  This weekend was my first time using this car wash service. My dad recommended them even though he had not been in quite a while. I did the works wash and unfortunately the vacuuming and interior wipe down had to be redone. I was pretty much satisfied however upon driving off when the sun hit my windows I noticed my front and rear windows were badly smeared. So it was a bummer having to clean my windows and redo my dashboard. However my exterior and wheels look great so I would still recommend them while making sure they hit that vacuuming and window detailing better.🙂

  As promised I told the manager I would update my review and then to see he added a new comment that I was looking to get something from his company totally NOT TRUE. He camera showed no conclusive evidence of how the new scratch got on my car. Based on other reviews their vehicle was returned with new scratched too. He is rude and unprofessional, I will never take my car to this establishment again. Absolutely not worth the $290 paid for a detail job. Auto detailing should include waxing for the price. They kept my car from 8:35 am – 4:15 pm and when I arrived the car was covered in dust, the car door pains were not clean, inside was still dusty, and the rubber car mate’s were still dirty. Therefore, I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct the dust issue. Then I noticed my passenger mirror had a new scratch. After two weeks of calling we were finally allowed to review the camera’s with the manager. The camera’s showed no conclusive evidence to prove they contributed to the scratch on our passenger mirror which I know was not there before dropping my car off. The owner was somewhat rude upon our arrival and did not offer any kind of refund for the inconvenience. We will not be back. Queen LJ

  My car wash here was good..The cashier was very friendly and she gave great customer service skills. They need more people in customer service like the cashier, again she was friendly, polite and welcoming.

  Great job They can do better at precision vacuum but my car was will last 3 full weeks as long as it doesn’t rain my Jeep Grand Cherokee all black stays shiny because of these guys approximately 20 minutes to wait each visit but it’s worth it

  came to this car wash at 4:50 on a Friday and sat in line for over 40 minute. get to the front of the line for them to tell me that they stop doing cert services at 5:30 when the hours of operation clearly states 6pm. Spoke to the manager and he was no where near accomodating nor understanding to my frustration. His only reply was that I would be slowing down his workers from going home and that I shouldn’t have came at the end of the day. Don’t even waste your time going to this car wash when there is a Delta Sonic full service car wash right up The block that will give you excellent customer service and actually honor their hours of operations.

  I stopped by Udo’s Professional Car wash to inquire about interior detailing services (specifically carpet shampoo) at 2:20 PM. I was given a flyer with vague pricing on the back regarding their detailing services. The person at the register verbally gave me prices for what I asked about and the Ultimate Interior service. I asked if he had availability for today. He said I would be cutting it close because he needed a three-hour window. Meaning I needed to have the vehicle there by 3:00 PM to give them time to complete before closing (6:00 PM). Upon my return with the vehicle at 2:53 PM that required service the same gentleman came to look at the carpets. After he looked at the carpets in the vehicle, he gave me a price of $150 (only $50 less than the Ultimate Interior-which includes vacuum, pre-spot, shampoo carpets-mats-fabric, clean & condition vinyl, detail dash-vents-door panels-console & trunk). Please help me understand the math! The carpets only have baking powder residue from an earlier cleaning at home. The same gentleman asked me if I was prepared to drop the vehicle off for a 6:00 PM pickup. I stated that I didn’t see a car in the detailing bay and he had employees available. He said yes, I have guys available and one being detailed but we don’t do rush jobs (two vehicles in the parking lot including mine). At this point I felt that my business was not wanted and I conveyed this sentiment to the front desk person that was communicating with me. So, suffice to say now you understand why I didn’t use this business as my review states (BECAUSE IT WASN’T WANTED). It is disappointing when you make a point to support small businesses in your community and you get the same or worse service than you do from the large corporations.

  Very disappointed in the service I received. I paid $34 plus tip for a Super Car Wash, extra vacuuming and carpet shampoo. Not once did the guy wipe the inside. I got my car and I told the manager I wasn’t satisfied with the way the inside of the car looked. He took it back for two seconds, brought it back and said it’s imbedded in the carpet. I asked him they don’t wipe it down, he says it won’t come out. I get home use my vacuum and a disinfectant wipe.. 💥 it all comes out. I’m so disappointed that I paid for this service.

  If you’re looking for a decent car wash at a decent price this place is good but that is it. I do not recommend anything higher than their $6 dollar wash. Here is why, I finally decided to pay for their “best” package for my first time since I began going there 5 years ago. It was $23 plus $5 to wash mats for a grand total of $28 dollars. They did such a terrible job that they literally just wet the mats (which does not knock the dirt off) so when they dried up they were still dirty. They left streaks on my windows and hardly vacuumed the floors while completely disregarding the seats. The side skirts were still covered in dirt and the rims were superficially wiped off. They claimed to spray a good car freshener that “last 5 days guaranteed” and I smelled nothing. And finally the bow on top that made me quickly realize this would be a bad job before it was even done was when the owner claimed it would take an hour to clean (which is should have if it were to be a good job) and by some miracle it was done in 15 minutes. Highly recommend to only get their lowest option and even then YOU will need to do a bit of wiping afterward at home.
