a month agoThey turned the cash registers normally ran by target employees into self check outs. Every single lane was a self check out. The lanes didn’t have bags on the ends and the lanes were messy. Nobody monitoring the upkeep of lanes. There was a staff member directing people to open lanes. 4 months agoDo not ever buy anything from this Target in Dearborn on Ford road. God knows what they have else expired, never did I ever see a bag of cat food this overdue. This is pure laziness, I’m disappointed. I guess Korger on top.a month agoDrive Up order service is poor. After waiting the full two hours for my order to be fulfilled I noticed several items marked as out of stock, many in the same category. I thought this was questionable so I decided to go inside the store to see if the items actually were in stock (having worked at Target I know that when an item in a pickup order is marked as out of stock it just means that the employee wasn’t able to find the item, so they marked it as Item Not Found/INF). Sure enough, I was able to find one of the items that was marked as out of stock in my order on the floor, in plain view, in its correct location, so there was no excuse to mark this item as INF. Additionally, after picking up my order and driving all the way home I realized that a pair of shoes was missing from my order but they had been marked as included in the order and I had been charged for them. Will not be returning to this location and will be visiting the Allen Park location instead. Drive Up service should not be offered if a store is not adequately staffed/trained to handle orders properly.2 months agoThis store is doing something I haven’t seen in a long time which is they’re trying something new and really pushing customers first. the remodels are very nice and they’re working on their inventory. Their inventory system clearly does not work. They are always out of most things that show as available on the app. Lastly, drive up is not quick or convenient at all. I’ve waited 15 minutes on a slow day (few people in the parking lot). What is the point of pickup when you guys never even come out? Literally the worst target ever.
The staff is very nice and I enjoy shopping here. However the lines are always long and there is often not a separate line for returns because those ladies are helping out with the long lines. They could use a few more cashiers during peak hours.
This store ALWAYS has price discrepancies and when I ask for a resolution to them, I am told that I need to go take pictures of the shelf tags to prove their error. They refuse to check the prices. So if I want my money back, I need to walk around and take pictures to prove to them they made a mistake.
The employees are rude and dismissive, prices are wrong, and the store is often a mess.
This might be my least favorite Target ever.
Always excellent service from each team member. I place an order monthly and Target SLFD Always has my order correct and drive up wait time is less than 1 minute. I am always greeted with a big smile and great service. Saturday around 2:00, I forgot an item for my drive up order. The stored store was jammed packed and they were limited cashier’s but a guy ( goatee and glasses on 6 and the beautiful lady with short blonde hair.. she had a knee injury). These two cashiers were busting their necks and butts to get the us customers out the door!
Bathrooms are ALWAYS disgusting. Shame on whoever is supposed to be doing hourly bathroom checks. Poop has been all over the toilet multiple times. Tissue & paper towel everywhere. Floors even look nasty smh.
