4 weeks agoI had many Amazon returns and the General Manager Ayana was an absolute delight. She was very patient and calm and worked with me. She definitely deserves a raise. Best UPS experience I have ever had to date.4 months agoI never thought I would say this, but I actually had a blast at the UPS Store! The staff was hilarious and had me laughing so hard, I forgot I was there to ship a package.They were quick, efficient, and made the whole shipping process a breeze. And let’s not forget about the free tape! Who doesn’t love free tape?
I also appreciate their sense of humor when it comes to labeling packages. I asked them to write “Handle with Care – I’m fragile, like a celebrity’s ego” on my box, and they did not disappoint. It definitely gave the UPS driver a good laugh when he picked it up.
Overall, if you want to have a good time while shipping your packages, the UPS Store is the place to be. Five stars for the entertainment value alone!
5 months agojared is slow and can’t speak. tried to keep my contact that’s i was mailing. failed to tell me i needed a box for them and i had to pay for the label. the girl that works there tried to say she is the owner she isn’t the owner is a man. future reference lady that’s not how you solve a customer service issue. they have several young staff. this isn’t the first time i’ve had an issue with them. they are sensitive and lack customer service skills required to run a successful business do not go into this business i have been in here so many times never coming back ever again.2 weeks agoStore was closed during business hours for rug cleaning. I worked retail for many years and stores do their maintenance work after hours so it doesn’t impact customers. Needless to say, I’m going to a different UPS store from now on. Laaaaaaame2 months agoClerk showed up 30 minutes late to open store and I was waiting inside the mail box room. She tells me to go outside cause the store is not open. I said the door was open and I didn’t feel like waiting in the 100 degree heat cause she was late. No apology,insolent and condescending.

Literally THE WORST. Their drivers LIE! They dropped off my new $1,100 laptop at a different apartment and told me they left it on my doorstep. I couldn’t find it and the next day the driver came and knocked on my door and told me he never came to my building or floor. He then went back to the UPS store and told management that he found me and I was waiting for him and he gave me my package the second time. They won’t let me file a claim and the seller won’t either. So now I’m just out $1,100. NEVER order anything through UPS unless you don’t care about not receiving it.
Received a $36 item shipped from China that cost $10 to ship it to me via UPS. The item wasn’t what I wanted, so I put the iten back in the same small bubble envelope and went to UPS. I asked the clerk for the cheapest rate to return the package. The clerk measured the same envelope that it came and said that it would be $205. I laughed and said, “Seriously?” I asked how the vendor could ship it to me for $10, but I can’t return it for the same price. She just shrugged her shoulders and said that’s the price to ship it.
I realize the vendor ships lots of packages, so they probable get a big discount, but come on $10 vs. $205. What a ripoff! I donated the item and didn’t return it. I’m obviously not paying $205 to return a $36 item.
And no, I couldn’t find the item being made in the United States, that’s why I bought one made in China.
Came in today tracking a lost package that was delivered to the wrong address. Trey helped us locate the package and while we still do not have it in hand, he went above and beyond to make sure he did everything he could to help us. Hard to find customer service like that anymore and we really appreciated his time and efforts!
The absolute worse pathetic delivery company I’ve ever dealt with! The delivery driver claims he dropped my package off to my front door (no proof), my package ended up at my neighbors house!!!!!! thank goodness my neighbor is honest because if not, i would’ve wasted money. I called the call center and that was a JOKE! I had to reiterate several times how I wanted to speak with a supervisor……. Long story short I was snubbed and received a call from the Mesa facility and they sent a driver out to my door who was rude condescending and disgusting! He made mention that it’s not his fault my package was delivered to the wrong address because it was hot and he was delirious from the sun LOL maybe UPS should put AC in their trucks or teach their drivers how to read addresses properly!
I wish I caught the front office lady’s name on July 20th around 9:15 AM. She was extremely friendly and helpful to me and the other patron in the lobby. I was dreading going there to try and retrieve a package, and she was so lovely and helpful. I left the office with my box and sat in my car, admiring her excellent customer service. I hope this message reaches her. People are not rewarded enough for great service and she delivered that.
