4 weeks agoGreat place!Track system with no rails. I can take my sports car and not worry about bottoming out or hitting my suspension. Great rates and monthly membership available for about 1.5x a single carwash. So wash every other week and save or go every day if you want. Quick member entrance and free vacuums and compressed air to clean the cracks.3 months agoI had a great experience today at clean and green car wash. I got a membership from a sweet young man named Aidan. Great conversation!! He helped me out and i got my car towel dried by an another man named darrius. The service was amazing and my car looks great. i will be coming back soon !5 months agoTook the truck through for a basic wash as a test. Did as good of a job as any automatic wash at a lower cost. Decided to go with the top monthly package for two vehicles. Figure 39$ for unlimited washes was better than 16$ per wash we usually do at another local carwash and we don’t get a towel dry there.As this was my first time there the owner (or manager not sure) was very helpful on the process, offerings, and was in no way pushy or over selling…allowed me to make my own decision. Told wife we had the package and she swung by and washed the car on the way home. Free vacuums and air dusters to the public is a nice offering, and as I understand it the owner is a good guy and the company does a lot for the community I have spent most of my life in. Wish this company all the best.
5 months agoGone W-A-Y downhill since I used them a couple of years ago. Stopped in 04/22/23 to get just a wash and windows done inside.Got through the wash and there were just 2 guys under a sign that read “towel dry.”
Pulled up and the first thing one asked me was how much I paid for my wash. I.told him I paid for basic wash and interior windows. Then he tells me, “First of all, we don’t do any inside work.”
Rude.
So that’s it. This place no longer cleans interiors, no wheel cleaning, no rubber treatment, no hand wax, nothing.
You get a ride through the tunnel and if you pay extra, they’ll towel dry your car.
Absolutely will not go back. I can get same at half the price elsewhere.
3 months agoAs a employee at the car wash for 2 year and I can tell you that this is one of the most clean and outstanding car wash that you will ever go to Patrick and Jeremy are good people and they both know how to keep a clean carwash. I will say tho October is one of the most brutal months because of Halloween but besides that it is one of the most funniest months there. “my back” They also do daily and nightly choirs to insure cleanest that your car can get. I will also say that the monthly membership are some of the cheapest and cleanest wash that you can get that also working at all location under clean and green carwash

2 weeks agoThe attendant was very helpful today. The car wash is normally very good. Today I decided to do a $20 wash, it was no different than the $10 wash except with the $20 wash left spots and soap on my car. I have normally had a good experience with my washes. Unfortunately today was a little disappointing.11 months agoWell maintained and clean car wash but the vacuums did not have enough suction to pull up dust or grass clippings. Signs in vacuum area show car wash for $6.95 for basic wash and real cost is $10. Did a good job washing the hood and sides of my truck but left a significant amount of soap suds on the back cab, truck bed, and remainder of my truck. If you want to knock the dirt off your wheels, and shine up the outside of your truck, pay about 40% more than you expected, and go home and get your own vacuum cleaner and water hose to finish the job this is the place for you. I didn’t really find it as a value for myself. Really like a refund actually.3 months agoReceived a coupon in the mail for a “free” car wash (shine and protect $20 value). When I scanned the QR code it said that it was “invalid” even though it was good through the end of the year. Had a car behind me so was forced to buy a $10 wash, then was asked if I wanted to upgrade $3 for tire shine etc. i selected no upgrade. I was then charged for the upgrade anyway. Would give 0 stars if I could. Your car looks better before than after. Definitely go to another car wash. It’s sad because had a membership here 6 years ago and this was a nice place. This is my second visit to this location in 5 months and it is my last (after the first time I have checked out other places). I don’t like to give a bad review without giving a second chance. I asked for assistance both times and was not helped. After reading other recent reviews this seems to be a trend at this location which is unfortunate because with the right staff it could be a big money maker.
Lousy wash. Paid $16 for Triple Clean. Doesn’t clean wheels. Complained, went thru again. Same results. Need to update machinery. No good.
For a $20 wash I expect to have a clean car. This is just pathetic my car is still really dirty. I cannot even tell I went through a car wash.The vacuum has very low suction. I won’t be back and honestly want a refund. Car #790 sale# ending 3608. Time 6:46pm 9/7/23 total.$20 Refund me my money and I will remove this review.

In reply to the poorly canned response below the number you gave never answered. Never has been. The email address must be unmanned. Never a reply. The only responses I’ve ever gotten involved a personal trip there. Usually met with the “deer in the headlights” look.
I have to ask…how do you maintain the amount of star ratings you show? Guess you can do that when it’s your site.
As for fixing my problem… it’s fixed. I cancelled my cars and go elsewhere now…as so many others have done.

Used this location exclusively for over 4 years +/- with 3 vehicles. In that time I had one passenger side mirror broken off, one driver side mirror torn out, and three driver side hubcaps bent. All three had clear coat finishes scratched.
The dryers do not do a complete job (rear deck and rear bumpers) and the resultant residue eats into the finish.
IMHO…they have gone down tremendously. I had the monthly plan on 3 cars/SUV but cancelled them all. Most everyone in my apartments have done the same. They report paint peeling…on newer cars.
Suggestions…
Change soaps
Use softer brushes
Fix dryers
Fix chain tracks
Clean vacuum filters
Replace broken vacuum hoses
Or sell to someone who will. Competion is growing here.
