2 weeks agoAs owner of Lux Tux Transportation, one of the premiere west suburban limousine companies, it is very important to us and our clients to have immaculate cars all the time. We use King Car Wash daily. We also use them to ceramic coat all our vehicles. Every 3-4 months they do a great job detailing all our vehicles and even hand wash our Sprinter Vans on a weekly basis. We also have them periodically buff out minor scratches. In the age of every new car wash opening where you must vacuum and dry your own car, it is refreshing to have a great full service car wash nearby that still understands the meaning of customer service. They also have a very friendly and approachable owner and manager. My business would not be successful without the help and great assistance of King Car Wash. For a great full service wash at a reasonable price (their unlimited exterior monthly is only $25 per month), try King Car Wash. You will not be disappointed.2 weeks agoAfter finishing and paying for the detailing the inside which was $190, I realized that the top was not cleaned. They were like we don’t touch the top of the interior, even though I asked for all the interior to be cleaned. They gave me a list of car detailing work they will do on my vehicle, they charge me, I paid and they did NOT perform the work properly nor did they rectify it when I complained. They are not qualified as a “Vehicle Detailing facility”! The catch is they charge you before they do the work, when they fail to perform the work properly, they don’t have time for you anymore. Bad business in my experience at this facility!4 months agoI got my car washed inside and out for $40 the outside is clean but the inside is still dirty they are really lazy at this car wash my car doesn’t even smell clean I would never come back to this car wash and you shouldn’t come either unless you want to waste your money

Hard water marks, tree sap, etc could be seen all over the exterior, and I knew the best place to take my car to was the Detail team at Delta Sonic in Downers Grove.I spoke with Manny and his Assistant Manager Ethan and after full review of the car, they recommended the 2 step Paint Reconditioning…and I have to say, I am uber-happy this service was being offered and they educated me on it. The car was brought back to the point of looking new- including the head/taillights and windows. This crew knows what they are doing, and the value of the end result makes the investment well worth it. For anyone looking to recondition their car’s exterior in a quick 2 hour window, look no further than Manny and Ethan at the Delta Sonic in Downers Grove.
a week agoI’ve had the unlimited super kiss monthly pass ; for the most part it’s a thorough car wash. They also have an unlimited interior cleaning which is additional pricing to add. Every single time they will clean the car they will ask you what to focus on and get clean. I will give specific instructions at times. Today was a great example my requests were simple clean out the dog hair , no water marks on exterior , and steak free of windows inside and out and making sure the interior was wiped and floor mats were cleaned and wiped with no outstanding water marks. They said I was the last cd they would give it extra good attention. I had to ask almost 4 additional spots that they’ve missed at a certain point it’s embarrassing for me to continually ask the team member to resolve the issue. And furthermore after driving off I look and not a single window or mirror was streak-free. Delta Sonic quality is akin to the quality of staff and pride they take in work. I would say 85% of the time I’m disappointed but I can justify maintaining my membership since it’s unlimited though very pricey at $46+ a month total for unlimited interior and exterior cleaning. If you made it this far go to detail kings they do work that is admirablein the last weekWent here for regular car wash. Found a streak of rust oil on my car roof. I discussed this with their employee Manny. Boom he knew exactly what it was and how to remove it. Car looked great again! Good team and service here.5 months agoI purchased the $36 package. When I received my vehicle there was still dust on my display, a sticky substance on my center console and my windshield was streaky. It looked like the only thing they did was vacuum. Managers seemed to think this was standard cleaning and didn’t see much issue. They did remove the dust and wiped the center console after I complained. Never going there again.3 months agoI stopped by Delta Sonic today for a quick car wash before heading home. After exiting the car wash and heading to the line to have my car dried, I was approached by one of the employees, Ryan M. Ryan M told me there was still (what looked like) dirt on the passenger side of my car. He suggested I go through the car wash again. I ended up doing this a total of three times and Ryan M left his post and came over to speak with the manager and explain what he noticed . After speaking with the manager, the manager pressure washed the side of my car and took another look after the car wash was done. The Manager figured out it was probably brake dust from a recent brake job and offered some suggestions on what to purchase and do to get it off my car. There was another young man that assisted Ryan M and the young lady at the entry booth was extremely helpful today as well! Exceptional job of going above and beyond to the Staff at Delta Sonic in Downers Grove!!!

I paid so much money for them the clean the inside of my car and they completely damaged the inside of my car. And when I went back the next day because I did not notice it. They did not take responsibility and said it was there before. It was not. This truck is brand new with less then 3000 miles on it. And I never had anything or anyone in my back seats.
Horrible experience, completely damaged the car. Multiple scratches everywhere. Place should be closed, they are a disgrace to car washes.
We have been using this location for years with no issues. Last month we noticed rim damage (similar to other reviews/photos). I did not say anything as it was only an assumption that it was from the car wash. We returned today and gained additional damage to the rim similar to last time. I called them to inquire if other customers have had issues. They denied any wrongdoing, blamed my driving and stated that they do not accept any responsibility for damage…go at your own risk.

I was driving by here this morning and had a little extra time. The car was getting dusty, so I stopped. The staff here is very friendly and helpful.
I actually live closer to the Countryside location but had a bad experience there with the rudeness of some staff. My experience here was basically opposite and turned around my opinion of Fuller’s as a whole. I may sign up for membership, as I am in the area often for appointments.
