a week agoHad a wonderful experience today! Needed a one stop shop and this location was it. Needed a document printed, notarized, emailed, and sent overnight delivery. All of this was accomplished quickly and professionally. Bri and her staff are superb and I will be back.5 months agoSent a painting two-day overnight in December, and it was lost (never left the distribution center in Omaha). The clerk who processed my order did not ask me the value of it, so it was incorrectly listed as $100, when it should’ve been $600. I am STILL waiting for my reimbursement more than three months later. The manager I speak to is very helpful each time, but it seems like she’s fighting a bunch of red tape. I’ve been told many times that my payment is on the way or that the owner is responsible for issuing refunds checks, and yet, no check has arrived. After I repainted the piece, I shipped it with FedEx-arrived without issue.3 weeks agoI’ve had a lot of Amazon returns lately and this is my go to place for it! Very easy and convenient. A special thank you to Brianna and Lorenzo for always being helpful with my shipping needs.4 months agoThis store has been dragging their feet on calling back for a box that was damaged and everything was stolen from the box. We have been waiting almost 5 months for a call back from anyone. Everyone always says the manager isn’t working today. We have now been told the box was damaged when dropped off (excuse me, why would I send a damaged box) and now they won’t pay for shipping fees or for the insured products. Unreal. I’ve been going here for 8 years as it’s a local ran UPS but will be taking business elsewhere now.

They delivered my package to my mailbox which is illegal. The post office then took the package and I can’t get them back. Train your drivers appropriately!!
Most horrible shipping company ever. Absolutely no help whatsoever with anything. Customer service may as well not even exist. You call and try to get a actual person and it just gives you the runaround and finally just hangs up on you. The customer support center is still that same trash number. Who do contact? None of the Ups stores can help yet they are the only ones with direct numbers. They carry the Ups name but thats it.
Terrible service. Customer service stated an attempt was made. Said the driver couldn’t find the building. I live at an apartment with the Building number displayed clearly on the front AND back side.
My parents went to this store to ship something to me while I am traveling out of state. My mom said, “Got lucky by getting lots of help from UPS clerk at 33rd and Cornhusker main UPS drop and the UPS shipping store on north 27th. I want to send a complimentary comment to the clerks at Store #3345 (JaWon & Jayme)!!! “. :D. Thank you!!
Our business does not open until 1pm. Our hours are posted on every door. Yet they frequently deliver outside of our business hours and send our shipment back to sender. You can’t call to remedy this becuase they have an automated phone system that just dead-ends you unless you can guess the magic combination of lies to tell to get it to connect you to a human.
