3 months agoOne of the best purchases I made was a foot stool from Target. The faux leather is sleek, swivels, can double as an extra seat, comfortable and is easy to assemble. The delivery option was user friendly and fast. A good buy!in the last weekI think this is one of the smaller locations in the area so I don’t feel like they offer as much. The layout of this store is also different. If you need basic household items, it’s fine but not my favorite place to shop for fun.a month agoI know I’m a big girl. I didn’t need the associate who almost plowed me over to let me know I was fat and in his way. I gave one star simply because I had to.4 weeks agoTarget is overall a good place to shop. They’ve had some marketing missteps but if you are looking for clothes, small household electrics, or snacks, this is a good place.2 months agoTarget worker Kierick (sp) at Valley West store was fantastic helping me purchase and load a chair. Most helpful Target worker in the Universe! Thank you.

a month agoAlways poor customer service at this location especially Starbucks employees. They actually deserve 0 stars. I’ve been to this location for 16 years finally writing them a review because the management really need to do their part and step in.2 months agoAppalled by lack of customer service. Tried calling the store 3 times as we purchased a product that is ‘faulty’ (won’t work at all) and no one answers the phone to discuss options. The phone rings and then cuts off. I tried 3 different departments. Tried online ‘chat’ and have been waiting > 15 mins. Guess I’m back to shopping only online.a year agoFunko Pop selection/area is always in a complete disarray. Awesome and helpful staff. One of the best and easiest retailers for making returns from online purchases. Love the on-line/drive up pickup option. Most I’ve ever had to wait after arriving is probably 4 minutes, they’re are super quick.2 months agoPretty sad that 3 items clearly marked on the shelf rang up incorrectly. Okay. That I can resolve at CS, but the fact I have to do that is annoyance enough. But the biggest grievance…having no option but to do self-checkout as all other registers were closed. I should be paid to do YOUR job. Won’t be back for a long, long time…again. See if anything changes then. Probably not.6 months agoCalled ahead because I knew the Target app is usually wrong…another inconvenience.. get told that they FOUND what I was calling in about. I get there within 10 minutes to be told they don’t have it… another inconvenience. How hard is it to go look and put your hands on an object before telling someone it has been found? Department gone? Okay, get a manager to go look for it. Walk away from the counter, came back to ask a question and at least two of the four decided to talk about it and laugh. Do your job right! This world is so crazy with how lazy people have gotten!

This has always been our neighborhood Target store. Overall, I usually enjoy shopping here, mostly just for fun. If I need something, it is usually stocked. There are definitely times the store seems wiped out and disorganized though, and that can be frustrating. Sometimes there aren’t enough check-out lanes open, but I do self check-out when I only have a few items. I like the new Cartwheel app feature for coupons.
I find target more expensive compared to Walmart but the quality is better.overall target has more healthy options in snacks and foods. I bought a sleeper sofa from target last time and it broke in 2 weeks. The return process was easy. Excellent sofa in comfort as it had firm seats and if it hadn’t broken ,I would have brought another.losts of clearance going on right now ( Oct 15) but inflation has increased prices everywhere. Staff is polite and helpful.
Went to purchase products for a friend. I saw price, took what I need and went to self service check out . After checked out, I noticed price is wrong so I went back to the shelf. Saw price, checked , took picture, went to customer service. Stood there for awhile because they are all talking. They noticed me but continued talking. Finally one person walked to cash register and asked if I have any return. I said “ no, but I just bought these products but they are wrong price. I have picture to show of location/price.” She said “let me check and I could do a return.” Another employees at the back who is standing against the wall said “ It must be a wrong price because that shelf is always wrong.” So the 1st person took her word and told me “sorry nothing I can do.” I left right after this.
Do you see issues here?
1. They only care about their conversation and don’t want to accommodate a customer AT ALL.
2. Don’t even take time to check on a product and blame on whoever that manage a shelf. She only took a word from another person and seem like just want me to get out of their way.
3. The store is a mess of every products on floor, in between shelf, in cart, etc. I understand products might put in with the wrong price but should at least make some effort to look like want to help a customer.
It’s at least $40 a piece wrong price but I have no interested to deal with some employees who show no interest to help customer. Imagine in the opposite of you have a high price value product and customers buy them in the $40 cheaper price, how much loss you will have when you have employees who doesn’t pay attention to items when they put on the shelf.
This target is the worst in customer service in the area that’s why I avoid it as much as I can.
Management might want to reevaluate their employees’s job and responsibility especially in customer service department.
Unfortunately, we had a really rude employee experience at customer service when trying to exchange diapers at the Target near Jordan Creek. We took our business elsewhere. Customer service goes a long way!
They sold pride clothes for baby’s. Which is honestly In believable. They don’t even know how to talk and you are making pride stuff for them. It is not appropriate and you should never be telling your kids about being pride or encouraging it. Also. The devil made the clothes line. As a Christian I will not be shopping there because for one. The devil is a terrible person and selling clothes that support the devil is un reasonable. And for two being gay+ is a sin. I find that it is not ok to be gay but I won’t change my actions if you are. But supporting being gay at an age where they can’t even talk. And supporting the devil is not ok. I will not be shopping there anymore.
