Went in for a quick car wash and went straight home. When I got home I realized that my mirror was broken. Went back to tell them that their machine broke my mirror. They said that because I left they could not do anything that I had to make the report on the property right after incident happened and they couldn’t be sure it didn’t happen somewhere else. I see there’s another review on here that says that your machine broke their mirror too, and that you guys did nothing to help them even though they made report before leaving the property and they have pictures of the incident… And other reviews about how much damages it made on numerous other cars.. It’s not only me. Why are your machines dangerously destructive to cars?Terrible customer service.3 years agoPlace is awesome, I’ve been into this place since they opened. a week agoGreat place been going there for years always paying full price and I go there 5 or 6 times a month but Ruben was k8nd enough to suggest a monthly subscription. I did and it’s already payed for it’s self all thanks to Ruben4 months agoMost car washes gladly offer a second drive through if your not satisfied. I understand maybe all bugs in grill will not be removed however I do expect a simple bird poop to come off. The lady atendant made me wait while accepting her dozen donuts and chit chat and then refused a second pass. FYI I had to wipe it off myself, it came off easily but I shouldn’t have to. No more visits here for me.

2 months agoWas my first time coming here after a family member recommended me this place for a good wash. I was not disappointed. The workers here have an attention to detail to make sure your vehicle is washed and dry. Making it better, they are respectful of the items you have in your vehicle, which I really appreciate. What puts the cherry on top for me is that this car wash doesn’t have brushes when they have your vehicle go through the wash. I will be coming here more often.2 months agoVery nice service lady at the register. A few times the car wash guy named Fernando cleaned my car and every time, he’s done an excellent job so I like getting my car cleaned by him. These guys work hard for their money and in the sun!4 months agoThis is my go to car wash! The staff are always lovely, and do an amazing job! My car always leaves looking amazing and brand new! They have lots of seating and a lot of food and drink options. Theres also a tiny arcade for the kids. They don’t have an ATM here; but you can ask the cashier to add to your total and get cash back so you can tip the great guys detailing your car.5 months agoI am very happy with and highly recommend Del Amo Car Wash! Every staff member was helpful and kind. Purchased a mini detail, which included interior/exterior cleaning, Armorall and hand paste wax for $76. My triple black Nissan Rogue Sport had not been detailed for two years or washed for several months; It had bird poop all over, bugs on the front end, and grime in the wheel wells; the interior was covered in white dog hair and every cup holder and air vent was dirty. Two hours later my car was sparkling clean and ready to be showcased on a dealership sales floor!3 months agoI normally go to another local car wash and have been ok with them. Today, their wash was broken, so I went to Del Amo. Man, these folks are awesome! They did a magnificent job, far beyond the other guy. I found a new car wash!

My mother went to this horrible business and the wash was reallly rough. Aside from it leaving water spots all over it resulted there faulty system actually broke the passenger mirror . When she noticed one of there employees fetched it from inside the car wash. She spoke with a manager and all she can say is they are not responsible for it even if there car wash caused it. Did not even offer a refund. Horrible service horrible car wash.

5.Stars if they offered more services included or if the prices went down. Although they offer a Monthly Subscription which helps with costs but I don’t wash my car that often
The two Vacuums I used had great suction

The vacuums are not very strong. The back of my car was not washed properly and even though I bought a “Volcano” wash (the best one there is) it didn’t do tire dressing and there was still soap lingering. I would not recommend it.
Please stay away from this establishment if you’re pressed for time and can’t dry your own car to observe the damage. The car is not even completely cleaned there was still areas where the car was dirty. THERE WAS ALSO SCRATCHES ALL OVER THE CAR, THE SHINE AND GLOSS WAS REMOVED ON SOME AREAS AS WELL!!!!
It’s always fast to get in and to get out at this location. You can’t beat 18 bucks a month for unlimited car washes.
