Cheers and GOD Bless!!5 months agoI had to pick my package 📦 up due to missing Suite #. After I added modifications to address the delivery said address error missing suite. So I was able to arrange pickup. Drove 30 minutes to customer center at 115pm to see a sign when I arrived that it closes at 1pm and you can only pick up a package 📦 between 730 pm -8pm. Bedtime hours….. well I went back at 730 and it did work out at that time.5 months agoI came 2 min after the customer hub closed (I had no idea it closed at 1pm) and they still were willing to help me! I was so grateful. Thank you kind man!! There needs to be more people like you in the world!8 months agoApply to the delivery helper. We’re scheduled to come to the orientation/ onboarding to arrive at 8:00 a.m. and I live in Hemet, California. That’s a reasonable distance to drive to only be told that there was supposed to be an email sent out to correct the original email stating to be there at 8:00 a.m. for anyone who had applied for delivery helper to come back in at 3:00 p.m. that same day. I couldn’t attend because I already had other obligations cuz I already had my day planned. So being hired on was like annoyingly frustrating. You would think being a company that is worldwide would be efficient in communication. But this is not been the case since I’ve worked for this company. Since day one.3 months agoAwesome place? What an incredibly rude experience by management at this location. I came here previously for fingerprints and the employee that assisted me at the time was excellent; come to find out and surprise surprise she no longer works there. Appointments can apparently only come Monday-Friday when someone certified is present. Instead of the manager presenting herself to explain that no one is qualified to log in to a kiosk she proceeds to continuously yell from the back room as if I can properly hear her while her employee is speaking to me. How is it professional to continue yelling from a back room rather than present yourself to relay the information? I had to go all the way to Chino where the employee there was excellent and explained that certification is required to be a member of management and the steps are quite easy to do so. Seems like management at this location can’t be bothered to act professionally and service customers properly.
Quite unfortunate that you can no longer drop off Amazon returns without paying a $1 AND packaging it yourself. This went into effect June 1st. I guess I’ll be visiting other UPS stores to utilize Amazon returns as well as my other shipping needs.
I’ve been coming to this location for years for copies and shipping needs. No longer. As of June 1, 2023 they now charge $1 for a piece of tape to close my Amazon box. I went today and forgot to put a 1 ft piece of packing tape on before I left the house. I figured they could help me out because that’s what a helpful local place would do since it wouldn’t even cost them a penny for the service. The saleswoman informed me of the new rule. I don’t understand this thinking…charge me $1, the company now will be charged a fee for me using my credit card which nearly negates their income. All your business gets in the end is a frustrated non-returning customer. I’ll go 1 mile away to the other UPS location from now on. Nickle-and-diming their customers shows they don’t value their customers.

After working at this store, the associates are wonderful, it’s the store owner that is the issue and unfortunately this comment came from most of my customers. I was someone that covered for others being sick, working from 7:45 am till closing, 6pm, where I would only get one 30 min break because there wasn’t enough staff. I would get complimented all the time for my hard work, effectiveness, and efficiency even with my customers stating this straight to the owner only for her just to say, ‘ok’. Also in my time working here, because I was alone working by myself in the morning, I would get harassed by certain customers. I’ve been kissed on the neck by a customer and after telling this to the owner and the manager, no serious action was taken. Then another incident happened where another customer kissed me on my head, again it was brought up to the owner and again no serious action was taken. I would be by myself in the morning from 7:45 am till whenever my coverage came in at 9:30 or 10am, and I would feel SUPER uncomfortable with some customers that would comment on how pretty I was and ‘should wear make up to make my eyes pop.’ This comment made me feel so uncomfortable it made me want to quit. This incident happened just with in this last week of my employment with the UPS store, the first week of August. Other comments from my customers about this store,’ Im going to the alessandro store because they are customer friendly.’ ‘Your manager has an attitude problem.’ ‘Your store owner doesn’t know what she is doing.’ The most common one I got from my regulars were, ‘if you are no longer working here, I won’t come back.’ I take pride in providing excellent customer service, and it pains me to have to quit this ups store all because of the legality of how the store is ran.
