in the last weekWalked in with three Amazon returns. Two weren’t in a box. He told me he would have to charge me $20 each for the two that weren’t in the box. I went to another UPS store on NW 50 and May, and he said I could have put them in a bag for $0.64. So unless you enjoy donating your hard earned money to these dishonest, uncaring people…id highly recommend another UPS STORE!a month agoI live 50 miles away from a ups store. Amazon advertises just take your packages and they will box and label them. I happened to be in the area and needed to drop off two packages I had one label two boxes and the guy said this is only one label these have to be packaged together. I said can’t you do it and he says no you have to box them together. I never was able to return. I tried kohls access points then Amazon was gonna charge 88 dollars from my refund so I cancelled. This guy cost me 232 dollars.4 months agoThe guy at the front counter was incredibly sarcastic and rude to my mother for asking a simple question. Also, telling your customers not to use the post office is both ridiculous and unprofessional. Especially when UPS tried to change me $70 to ship, post office did it for $12. The lady told me I was not the only person that day to come in and complain about the same guy.3 months ago“I walked into the store to return a package. I was having difficulties in pulling up the shipping label from my phone to print out. The staff was very patient and very helpful , she walked me through the steps and helped me get my package ready for return. I am very pleased with the service I received.a month agoIn a world where the word service is rarely seen this UPS store has it. I have been there twice now. People are polite and know what they are doing. Proud of you people.

After paying for a label to ship my package, I understood paying for a box of course the box was 16$ no problem. What they don’t tell you is they charger you another 44$ to put your ONE item in the box and to tape it up. This is the most ridiculous thing i’ve heard. Not only did i spend money on the label but got charged another 60$ just for the box. Great job taking my money
Ranjit & Yazmin were both so helpful, patient and went above & beyond to help me accomplish what i needed. I give these 2 employees each a 5 Star. The store also was very clean. Great job UPS in Moore
I wanted to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Ranjit – he retrieved a package for my elderly mother that was being sent to scammers. Ranjit went out of his way to call corporate office to get a return label and then kept assuring me everything was going to be OK . He deserves all the praise and this store is lucky to have him !!! Thank you again !!
Wow, I’ve used this UPS store a hundred times for notary services. I walked in today at 4:52 the girl at the front desk told me “the person that does our notary isn’t here.” Well that guy standing in the back of the room looks real familiar. Just like the guy who notarized papers every week. When I looked back towards him, she told me “we only do that service until….” She looked at her watch and noticed it wasn’t 5:00 yet. She didn’t know what to say but she sure wasn’t going to ask him to come notarize papers 7mins before 5:00.
This is the best place I’ve ever gotten my mail at they help every time I come in there, courteous prop, efficient, and I can highly recommend them.
