in the last weekMy vehicle was still dirty both times I’ve been here. Also, the dryer barely dries it at all. I’ve tried both lanes. Doesn’t even get the bug graveyard entirely off my windshield & front bumper. I wash my truck often, don’t drive dirt roads & it is garage kept. It shouldn’t be that hard to come clean. If I’m spending $13 for their most expensive wash, I expect much better. They don’t even offer free vacuums with their washes. Very disappointing & would not recommend to anyone. I really hate leaving bad reviews & rarely do. We are new to Helena & I don’t enjoy wasting money.5 months agoI found the payment method to be a bit confusing. They had self service, automatic and vacuums. Also, a dog wash. I used the self-service and the pressure was fantastic! Honestly really cleaned my car.2 months agoSince they upgraded the payment system, I have had nothing but problems when I bring my vehicle here to wash. It will not make the selection I want, it will randomly change the selection while I am in the middle of one, and then trying to get it to stop is almost impossible. I will be going to a different car wash from now on.5 months agoI’m an employee, the car wash is very well maintained and has the best quality of service for the customers money. We strive for excellence. Progression not perfection! Customers satisfaction is our goal.3 months agoMy go to car wash. Pressure is real extreme, so don’t take your car here if you have chipping paint, but the automatic does the best job out of any other car washes in Helena.

a month agoDisappointed in in ability to clean the stain on the back deck mat. I have not done it yet, but I feel certain I can get that stain out myself. Also, there is an area under the deck of a Prius in the back. That was not done so I had to clean that myself. Little pads inside the grip areas for the doors were missing. Was glad I noticed it so they could check their vacuum cleaners and find them. Engine bay looks pretty good but the area where you add oil still looks kind of gross. I was hoping that would be cleaner.Other than that, the staff was friendly, and with a little searching, they did find the two missing pads in the door grip areas. They totally accommodated my fluctuating decisions on what services I needed to have done. I really appreciated that.
3 months agoMy son got me an interior and exterior detail on my truck for mothers day. Dropped it of for a Monday detail and then found out there was an issue with their system so we were not accually scheduled, they got it in 3 days later. Dropped it aff again. My son got a text at 1:15 that the truck was done and that they were closing at 2:30 and we needed to pick it up. Then they text me at 2:20 asking if we got the message, to which I replied that we unfortunately could not pick it up early and it would have been nice to know they were closing early. Picked up the truck the next day and it was a horrible job.4 months agoVery professional they did an awesome job on my headlights and the price was reasonable. They even helped out with a stain in my aback seat. Highly recommend.6 months agoGreat team that stands behind their product. We will be back!—- We returned with our truck for a full interior and exterior detail. An awesome value. The truck looks amazing and is fresh wax protected for our muddy MT spring. —- Thanks again Vapor!
3 months agoYou literally cannot get better customer service! They are the nicest most accommodating people! I would go again. My Ford escape was so dirty. They spent time doing the interior and it came out spectacular. Really great and thorough people at Vapor. I know it’s pricey, but its worth it. 🙂

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience
Car washing is an essential part of vehicle maintenance that not only keeps your car looking shiny and clean but also helps to protect the paintwork and prevent damage. However, it’s important to prioritize safety during the car washing process to ensure that both you and your vehicle stay out of harm’s way.
- Choose a safe location: Select a spot that is well-lit, flat, and away from busy roads or traffic. This will minimize the risk of accidents and distractions while washing your car.
- Use appropriate tools and products: Gather all the necessary equipment such as a soft sponge or microfiber wash mitt, a bucket with clean water, a hose or pressure washer, car wash soap, and a drying cloth. Using the right tools and products will help avoid scratching or damaging the paintwork.
- Protect yourself: Before you start washing, it’s important to protect yourself by wearing gloves to prevent any potential skin irritation from chemicals in the soap. Additionally, consider wearing protective eyewear to shield your eyes from splashes and debris.
- Keep electrical components dry: To avoid any electrical damage, make sure to keep water away from your car’s electrical components, including the engine, battery, and electrical connectors. Cover them if necessary.
- Maintain good posture: When washing your car, be mindful of your posture to prevent strain or injury. Avoid bending or twisting your body too much and take breaks as needed to prevent fatigue.
- Follow proper techniques: It’s important to use gentle, sweeping motions when washing your car and avoid rubbing the surface too vigorously. Rinse your sponge or mitt frequently to remove dirt particles and prevent scratches.
- Be cautious around sharp edges: Pay special attention when cleaning sharp edges, such as emblems or grille openings, to avoid injuring yourself. Take your time and be careful when working around these areas.
- Maintain a safe distance from moving parts: If your car has any moving parts, such as retractable mirrors, make sure to keep your body and clothing clear of these areas to avoid accidents.
- Properly dispose of waste: Dispose of any waste water, cleaning chemicals, and other products responsibly. Avoid draining them into storm drains or the environment. Look for safe disposal methods or car wash facilities that properly handle waste.
By following these general safety guidelines for car washing, you can ensure a safe and enjoyable experience while keeping your vehicle looking its best.

We had not been here for over 4 years. I didn’t know that is was brushless. That would have been ok, but the truck just didn’t get clean. My husband had pressure washed it a few days earlier with about the same results. Fender, Running boards, side of the truck all were still showing signs of dirt. And that was one side. We were just hoping that with the money paid out, we would have had a cleaner truck. Very disappointing.
Have used them for years and the quality has gone down hill big time. The price keeps increasing and the employees just don’t do a good job. The last two times I had to wipe/wash some areas because they didn’t. When I complained the manager said they are just getting lazy and you can’t fix that??!! Well you sure can. Very unhappy with their poor quality and poor attitude. 😢
Went because of ratings.. loved the personal attention to detail. Had driven 2000 miles and my car was filthy! Looks spectacular even with a basic wash! Loved the free vacuums
Drove down from Canada with a grill full of grasshoppers. Their very friendly staff removed every single one. The price is beyond inexpensive. This will become a regular stop for us. Thank you for the great service!
Easy flow, strong vacuums, kind folks, reasonable price. What’s not to love? Got the car back to my sweetie and she said, “It looks new!”
