I went to this place because they had the highest rating in our area and because I couldn’t find a reputable hand car wash business in the area. I just bought my brand new 2023 Kia Telluride and figured I’d be in good hands and this happens! My rear windshield wiper almost completely snapped off!!! Jesse was incredibly helpful and explained the membership as well as go into detail about how it all works. Best part of the service was he smiled and made eye contact the entire time. Great man and incredible place to get a car wash. Definitely coming back.
My experience today was great. I just bought new wipers for my rear windshield and I couldn’t get it on. I noticed Breanna was doing trashes and asked her for assistance. She was eager to help me and was able to do it in seconds! I really appreciate her help and the wash employees as well!
Happy to be a member at this wash. Brandon influenced to get the membership and it is with it. Service is quick, customer service is top of the line and my car always comes out looking great!
Actual services are fine but one of the ladies was disrespectful when checking me in. The sign in the front upon entrance shows both lanes are available for members(one says cash, credit, and members, while the other says members only) but she continued to tell me that I was in the nonmembers line. She then just cut me off short and told me to “have a nice day” either add an actual nonmembers sign upon entry or don’t be so rude in someone who is a consistent member??
