2 months agoJust left Black Diamond Detailing because all of the other auto detailing services were booked out for months. It’s about a 45 min ride from where I reside, and I will be going out of my way from here on out to get my vehicle cleaned from here on out. I got the most intense truck/ SUV cleaning package and I can affirm that the interior of my vehicle hasn’t been this clean since it was purchased. I will be posting their business card at my place of work, highly recommend. Completely worth the short drive. 5 out of 5.5 months agoI brought my van in to have a 2 hour interior detail clean today… the price was very reasonable so I was wondering what the catch was… my van looks brand new like I drove it off the lot… it smells so nice inside and looks amazing. I will definitely be returning here in the future and would recommend to anyone looking. There was only a couple small spots that were missed but I’m very pleased with the overall experience, the staff was incredibly friendly too! They respond quick and offer a velvet service which is awesome! Picked it up while I was shopping and did an AMAZING job. There was mold on the carpet from a milkshake😠got it out looks brand new! As a busy working mom I never have time to clean my van and it was starting to get embarrassing when people got in my car. It was so easy to schedule a same day appointment online and they even picked up my van from me at my place of work and returned it to me promptly. This is a game changer and made it very convenient. Staff are all so friendly and I knew my van was in good hands. And I could have cried when it was delivered back to me- super clean and looking/smelling brand new on the inside and a complimentary exterior wash. They even got all my kids crayon marks and stickers off the door panels and windows. The price was so reasonable considering the level of services I received. I can’t wait to bring my husband truck in. Thank you so much!!

I have 2 passes for Golden Nozzle; one on my personal truck and one on my company van. I visit Golden Nozzle at least 2-3 times a week. The staff is great and always take good care of my vehicles. The manager, Jeff Adams, is a guy who can regularly be seen working his a$$ off — a trait that’s hard to find today and seems to have been lost over time. No matter the weather, inclement or not, I see Jeff all the time providing terrific customer service to those getting their cars and trucks washed. I’ve interacted with him numerous times and he’s always positive and smiling. We could use more guys like Jeff in society today. Thanks, Golden Nozzle, for doing such a great job on my autos and for having people like Jeff Adams on the front line representing your company!
Super fast service and reliable! I would recommend getting the monthly service, unlimited car washes. Will save you tons of money and keep your car clean. There are tons of locations that you can use as well.
This location on Lisbon St, works fine it has all the standard things. The dryers don’t work super well and can leave a decent amount of water. It has three self wash stations that are available. However, the vacuum stations either don’t work or have very little suction.
The location on Sabbatus St is very new and has the latest car washing equipment, among other things. I would recommend using that one whenever possible.
I absolutely would recommend Golden Nozzle to ANYONE if you want Great, Fast Service! Excellent Staff & Management!💯

Normally it’s great but this location left so much soap & residue on my back windshield. Doesn’t happen at other locations.
