3 weeks agoI went here for a free ceramic wash coupon, and was actually really impressed! For an auto wash it actually got my truck pretty clean, the employees also scrubbed it down really well before I went in, the air freshener they gave me smells incredible, and the vacuums were really strong. My only complaint is I didn’t see any towels available. I had some of my own, but that would be a lot nicer to have if I didn’t bring my own. Definitely will be going back though! They do not spray off your car before going through the wash like others in the areaa month agoIm a driver at work so I need to keep my car neet and clean. I actually accidentally bought the monthly membership over a year ago. Needless to say I still have it. Very much worth it. They have multiple locations to go to as well so can be convenient at times. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 . Is because not all the locations are nice. The one near my home is horrible. Well the wash itself is fine but every single vacuum has something wrong it or something just missing. Most don’t work at all , none work very well if at all. But my one conern/issue when will you all get compressed air sprays at the vaccum section? Like your twin wash thats up the road on Bardstown Rd?? It comes in really handy and i almsot like the other car wash better bc i can spray air and vacuumm. But also the wash Maybe misses a lil on the rims but that’s what you expect no bggie so just go again if you got unlimited. My wife complained before and I thought it was only that time. I came again and the smell is still there and made me gag. The other ones leave the car smelling like bubble gum. Please fix that issue ASAP. Makes me wonder what type of water is being used.

Decent car wash that dries the car fairly well. Free vacuuming however I found that the only nozzle they had was one that was fairly wide so if you’re looking to get into the little nooks and crannies between the seats in the console or a little tight areas this won’t work well for you. Suction is excellent however. Some of the other car washes in town do you have different size vacuum nozzles. I also found that when I was trying to vacuum my trunk area the hose for the vacuum barely reached to the back of the car so I ended up going through the front of the car on the SUV to the rear to get to some of the spots.
Service was decent. Before the car wash they used a pressure washer to spray some of the front of the car and the sides but didn’t spend much time doing that and then the car went promptly through the wash so I don’t think it really helped all that much.
I used to love this car wash, and even had a monthly membership! I had to cancel it though because the workers there would guide me on wrong and carelessly so i eventually had to get a realignment for my car. I used to love the old workers but the new ones don’t even look when guiding you on, don’t seem to try to spray the dirt off and put you to close to the other vehicles. I really enjoyed this car wash and i hope to return one day!
This place is a local treasure! Pricing is fair, they are incredibly efficient getting everyone through the wash, and their additional perks (rubber/plastic mat washing area, high power vacuums, restrooms) are well-maintained. I also really appreciate the humorous informational signs while waiting to go into the car wash! Overall a welcoming place to go maintain the cleanliness of your vehicle. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

The attendants were polite and helpful. I have been to a few car washes in Kentucky and left with my car still dirty in some spots even after getting the most expensive package. My car is spotless and shiny, even the tires. They give you what they advertise here. I will actually be a repeat customer and I would recommend this place to anyone. When you get done you have access to sweep your car at no extra charge. They are constantly running and get the job done. There is a hose on each side of your parking spot for easy access with trash cans on each side. Now I feel like going to the car wash is worth the money!
