2 months agoI recently moved back to Minnesota and wanted to get a monthly plan for car washes for my new car. I used Mister Car Wash in the past, so I pulled up and got a monthly plan. Big mistake.First, the vacuums are before the wash. Weird, but with limited space I get it. Second, there are no extras. You get a wash, you can use their vacuum, that’s it. There’s no air hose for tight spots, there’s no rags and spray for your dashboard, nothing for tires, no way to wash your floor mats. It’s just lacking all the important things.
There were about four employees just standing around, and two at the kiosks. The employee hit the buttons for you on the self-service kiosk, which is fine. And then they ask you for a tip. For what? Pressing buttons? It’s all self service and the employees are doing nothing.
I’ll be cancelling my membership here at the end of the month, after getting my fair share of washes. There are plenty of other car washes around that have those extra things needed to detail your car.

After 3 weeks of trying to get some sort of reasonable response, the resolution to my car not being clean after their wash, is to come back and pay for another one.
2 weeks agoThis car wash itself is nice for the most part, but the design of the car wash itself is complicated. The street is on a one way, so they make you vacuum first, which is backwards because I can’t get out and dry my car off and inspect it. After you pull out of the carwash you’re back on that same one way street where you have no choice but to turn right.3 months agoI am really becoming flusterated with it Mr car Wash And they’re lazy employees. As much as we are paying for car wash they should be giving us the full service that we are paying for When I pull into the carwash I expect them to spray my car down that happens randomly Just leaving the car wash no spray down on my dirty car. Mr car Wash service has really starting to go down you need to start hiring better employees are trained them better or give us refunds back on some of our money that we are paying for car wash if you’re not going to give us the full service that we paid for2 years agoNext time I step my game up and get me a tire cleaning I thought I bought the most expensive one but I think they must have a better one but they’re real nice people. 2 years agoWent in for a simple routine car wash, first time going here, the wash didn’t even remove the thin film of dust off my hood, dirt still on sheep wells, windshield not clean, overall not good at all!2 years agoUpdate……Stopped in today to speak with people as requested. Again the people here are very nice and helpful, my stars rate the people at a 5 but the wash is not for my car. I guess my car is to small, to low to the ground and white. They let me go through again today but we picked the lowest wash option. I can not get the tire shine option as it sprays along the length of the bottom edge and the wheels kick it all up onto the side panels, black tire shine on a white car does not look so good. The bugs are still acroos the front and the back of the car is still dirty. Thanks for the great service and trying to fix the wash job, I appreciate your effort. They had given me a free wash to use in the future, I will have to try it on a different vehicle.First post…… The man was so nice and walked me through the options. I bought the most expensive wash at $18 and bought the bogo for additional $9. It is not worth it at all. I have a small car and I was very disappointed. I used the pre wash bug wash, someone else sprayed pre wash bug wash before I even entered the car wash. After the wash upon inspection, I still have bugs on the front fender, the back of the car has road dirt on it. I will need to get home and finish the job.
2 years agoVery satisfied with my service and they even wash yr interior mats upon request. Very affordable, I have a monthly pass and happy with it. Great staff n all. 10/10 of u ask me!2 years agoBeen a customer here for 2 years. I do the monthly plan for two cars. It’s $50 a month for unlimited washes. Before covid they handed out coke or water and wipes to clean your interior. Hope they start this up again soon. It’s fast and easy. I don’t like washing my car and truck myself so this is perfect way to keep my vehicles clean and the salt off in winter.

unfortunately it was not great this time. I only gave it a 3 because it has been amazing in the past. it never even got the paw prints from a cat off and did not vacuumed in the back. I paid extra to have my floor mats cleaned I would have thought they would get the dirt off.
I have gone hear for yrs as they used to do a amazing job the car would be almost spot less so worth the money but they came up short so not sure I will go back. It is a lot of money for a ok wash
I really tried to give this place another chance. Will not again. Bought the top car wash and added the floor matt wash. $50 total and then I had to come home and finish cleaning it. Floor matts were just watered down so got home and dried dirty, inside all doors not wiped down and tires are ridiculous. I will be happy when the new car wash opens on 65.
I’ve been coming here for years. While they’ve always done a good job, the wash I got yesterday was great! And a shout out to the gal who greets and ask what each you want, along with the woman who was cashiering – you were both so pleasant I really took notice. Your smiles were infectious! Great job Perfect 10! (Side note – they have a special right now for unlimited monthly car washes.)
Made an appointment for a car detailing for my wife. She goes in for the service and tells them to do the detailing for the car. We get the final bill which was no where near the price quoted. Look at the itemized bill and see add-ons, but you should feel good about these because there is a couple of discounts in there as well. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Perfect 10 has always been one of my favorite go-to car washes because they can reach the windshield (in or out), where I can’t. I appreciate the details and the free washes on Veterans Day.
This time, my youngest niece happened to be with me. We were startled when a gush of water hit the window we were standing by. Our attention was to the little girl next to us as she said hi.
When my niece and I looked at the window, we saw a guy chuckling. We both immediately knew that this funny man was purposely making us laugh. While paying for my wash, I learned that his name is Peter and is known for making kids smile.
