a year agoWe moved to PA two years ago. This is the only car wash I go to. Always clean. Always well kept. Everything works great for your car wash needs. Always gets busy and with good reason. It’s great the owner(s) keep it in great maintenance but the people that come here do their part and picking after themselves. Truly recomend this place. You drive up right away you see the quality of the place. Great job.a week agotried to vacuum my car twice. both times the machine took all ten of my quarters and the vacuum didn’t start. so no vacuum and I’m out 5 bucks. not cool.3 months agoI used the automated car wash and when. I entered the wash, the whole system malfunctioned. I called the number listed on the machine and the maintenance man was very helpful and resolved the issue so I was able to get my vehicle washed.9 months agoWow. Just wow. I took my car here to get it “prepped” for a lease turn in. I was prepared to pay over $100+ to get my Chevy Volt cleaned at a detailing place but couldn’t find one that was reputable.Then, I stumbled upon Downtowner Car Wash. I chose the Ultimate Package which included a wash, interior cleaning, and an even deeper interior/exterior cleaning. It was simply put–amazing. Such professionalism. Such courtesy. Even on our first “nice” day of the year, which is probably one of the highest trafficked days.
The Volt had gone through the blizzard in Chicago and Wisconsin and sat in a garage with salt/snow stains for 2 months. It now looks showroom ready. I highly recommend it over any of those places charging 100s of dollars. The 39.99 I spent was well worth the money.
9 months agoLove the new machines, yes the price went up, but in order to have better and newer machines and what not… Takes money, I think it’s fair on the prices. I recommend it very highly! ,😎

Nobody’s cards would work whatsoever. The coins were jammed. And the dryer didn’t work. $10 was wasted. For the price it is not worth it. First I pull up to the door and I try to get out of the car so they could vacuum and clean my mats, because that is the service I paid for. I was told to get back in the car and roll up my windows when I tried to tell them about it. When I got to the end I told them of the problem they did correct the situation and apologized for the misunderstanding which I am thankful for. However when I got into the car the door jams were left undone and only half of the dash was cleaned. Also my wheels were still dirty and not cleaned either. When I pay almost $50.00 for the complete package I except it to be done correctly. Overall I am disappointed in the service I received. From now on I will just go to a self-serve car wash I can save money and do a better job.
This place is the worst!!!!! $40 and everything was still dirty!! They clean my rubber mats and never vacuum under. Soap dried up all over my car. My rims left like they came in. I gave them chances like $120 worth of chances and it worst every time!! I contacted the owner and they would hang up on me. It’ll close very soon with that type of business and the nerve to have a TIP jar outside it’s pathetic!!!
It’s about the only full service, well ..close to it car wash around us. If you don’t feel like washing your car, you can get a basic drive through car wash. Note though…EVERYTHING is extra. Hand dry, wheel shine, etc and they don’t vacuum your car. If you want it vacuumed, upgrade to a more pricey wash option and then they give you a way to vacuum it..yourself but free.
Friendly staff, but the wash still left spots that needed to be wiped down. A bit expensive for the results. Maybe if the staff did a quick walk-around of each car that came out they’d get a better rating……
