in the last weekHad an appointment here to get some documents notarized. Made the appointment days in advance. My mom drove all the way across town to be closer to me to get this done but she has limited mileage in her electric car. Walked in and were told that they didn’t have anyone on site despite making an appointment and that maybe someone would be in at 3pm, we were there at 1pm. They said they didn’t know why we were able to schedule it online as they don’t usually have one. We were told to drive all the way to Campbell and Broadway where they would have one. Got there and while they did have one the lady running the shop said the shop at grant and alvernon is their sister shop and her husband would have normally been there but he was “sick” that day. Got two different stories as to why no one was there for our appointment. If he was truly sick though I would think we should have gotten a phone call letting us know before we all showed up. Had to drive my mom back to grant and alvernon after going to the boradway location. Don’t count on anything you schedule here to happen at this location. Poor performance, poor communication and poor service. This is unacceptable……6 months agoThe employee working was very friendly and helpful with my Amazon returns and directing me to a location for something else I needed that they didn’t carry.2 months agoWe had sent a package that was supposed to be overnighted across the country to it’s destination by 10:30 am the next day. Well, it was stuck in Kentucky due to the plane having mechanical issues and did not make it there. Went to the store manager to find out what happened and he got on the phone and chewed somebody out. Told them that his customer had paid for overnight and they better figure a way to get the package to its destination. We really appreciated that he took the time to even figure out the problem to get it resolved. It did make it the following day. He even called us personally to let us know that it had been delivered. He earned this 5 star review hands up!! 🙂6 months agoMy husband and I purchased two framed pictures while on vacation in AZ. We used this store to ship them back home. The customer service at the store was excellent. The pictures were carefully packed and boxed. They arrived in perfect condition! Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend.3 weeks agosave yourself a lot of stress by going anywhere else but this place. Absolutely the worst! Incredibly slow. Four people walked out without getting help, myself included. Dysfunctional as hell. Run away!

I went in yesterday with my daughter to print out some coloring pages she has been wanting since our printer isn’t working and she has an extra long weekend this week. I honestly had no clue how it was supposed to be done when going there but Matt, I believe his name was, and the other sweet lady on shift with him helped me so much. I simply had to save the pictures, and then attach and email them to the email they provided. They took care of the sizing, printing, and even gave my daughter a big, sturdy envelope to put them in so they didn’t blow away in the wind. It was very windy out yesterday too. They were also just very sweet, professional, and amazing employees who made us feel comfortable, acknowledged, and taken care of. Very happy with our visit to this UPS location, which is conveniently located next to us, and will definitely be going here for any future needs and recommending to others. I hope the two that helped us yesterday will, at some point, be recognized for the great employees they are if they haven’t already. Thank you guys for the great customer service! It’s truly appreciated and recognized!
The UPS store went above and beyond!!! Love them! I had to return one of those easy up tent things and we had to fit it into the original packaging. I was like trying to put a baby back in the womb! But Sarah helped me for several minutes trying to get it back in. I couldn’t have done it without her. She’s a fantastic member of the team and went above and beyond! I’ll be back to this store location from now on!!!
Went in for Notary services. My document was in Spanish and the dope behind the counter said he couldn’t do it. Obviously he doesn’t know the Arizona Revised Statues. ARS 41 313 B. Look it up you goof.
Good store nice and clean knowledgeable staff they took care of my needs and I felt confident in completing what I needed to get done when I left
Jarrod started to help me do a notary then stopped and helped two people behind me, saying their time is more valuable than ours. He was nice, just bad customer service toward the three of us. Used this location many times 😞 and then the other guy comes over and says oh got to stop the notary cuz we can’t have this another long line forms behind me they shouldn’t offer notary services if they cant provide
