2 weeks agoI just got a 2017 Chevy Traverse the car got detailed. I bought it off of Facebook market place. The Traverse was not in bad shape but I wanted it to be cleaned. For the sake that I wanted it to be cleaned. They were amazing and very timely for doing a full detailed work. I would recommend this to anyone that has kids because we all know the spills they make and everything. I am just happy to have a clean clean car!!3 months agoAll I can say is $80 is worth the express leather and car cleaning. I mean “Wow”!!!! The man to bring ur vehicle to for the detailing is Kaylen!!!! PERFECTION!!!!5 months agoReally bad experience scratched my four rims and weren’t clean and left dressing all over door panels. Payed 42 do not recommend. Just very upset with the results. Shouldn’t even deserve one start.3 weeks agoWon’t be back. Pulled up around 5:20 for an oil change. Both bays had cars, so I asked the attendant if I could get a wash while I waited. “Sure thing,” he says, “we can get you in as soon as you’re done!” Get the wash, (those guys were really great) and then pull back up to the oil change bay at about 5:45 right behind the same car that was in the bay when I pulled around for the wash. I still have the same spot in line I had before. Now the same guy wants to come out and say they’re closed and to come back tomorrow. Lol not a chance!! I would not have wasted my time if they had something posted about a cutoff time for taking new oil changes before business hours are actually over. Why say you’re open until 6 if you start turning people away before that? Absolutely pathetic. Had to leave without the oil change that brought me there to begin with.a year agoUpdate: I went back after my complaint and they re-cleaned the car. Christopher did an amazing job the 2nd time around. The first time they took about 15 minutes. The 2nd time, Christopher took nearly 45 minutes cleaning the car. It was so shiny in the end and ACTUALLY looked clean. I wish this would happen more often without having to complain.When I arrived, I specifically asked if the vehicle would be cleaned on the inside, compartments and all. The guy said yea. This is what I got back. You can see all the dust at ha I wanted to be taken care of, and the debris in the compartments. It was a complete waste of money!

3 months agoAwesome new car wash in Sherman! The car wash was super fast, yet efficient; the free vacuums and microfiber cloths were an awesome bonus! Staff was friendly and attentive. Very convenient after doing our shopping at Walmart, and then jumped right on the freeway. Will make this a regular stop!4 months agoThis beautiful car wash has been the talk of the town the past few months… I noticed it was finally open and had to stop by. It just happened to be their soft opening week. Driving onto the site was like driving into a different world. The signage is very clear and the site flow made it a very quick and easy experience.The bright colors and new/clean design had me amazed. I thought maybe it was just looks but the service was superb and most importantly the wash was excellent. You can tell when going through the tunnel that they have the highest quality machines and technology in there… It left my car the cleanest it’s ever been. The tunnel is HUGE and it has a conveyor belt that both tires ride along rather than hooking onto one of your tires like most washes.
The complementary vacuums, microfiber towels, and air blowers were great too. They had staff running around cleaning and offering assistance the entire time I was there. I bought an unlimited wash monthly subscription (**it pays for itself in two washes**!). I’ll be coming 1+ times per week this summer for sure.

3 months agoExcellent wash. The staff warmly greeted me. Detergent foams well with fresh fragrance. The vacuums have great suction and the provided towels are an added touch I’ve not seen anywhere else. Their optional membership is reasonably priced, allowing us to wash our cars as often as desired. I highly recommend Wash Masters!3 months agoSo far it’s everything I wanted and more in a car wash. If you’re a tad OCD, you’ll enjoy the fact they offer pressured air and detailing towels with their free vacuums! Better pricing than take 5, and so far the $15 option does a fantastic job. Hopefully the place holds up well and keeps offering everything they have after opening. Until now my only option was Valero gas station for car wash.2 months agoWow this was nice. Got a great FREE car wash today. Love the towels that they provide to wipe down your car not to mention free vacuum. AND WAIT THERE’S MORE….an air blower to get water out from cracks….such a great feature!!!! I’ve been here a few times now and it’s the best

This is terrible!! If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I paid for the $21 wash. The back of my car was not cleaned, let alone anything scrubbed. There was pink soap ALL OVER my white car. I understand SUVs are a pain to wash, but this is ridiculous.
This could be prevented by having the loader scrub the front bumper, windshield and back of the vehicle as they have done many times before.

After spending $25 on a wash and to have my car come out still dirty in a lot of areas. I’ll never go back. The package was supposed to include wheels, they were not washed. The tailgate came out looking horrible. And half the vacuums don’t work. I can get a better wash for under $10 from the local fast station car wash
I have had it!
This car wash continues to fail and disappoint me. Today the brush completely GOUGED my car on the roof. Through the clear coat, paint, down to bare metal. Not only did it damage my car, it never cleans the wheels ( and I pay for it?) never gets the bugs off, never cleaned the undercarriage. It’s just horrible. I’ve been a customer here for a little over 2+ years with a monthly member paying for 2 vehicles at around $60 a month. The customer service off site is a complete joke. The company reply’s to the reviews are a complete joke. This whole company is a complete joke.
Paid $21.00 for the drive through, some of the machines were not working, rinse cycle did not rinse. Water, soap, or wax spots and dirt still all over the truck. Will not ever go back!
I’ve been using this car wash for months as a member and would 100% recommend! The staff is always willing and able to help with issues and the wash is always great. Evan offered amazing service the last time I was there!!
