A customer was being waited on and didn’t have something required. The UPS representative was able to work out a solution for the customer right away. The customer said”he’d gone another place to try to send it, but that was all he got from the company he was sending it to”. That clerk from another place didn’t help the gentleman. This representative did. He calmed the man down by showing he was trying to help him. That’s how the lady before me and I heard that conversation. It takes skill and knowledge to diffuse a situation when you see it about to happen. This was about three weeks ago and the UPS worker was a black male, medium height. He has Great Customer Service Skills and knew his job well. He was helpful to each of us in different ways. I was the last to leave, so I saw him help everyone. I wrote this so the company can see on that day after 3pm, a Great Representative was in place for some weary customers. He made our day!

I went there around 2pm on a Thursday for notary services. The employees were friendly and there wasn’t any line (there were only two other customers there and three employees).
The notary services went up to $10 and there is a $5 fee for an additional witness (if the document requires that). I feel the cost is fair (but it somewhat makes me wish I were certified and could make $10 in 5 minutes or less).
I can’t speak to the packing and shipping services because I didn’t use them.
I was helped by Trey and was treated like a valued customer. He obviously took pride in his job and customer service. They weren’t super busy when I went (about 11 am on Friday). I was helped immediately and efficiently. It was really nice to be assisted by someone who was friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to this store. I have been before and have not had any bad experiences. This last experience was just exceptional.
This UPS store has fallen down on a new level. I always keep my box open and tape it after I showed the items to the associate. usually all the UPS stores are happy to let me use their tape to seal the box. today, the front desk representative asked for a fee of 2.50 for me to tape my own box myself. I own a business and use mailbox with UPS at another location. I was thinking to move that mailbox to this location but now I am clear about their customer service, so no thank you I will take my business elsewhere and ask my other business colleagues to take their business elsewhere.
Elizabeth was so kind! Not realizing the time, we arrived around 4:05pm on a Saturday (after closing time) and so did another customer and she allowed us both to complete our transaction! The world needs more customer service reps like Elizabeth!
The Knollwood St. location in Winston-Salem, NC is the best UPS store around! I’m mildly biased because it is conveniently located within walking distance of my office. I have never once had a bad experience here and I visit quite often. Always amazing customer service from everyone (especially Amber).
