbelievable amount of copies. Eric And Victor are Exceptional employees with an A ++++ Grade in Customer Service. There skills go above and beyond. And there Hard Word and Kindness did NOT go unnoticed by me. These 2 young men Are A major Asset to this Store. Sincerely , Susan Henson3 months agoI highly recommend this store. They’ve always been super helpful with all my Amazon returns and other services. A Quick Tutorial on Shipping Packages via UPS Store in Las Vegas NV
Shipping a package using UPS Store is a convenient way to send your items securely and efficiently. Here are some simple guidelines to follow:
- Package your item properly: Use a sturdy box or packaging material to ensure that your item is well protected during transit. If needed, use bubble wrap or packing peanuts to provide extra cushioning.
- Choose the right box size: Select a box that is appropriate for the size of your item. Avoid using boxes that are too large, as this can increase shipping costs and may result in damage during handling.
- Seal the package securely: Use strong packaging tape to seal all the edges and seams of the box. Make sure there are no openings or gaps where the contents could potentially fall out or get damaged.
- Prepare the shipping label: Fill out the shipping label accurately with the recipient’s address, your return address, and any other necessary information. Make sure the label is clear and easy to read.
- Consider insurance: If the contents of your package are valuable or fragile, it is recommended to purchase shipping insurance for added protection. UPS Store offers various insurance options to suit your needs.
- Visit a UPS Store location: Take your packaged item to a nearby UPS Store. The staff will assist you in completing the necessary paperwork and selecting the appropriate shipping method.
- Choose the shipping method: UPS Store offers a range of shipping options, such as UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS 2nd Day Air, depending on the urgency of your shipment. Select the method that best fits your requirements.
- Pay for shipping: The UPS Store will calculate the shipping cost based on the size, weight, and destination of your package. You can pay for shipping using cash, credit/debit card, or a UPS account.
- Get a receipt: Once you have paid for the shipping, make sure to ask for a receipt. This receipt will serve as proof of shipment and will include a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your package.
Shipping your package through UPS Store ensures that your items are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner. By following these guidelines, you can have peace of mind knowing that your package is in good hands.

We had to return shoes and printed label out at library so we weren’t fully prepared when we walked in. As the kind lady if she could tape the label for us and she went ahead and printed our receipt and said she’d take care of it for us. So we basically didn’t have to stand there longer then necessary. Wonderful service.
I’ve had a mailbox at this UPS Store for so long, I’m not even sure when I got it. Certainly over 15 years ago, which is an excellent indication of how satisfied I am with the service I receive. I have packages sent there, I’ve had printing done, documents notarized and more. And I have never had any complaints in all of that time. Everything works exactly the way it should and the prices are very reasonable.
Now,after all these years, I have to close the box and they offered to keep it open another month to make sure I knew I was getting no more mail there. That is far above and beyond service I have gotten anywhere. So I can highly recommend it to anyone who needs a mailbox or other services offered at that location.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. THEY ARE THIEFS AND SCAMMERS. The worst service. Came in with a no box required return for amazon, and the first thing the owner said was she could not accept it if it was not packaged and labeled and proceeded to tell me she could sell me the packaging for each item and the tape to attach the labels. Had been here before, and she also tried to charge me $20 to print a one page document I needed notarized aside from charging me for the notarization. Avoid this place like the plague.
Ladies behind the counter tell patrons to go ahead and park un the disabled hashmark area.
I’m disabled. And can never get parming.
Every single time I go to this post office I have a terrible experience. I blame myself, because I have kept coming back, but this is the last time.
The lady with the short hair (I don’t know whether she is the owner, the manager, or a staff member, but I sincerely do not care) is not fit to work with customers. I have no idea how they can afford being so rude considering the amount of competition out there. You are not doing people a favor and you should be grateful every time someone walks in because without customers you would be out of business.
Today I needed to print a shipping label. I emailed it to them and they printed it. I was charged $3. I just paid 2 dollars last week to print over 10 pages at the same store. You do the math. Then, I ask to purchase a box and this same lady comes out with a box which is bigger than what I need. I ask if she has a smaller box and she says no— I guess she assumes I have never been to another post office before and proceeds to tell me rudely that the size of the box does not matter. Then, she charges me $8 for it. Again, my fault, as I could have gotten a box from the Dollar Tree next door.
Finally, she goes on to tell me that the shipment will take a few days. She cannot, as usual, tell me how long. As per the tracking number, they “have not received my package yet”. What did she do with it? I guess I’ll find out eventually.
This is not about the money. This is about the fact that they think they can rob you blind while treating you like garbage in the process. This is not the first time this woman treats me poorly.
I have news for you: There is a Post Office almost in every plaza now, dear.
I will make sure to tell everyone I know how terrible the service is here so that they do not spend a dime in this place.
