3 months agoReviewing their detailing services: It was easy to schedule and I got the suv back the same day. The car was super clean, it had lots of dirt, dust, and crumbs when we brought it in. Flash Car Wash did their thing! Customer service was good. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. I’ll be back to bring our other car in.3 months agoEDIT: after posting this review I was immediately contacted by management and they were very kind and apologetic, offering to fix the issue at no cost. Updating review to 4 stars.Paid $259 for a full inside/outside detail. The inside of my dash has these streaks, clearly they rushed and didn’t clean it properly. The soap has dried and it’s now hard to see the speedometer. I called and emailed multiple times and never got a response. Now I’ll have to figure out how to take apart my dash and clean it myself. Definitely would not recommend wasting your money here.
4 months agoI’ve been a member since I bought my Toyota Highlander in 2019. The service is always excellent. The SUV always comes out clean. Have had my SUV detailed and I’m always astonished at how clean it comes out. Totally worth the price. That hard to vacuum dog hair is never a problem for the detailing team. Also, the free vacuums are certainly a plus. I especially appreciate how clean they have been keeping the area. Definitely recommend.a year agoThe unit can’t even wash the back side of my SUV correctly. I go to speak to the attendant and apparently they don’t do rewashes, I’d have to pay for another….waste of $20-. Would NOT recommend to go here. Vacs are free, but terrible suction. If I could give 0 stars I would. Didn’t even get the front windshield at all either. Went over to detailing part and Appearantly no one works in that area at that location…just strange all around. Go elsewhere.a year agoThis car wash use to be great. I waited too long for someone to attend the car wash. The manager (Tony, I think someone called him) was sitting in the window watching while the line formed behind. Had to rewash my car today and it came out with lots of soap and water still on it. Looks like they rebranded to Flash Car. Side note: vacuums are great!

2 months agoWent through the car wash at this location. At the end my mirror popped off and broke on my 2019 New Range Rover. I asked them to cover the damages since it happened during the wash. My mirror was not loose or damaged before. They saw it on video and confirmed . But didn’t want to do anything about it because they claim “it must of been loose”. Small claims court will judge who’s responsible for that.4 weeks agoDisappointed with their interior cleaning!! They didn’t do the cup holders and my dashboard wasn’t even cleaned properly. I had to ask them to give me their rag and spray so I can do it my deamn self!3 months agoDo not leave any loose change or anything of value in your vehicle before dropping off. You will never see it again! They clean out valuables but do not clean thoroughly!a year agoI bring my car almost once a day, in the winter 2 times a day. The pass works awesome as it’s unlimited! You also have options throughout the state where you can bring your vehicle for a wash! I love it!10 months agoIf I have a older vehicle that has ANY paint issues, rusting, Don’t use this. This wash has been ripping any paint bubbles open, exposing many more bad spots. WAY to ruff. Especially when it’s cold 1. those friggin super heavy wash noodles become frozen swords bashing your vehicle and 2. If something real dirty came before u, you’ll have rocksdirt sandpapering your vehicle as well. And I had the most expensive wash u can buy with the “protective hot wax”.

It’s Monday October 11th 2021 my significant other and I had to come get the car washed and get it vacummed after it hasn’t been vacuumed in some time. And we got to this Balise today and just discovered the newly installed vacuumes and WOW what a difference. Before there were maybe 12 to 15 of them now there’s a huge amount they installed. And what’s also awesome is that there’s also car mat holders. Those metal things are for your car mats so they’re easier to clean and once they’re hooked they stay in place. Absolutely amazing experience. And the suction of the new hoses work AWESOME. TONS of suction and way better than the old ones. Worth the time to come and get your car vacuumed.
My car looks brand new! Which seemed impossible considering I have a very messy 3 year old. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants that new car look and smell!
At the beginning the car wash was really awesome, good amount of water removing the soap and debris out of difficult spots, also getting the hot wax that I’m paying for, but for the last couple of weeks on the Columbus location I’m not getting the pressure washing, the 2 small spinning brush are not working also the hot wax is missing. For around 2 months, I’m paying $34.99 for soap and vacuum to remove the soap. Just the tires and the wheel came out really nice. About a week I went into the office and they told me that they actually have a technician that came from Florida to fix the car wash. I’m thinking of canceling my subscription until this gets fix. SONATA 2022.
I switched from a Car Wash to this one and at first I was in love. Then I noticed that every time I came out the car wash each side of my front license plate was bent up. Now I can’t go through it because if I continue to go I will lose the first number on my license plate. My car comes out very clean this is the only complaint that I have. Now I have to cancel my pass and go somewhere else.
We paid 39$ for both interior and exterior cleaning for my Sienna van and it was done very well! We were moving wood and dirt in the car so overtime it got dirty but they cleaned it up super well in around 30 minutes! I totally recommend. Great work for a great price!
