3 months agoThe car washes have been TERRIBLE over the last few months. There is soap left on my car every single time. Then it just gets smeared when they dry it. I still had bug guts on my hood and side door. I also had to come home and wash my car myself immediately after my $23 car wash at Delta Sonic.4 weeks agoSharing so all customers know what they are getting. Signed up for a unlimited car wash plan for a new truck in August of 2023, the second wash marred the side of the truck from elements of their car wash that touch the frame of the door near the top. The truck had 200 miles on it. I immediately reported this to their manager who took pictures and filed a report, assuring me that corporate would get in touch with me and “do the right thing”… completely the opposite occurred. First, they send me a boiler plate letter response that could be sent to anyone, essentially denying any liability. After reaching back out to them to resolve the issue it became clear that they have no intention to make this right. I cancelled my plan. People on-site were amazing, but this company isn’t and caution to anyone else taking their valuable vehicle thinking this car-wash is safe. This is the kind of company that will reply to my post and give me a number to call to make it right! lol. I tried… you didn’t even try.2 months agoAlways efficient and courteous. Every visit has been pleasant with satisfaction guaranteed! The staff is knowledgeable about details and overall quality service always meets expectations as a customer. Managers, staff, especially Gerald, take time to greet customers and provide the best customer service possible. During the renovation stages at other locations, which has caused a significant increase in customers at the Crestwood location, they have been extremely mindful when handling impatient customers and solving issues with tact and pride assuring customers that they will be taken care of in a timely fashion with satisfaction being their top priority. I love Delta Sonic and will continue to patronize the establishment for years to come.in the last weekBethany helped explain the various options for car washes that I was purchasing as gifts. She is a great asset to the team.a month agoI paid $200 for the express detail that took 4 hours which you would think it should be spotless. It looks like a normal car wash that you would pay $40 bucks for . Food spilled and it still there , mud stains, dust and all of that. Was not worth it. Very disappointing

2 weeks agoPaid $44 to get interior cleaned and smelling fresh. I guess the two employees saw that I was a female and literally spent less than 10 minutes working on my car. I then took it to the vacuums to finish the job, but the doors were still dirty and crumbs were still around the seats. I had to go back inside and ask the manager if the work done in my car was worth $44. He didn’t say much but just ended up cleaning it up himself. I was just very disappointed. That was my first time there. I see men stand there and direct the actions of the workers at most car washes. I guess I need to start doing the same thing.10 months agoGreat Service! I recommend, right before you enter the car wash bay, park and grab the handheld power wash sprayer inside to the right and wash your wheel wells! Overall they are fast and reasonably priced! 👍3 months agoAmazing HAD An Attendant put the tire of the car into that wheel well. Been avoiding car washes due to that one problem. In the days of my mom , she had that attendant drive our car threw the car wash for that same problem. Navigation of the wheel. So when I ask the attendant to please asst with my wheel HE UNDERSTOOD. so my car finally was able to get a wash. Took over a year to find a car washing service that UNDERSTANDS service.3 months agoFullers car wash as a whole, is hit or miss. Several locations have far more superior detailers than others. I prefer the wash on harlem, but the one off of sw highway isn’t that far behind. They’re supposed to be a family car wash, but they all have different prices. The caw wash on cicero is about 10 bucks more than harlem and the one on sw highway is about 5 bucks more for the inside and out. But overall, I think they’re much better when it comes to value if you want to compare prices for the full service with Delta Sonic.3 months agoI went to this Fuller’s location in Orland, and they do not honor the Fuller’s fast pass from other locations other than 2. When I purchased this fast pass, I was told that it would be honored at all Fuller’s. But at this Orland location, they said they do not honor the pass. This is very poor business as it is the same company.

I love the carwash any carwash! This place is nice. I like that they offer hand drying and most of time they do a great job. The wash is costly though, they give you a free wash to claim within a certain number of days. I like to give a nice tip the young people doing cars, especially when it’s cold. The only thing I don’t like at either of the two that I’ve been to is that it’s so congested. It seems that they could have configured it differently so that it wouldn’t be such a hazzard getting in and out. More space is definitely needed. There was no place to vacuum my rugs but for for a sizable amount they would handle it. No thanks. It’s not cheap, but for those who like to keep a clean car, they get the job done.
I’ve had a membership with Delta Sonic for 2 years and this new location is a big disappointment. Car wash left my windshield dirtier than it was, see picture. They only had 1 person drying the cars and 0/10, didn’t use air pressure to dry the mirrors, only used 1 rag for the entire car, windshield is very splotchy
This location was under construction for over a year. Having 2 unlimited cars. I found this location does a very poor job on wheels, and leaves little grease marks on the right side of my white vehicles . This is a recurring issue. I’ve contacted them , and got nowhere. Maybe there trying to cut corners. No way to keep loyal customers.
Unprofessional staff, today I wanted to wash the car and do detailing. The young girl was rude, and did not help explain about prices and club membership, lost all desire to visit this company, i do not recommend to visit this place
Can you please change the rollers in the car wash for the tire dressing. The rollers in the wash are way to big and leave the bottom of the cars under carriage with tire dressing along with the rims. The Delta in crestwood use’s smaller rollers as did tinley before the remodel. I have been a long supporter for many decades for delta but if this can please be addressed. Thank you
