2 years agoFull service car wash wax and hand wash option for $50 with wheels and interior. They have been as good as any other car wash in the area that does hand wash and wax. Usually takes about an hour. Mobile service is ok here and staff is friendly. Please like this review and follow me if find helpful.4 years agoWith a rating of 2.5 on Yelp and 3.2 on Google, I should have known better. I spent $150 on a interior detail and car wash but I might have as well paid $10 at the drive through car wash next door. My favorite part was when the guy who sold me the detail told me to ignore the prices listed on the signs because they were going up. Then, he started bargaining with me on the price when I told him I didn’t want to pay $189 to get my carpets cleaned. After the car wash, I noticed the seats weren’t cleaned, the center console didn’t even appear to be wiped down and the inside of the car was as dusty as it was going in. If that wasn’t bad enough they returned the wrong floor mats. I didn’t see them in my trunk until I got home. When they called me to collect the door mats they had erroneously placed in my car, they didn’t ONCE mentioned my door mats. I’m going to guess the owner of those floor mats wasn’t happy either. What is going on here? Get it together.a month agoI got an oil change and they gave a free car wash. Honestly the oil change was way too much decent place but way too much for an oil change.7 months agoOrtega Car Wash keeps my truck looking like new. Whether it is a simple wash or a full detail, they do an excellent job and the entire staff is professional and courteous. Thanks Ortega Car Wash!10 months agoMy mom brought her ado in for an oil change. The worker filled the wrong place up with oil and it was the transmission. The car made a lot of noise and stopped working in the shop. The owner yelled on the phone and said it was her fault. He was scared and called the police. The car was towed to Audi. It cost thousands to fix and the shop will not help. Mom had lost lots of time and money.

With the litany of places to get a car wash, I wouldn’t return to this place with how poor the customer experience is.a year agoI have been going here since 2019 and they always take good care of me. Very detailed about rinsing the car prior to going through the wash. If your looking for a quick reasonable car wash? Well you have found it!12 months agoNah. I went here for years when I was in high school and college. Just moved back and it’s not the same. It’s cheap, but honestly, you get what you pay for. The vacuum is always broken and the owner is incredibly rude and the wash is whatever. I’ll pay a buck extra at Costco just because they’re nice.a year agoGreat car wash with pretty awesome palm trees with shade to wait under while they detail your car! Thank you to the staff! I can’t imagine how hot it must be washing cars in this heat lately. So thank you for all your hard work!!

Referred by a trustworthy friend. Norberto encouraged me to purchase a coupon that saved me $99.00! Scheduled an appointment and dropped if off and when I came back it looked like a brand new car, spotless. Great job! This is the only place I’d take my car for excellent service. These guys are awesome:) Will definitely come back.
Laguna Niguel Car Wash has a great crew led by Valentin! The wash is professional and precise. I washed and waxed my brand new Tesla Model 3 Performance car this morning—deeply satisfied. I brought my wife’s car in the same day for a wash and wax 5 star service. The best in OC!

My car was a MESS after a 5,000 mile roadtrip to Canada. The front of my car looked like an insect crime scene/horror movie. The inside wasn’t looking too great either with food crumbs, dirt, etc. I normally don’t go all in at a carwash with their most expensive service, but I wanted “like new” and was willing to take the hit to my wallet. 3 hours later – presto – my car hasn’t looked this good since it rolled off the lot in 2019. Valentin did an amazing job. Worth every penny.
AVOID! Paid hundreds of dollars to have car detailed; all they really did was cleaned the carpets and wiped a little bit like they would normally do on a regular wash. There was no difference between the regular interior clean up and the “detail” whatsoever. Took it back to them and told/showed them about the numerous things they missed (such as seatbelts, dirt in the vents, dirt around the shifter, the entire top, the middle console, the glove compartment, the entire back cargo area), they assured us they would take care of it. Came back later and all they really did was cleaned the foot mats (which were already new and less than a month old), seatbelts, and some of the back. There was still dirt all throughout multiple places in the car. We were told that was the best they could do and were offered a free car wash since they all but refused to do a proper detail of the vehicle. This vehicle was a regular SUV it was not filthy and was not a hoarder vehicle or anything crazy. Was easy clean if the job was simply done right. They do NOT understand, nor care, about what a DETAIL means and for hundreds of dollars you can do much better hiring a mobile detail service or anyone else really. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
I’ve been going here for 12 years and I would say that roughly 4 out of every 5 full service washes I received there I can grade it an A or A-, with the 5th wash usually an B or B+.
However, my last 2 visits there have been a C and a D respectively. On the last wash there, they must have had their assignments screwed up or someone in the Line crew presumed that someone else had the responsibility because it was roughly 30 minutes to closing time.
They spent roughly 20 seconds on the front seats of the interior, simply wiping down the inside windows on the doors.
My Dash, instrumentation, center console, windshield, mirror and steering column were neglected totally, not even wiped.
Unfortunately, I didn’t recognize it until I got home and by that time it was too late because I was leaving town the next day.
I was so disappointed, especially since I know many of the workers there and they know that I tip not only the front end service guys that do the vacuuming and pump the gas, but the guys in the back end that do the wheels and the drying of the vehicle.
I don’t know if they were in a hurry or the assignment got messed up but for the $32 plus dollars you spend for a full service wash, it wasn’t worth $12.
I’m going in today or tomorrow and I will speak to the manager and see what he says. They’re usually very good about handling any concerns so we’ll see.
