As far as home improvements and repairs, a new roof is probably one of the biggest home investments a homeowner will have in their lifetime (other than the initial purchase of the home). Doing it right and providing the homeowner with outstanding service should be the hallmark of any contracting service. With this in mind, and our recent experience with DaBella on replacing our roof, I would not recommend them for your roof replacement.
To say that DaBella worked like a bull in a China shop would be an understatement. After the work was done, we are now faced with damage to our home- an additional unexpected expense:
– Considerable damage to the rain gutters (several areas of being bent, dented and missing mounts), DaBella left them full of debris and nails. We cleaned out eight pounds of roofing nails in the gutters.
– Stucco and roof eave damage from hastily installed roof shingles.
– Bent open valley flashing installed. Would expect new install to be fairly pristine.
– Failed to follow GAF’s recommended install of their Cobra IntakePro product. The installation of the intake has made the front of the house appear that we are having issues with shingles lifting because of the unevenness of the install.
Roof replacement is a lifetime investment. And should be worry free, and satisfying to the homeowner. A Homeowner should not have to regret their decision on who they choose. Because regret makes you go from once being happy and proud of your home, to now seeing it as a nice home with an inferior roof replacement. I very much regret choosing DaBella.
Leon and Kevin did an inspection on our windows. They showed us our different options and were willing to work with us on pricing and financing options. There was a little bit of pressure to make a decision that day but they were very friendly, professional, and a lot of fun to chat with.
We were very impressed with their presentation and their high quality products and we will definitely be using DaBella when we are ready to replace our windows!
Tina and Derrell were punctual and very thorough in their walk through process. Spent adequate time and listened to all my needs. Was able to become a customer with peace of mind right after my appointment. Highly recommend working with this reputable company especially with their lifetime warranty on their services.
I had an initial inspection with Jonathon and it was helpful. He taught me about a few things I wasn’t aware of, and confirmed the facts/process of what I suspected already. Was very succinct in his sales pitch and tried his level best to achieve an acceptable price, including removing any frivolous work that’s not essential.
Tina is very friendly and patience with us. She want to make sure we understand since we are hard of hearing. We love our windows and the installers did a great job.
