I came in for a wash, but after seeing the high caliber attention to detail by the crew I purchased the ultimate detail, all those little spots cracks and crevices that we just can’t get at a normal carwash, none overlooked, my detailer cleaned in the vents… Had some blemishes in my clear coat that disappeared, not a water spot on my truck and I drive a big 5500 ram professionally so i know this was a big job. We always get their basic full service and you definitely get your moneys worth. For $21 they vacuum out the whole car, spray off my all season mats, wash the car, towel dry, wash the inside windows, and wipe down the dashboard. Today I carved out a few hours for the express detail service. I noticed the detail wasn’t as pristine as previous services. But when I brought this up to the management and Dee at the front desk, they bent over backwards to make it right- they even offered me a hot dog from their customer service promotion while I waited a little longer.
I was blown away by the response, accountability, and high level of customer service. They were so committed to making sure I left with a positive experience and I hope they are rewarded for their work ethic and kindness!

I ordered an unlimited membership online and went to this location to pick up my tag. I took the printed receipt into the store and explained the purchase and that I was here to pick up the membership tag. The employee looked at me like I was speaking another language and told me that wasn’t his area of expertise. He called in the store manager, who then told me she had never completed an online order before and had to call customer care to have them walk her through the process. After all that the store manager put a membership tag number (not the actual tag that gets scanned before a wash) on my receipt and told me when I got my first carwash I would have to show my receipt to the attendant, explain the purchase again, and then have them transfer the membership number on my receipt to the new membership number they would give me before receiving my first wash. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!
This place never does a good job washing my truck. I ask them to clean my grill and tailgate, and they rarely do. I know that I can go back through, but I shouldn’t have to almost every time. Once this ultimate wash book is done, I will be looking elsewhere.
Excellent facilities for both personal and automatic full car wash. NOT full service where the interior cleaning is included. Self-service interior cleaning machines are available for a nominal fee for 8 mins.
Plenty of workers, but evidently no one wants to pay attention. Sat in line for 10 extra minutes because three teenagers need to check their phones instead of paying attention to the rotation at the three car lanes. The Middle Lane got skipped five consecutive times, and morning got done until I got there attention.
Kelsey Ginder operations manger was outstanding she went above and beyond expectations, she helped me clean out our work van at your self service station, I wish I could instill her work ethic in my managers! Thanks Kelsey keep up the good work.
