Kids milk stains on backseat.
Left my back rear door ajar so I had to stop and close it after I got in.
I dont expect a detail but for 30 bucks at least wipe this down
7 months agoWent to get my car wash here, and as the guy was drying , my truck off and the light was shining on my truck. I noticed scratches in my paint after the truck came through the line. I told the employees talk to the manager they would not own up to the scratches from their machines. Therefore, I recommend people not to go get their car wash here cause they will not take ownership. I am a person who loves their vehicle and likes to keep it clean, I recommend anybody to go to a hand car wash or detailing shop is better than taking the value out of your car going to an auto wash. DO NOT GO HERE or any other auto wash because they will mess up your car2 months agoThe worst car wash I been to never going there again. They put 2 huge scratches on my car then denied it happened there. Saying those scratches had to have been there before I got there I say I look at this car everyday and I guarantee these huge scratches weren’t there before I came here. The owner/manager tells me there is a sign up outside that says we are not responsible for any damages done to any vehicles. Don’t bother going here if you want your car to still look new after it gets washed.10 months agoWould not recommend, went here for a car wash and detail and came back to my mirror being broken. Tried talking to him to see what happened and wanted to get a refund and he was very unprofessional and rude. a month agoI recently changed to this convent no hassle car wash. I’m a senior and I found it very easy to use their powerful vacuums. Their washing service is outstanding. And the touch less dryers really dries your car. However, there are workers at the very end to make sure your car is dried off and cleaned to your satisfaction. Plus the workers are very polite and respectful. They say “Thank you” NOT…have a good day as if they are doing you a favor.They let you know that they really appreciate your support, and I like that.a week agoRed is a arrogant crook. Canceled my membership and they keep charging my card. I will be calling bank this morning and will be contacting my friend at Channel 4 next. Terrible customer service is why I canceled. Loved this place prior to the new owners.Do NOT go here. Plenty of better and less expensive places to use.
3 months agoOverall, AMAZING service and really good for the price point. I “tested” out a few car washes and ended up opting for the unlimited car washes for a month. Single car wash starts at $7. The unlimited car wash package is $25. All the workers were nice and offered towel drying services for after the wash. They also offer windex and some other things in the vacuum area to help clean out your interior as well. I honestly can’t think of a way this could be any better. Fox who is usually there is quick and efficient with service and providing info about their car wash packages.5 months agoI had never been here before, but I tried to use the app ahead of time. Unfortunately, it would never allow me to verify my email. Nonetheless, I went right after they opened on Saturday, and although they were still getting things ready to go, I was immediately greeted and offered rags and car cleaner for the inside of my vehicle. Since I was the only customer there for almost my entire visit, I was able to take my time really cleaning and vacuuming my car (the signs say there is a 10 minute limit for vacuums so others do not have to wait around forever). Because they had been so kind and patient with me cleaning my car, I figured I would at least get a basic carwash so I could pay something for their services. But since it was my first time there, I got a complimentary car wash as well. The staff was extremely nice and efficient, and I am very happy that I went there. Highly recommend!3 months agoIve been to lots of car washes in my time, but this place by far has the cleanest environment and the best customer service! Fox was super cool he gave me an air freshener and some cleaning wipes for the inside of my car when I was vacuuming it. And they have free vacuums for customers! Everyone should check this place out.

I am not entirely sure what I paid for?? After looking at my car it doesn’t even look like you washed it. This is the 3rd time that I have gone and you didn’t even break out a brush on the front of the car! Looks terrible. I wouldn’t pay extra for ANYTHING at this wash. I have paid for the platinum all the way down to the $7. No change in the wash at all. Notice the collection of bugs on the front of the car that were never washed off….
These guys are the best, they prep your car prior to the wash to get all the bird and bugs parts off, they have multiple plans to choose from, and the most important is it’s easy to get in and out of the car wash area. Plus free vacuums! Highly recommended the monthly plans for unlimited washes each month.
The best car wash downriver! Easy access, great cleaning for removing bugs, dirt, grime. Monthly unlimited is truly the way to go, the camera knows your car license plate the gate opens and on you go to your sparkling, clean car. My absolute favorite car wash. Especially for cleaning the inside of your car also. They have vacuums, air for detailing to get those crumbs out. I recommend to everyone I see. And the owners and workers are amazing, so friendly and helpful.
I recommend going here. They have free vacuums on each side when you pull in so it’s very convenient and easy to use. There was a man inside the car wash was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back regularly!
Everyone at Pro Shine Express Car Wash are beyond wonderful. I’ve been a member of one if their plans since they opened and have always loved the services but I was exceptionally satisfied when I stopped in after our week vacation in New York. We drove there, spent the week, and then drove back. You can only imagine the bug graveyard all over my car. I felt awful for bringing my car in in such condition but without hesitation or even me asking they scrubbed and scrubbed and had my car looking beautiful all while having a smile on their faces.
