3 months agoThe stellar customer experience by NATE and his team is top notch! I have been treated with respect, clear communication on work to be done how much parts and labor are and when it was very quickly available! The transparency and honesty is very refreshing! They pulled the engine apart for an oil leak from cracked gasket! Did a mini tuneup with hoses, spark plugs, etc! Wow steam cleaned the engine! I was told another 100,000 no problem now! This is by far the BEST place to take your vehicle! I have experienced amazing above and beyond service every time from the crew answering the phones to everyone working in the car wash, detailing section which includes dent removal and now vehicles for sale! The owner should proud! 💙This is a hidden gem in a Winter Haven💙3 months agoDropped off the truck for 3 hours got the whole works wash and wax and vacuumed. Came back and looked the same day I bought it really awesome work friendly staff and nice waiting room when finishing up.a week agoI love coming here. This is the only place I trust in Winter Haven to do my oil changes and I always get a free car wash with the service. Great customer service as well.4 months ago5 stars is not enough to do this place credit! 67 years old best oil change experience ever! Even reconfigured my computer so it lets me know when my next oil change is due. 6 Stars ******a week agoHonest, reliable service…I have watched these guys grow, been a customer for years, they never disappoint.

3 months agoAbsolutely terrible. $3 for 4 minutes of time? Barely got past the hood of the truck before I was feeding the machine more quarters.Clear coat? You mean just water that leaves spots everywhere? Won’t be back to the garbage place. I’ve never had to rush to get a car washed.
Most places you spend the initial charge and you have time to run through all of the different wash settings. We definitely won’t be back.
4 months agoThey’re A+ for real!! I needed my trailer washed out and there aren’t any Blue Beacons around, as the company I work with has an account with them. As I was planning to head over here, I called first to ask if it’d be too much of a headache if I came in 10 mins before closing. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. I called again when I was on my way to make sure someone would be there since I was stuck in the lovely I-4 traffic. They said yes. When I got there, I parked head-in instead of backing in. It wasn’t a problem because they helped direct me out and back in. I agree with other reviews, it’s not the most convenient way to get in BUT it’s totally fine if you have a spotter!!! There’s plenty of space. The gentleman who washed my trailer helped me out. I got there around 17:25 and they were still able to wash out my trailer. I was charged an after hours fee but that’s totally reasonable considering he drove back to this location just to wash out my trailer. I really appreciate it and I’m so glad this business is here. It’s also across the way from a Pilot so you can stop for fuel and food if you’d like. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!!2 months agoNice Staff! A wonderfull and kind staff. The lady in the office was quick to give to help when I had a problem with one of the machines. Also, the man that was also working outside was freindly and helpfull. I didnt get their names, but great job👍4 months agoToday I was looking to get my service truck washed and found this truck wash. They were only open by appointment. I called and explained my situation being that I’m working out of town. He came in and washed my truck. He did a great job. I will definitely be back.6 months agoJust had my truck and trailer washed here. I had come from the northern snowstorms so everything was absolutely covered in dirt and mud. These guys did an incredible job. Six people hand washing the entire vehicle. And they looked over every part to make sure that they didn’t miss anything. It’s one of the most thorough jobs I’ve had done. All for $120. Left a $30 tip because they worked so hard and were so diligent. Great experience and would absolutely come back.

This place is freaking amazing if you have not checked it out do so now head to their website and input your telephone number and they will send you a code for a free VIP Car Wash and it comes with free vacuums and it is well worth it. I highly recommend this place, they are hands down the best place to go in Venice actually in all of Sarasota. This is what a car wash is supposed to be.
I have 4 vehicles and two of which I have registered for the ultimate wash. I went by today in my son’s car which is not a member. The young lady that came to me as I was in the middle of a transaction. Started questioning me about the ultimate wash program. When mentioned I have it on my other cars, she keep insisting on signing up this one. I understand the sales approach, however sometimes people just do not feel like being bothered. It’s a Sunday afternoon and I’m just trying to wash my son’s car.
As I’m getting ready to pull off, she yelled out. “Next time use the other lane”. I’m sorry? It is recommended that members use the right lane, but the kiosk is set up for normal transactions. I am a member but not with this car and I can’t use a specific lane? Her tone and comment were not worth it. The professionalism of the staff is extremely poor minus the young man that was working the microphone directing us.
I proceeded to drive through the wash and the 1st cycle bent my side mirror back making out come off the groove. I pulled up and went inside. Two gentlemen were at the counter, and I explained what just took place. Before seeing the damage or providing some short of empathy. I was immediately cut off with “We don’t fix mirrors or damages”. Who said I was seeking compensation? I am trying to give you awareness of what your machine is doing to people cars. In my other vehicle I had my gas cap ripped off twice.
This business really needs to adapt more to customer services and experience. It might take you a long way. I will be cancelling my membership as I will not support a business with this mindset of employees.
Excellent car wash. Very nice facility, grounds, and exceptional amenities for use after your wash. Well staffed and they are all extremely friendly and helpful. Even in a 100+ degree day, the employee’s weren’t off hiding inside or in the shade. They were all out helping customers and making sure the vacuum area was spotless at all times, and that the towels and other amenities were fully stocked and clean and working at each parking spot.

My vehicle was sparkling with just a few drips of water left on my vehicle to be dried. No scratches or swirls from the wash.

From detail station with necessities to clean your car, carpet cleaning station, and the vacuum power A+. I joined the monthly membership and it’s so worth it. The staff are courteous and friendly.
