a month ago• This particular location somewhat frequently closes randomly when the hours states that it’s open (picture is from a Friday 8:20 am). • Wash quality is decent. • We enjoy the network membership of unlimited washes. • Vacuums used to be frequently broken and towels out of stock but this seems to have recently improved at this location.3 months agoI come here all the time and they keep my car looking great! They are always really fast and hassle-free. The vacuum bay is always pretty busy, but people have been surprisingly considerate, I’ve never not been able to get a spot when I wanted one. Plus my kids love looking for the hidden duck, and my dog enjoys the experience too!5 months agoWe went through the Quick Quack car wash just now and Aria drew these on the windows for our kids 🙂 my daughter gasped and said “a butterfly!!” They loved it and anything that makes my kids happy makes us happy! Thanks Aria and thanks Quick Quack 🦆 !!8 months agoI love going to Quick Quack. My account works at all places, and I have been able to go get a car wash pretty much wherever I go. I realized I already left a review. I have been to so many different locations, but the Saratoga is my favorite. I love them all, but I really appreciate the positivity and more. Thank you, Mike, and team!2 weeks agoJaylin and Hailey and Branson helped us with an issue with our license plates. They went the extra mile to help us get the issue resolved. What’s more it was super close to closing time but they didn’t care about that. They were laser focused on getting us the information we needed. If I was running a small business. I would definitely try to steal all three employees from you!!!
Lastly. I hope that if there is an issue in the future I have the chance to have one of those three help me out!

3 months agoBeen a member since they opened. Got 3 cars on my card file.Workers are great!!!!!
CarWash not so great!!!
The vacuum and clean supplies, great!!!
Car wash adds more scratches and it doesn’t clean properly.
Dryer is the worst part for me here. Almost wet spot and water getting pushed to my windshield as I’m exiting!
Happens all the time on my car, SUV and Truck! So I always have to wipe so much water off vehicles due to poor drying.
But that’s it, don’t plan on leaving just want to drop a review.
a year agoThis car wash is terrible and the customer service is worse! My regular car wash had a very long line so I decided to give Wiggy Wash a try. Never again! Next time, I’m wain the long line to get my money’s worth along great service. I went through the car wash and honestly didn’t pay much attention. I used the vacuums and “free cleaning supplies.” When I finished and was walking back to my car from returning their supplies, I realized just how bad my car looked. I drove back to the start of the car wash asking for them to redo the wash. The worker told me he would be happy to help me set up another wash. Then told me it was going to be $15 and would I like to do the ceramic coating again. I told him that I didn’t feel like I should have to pay for the first one because it didn’t wash my car. He pretended to look at my car and said “it looks like it just missed a couple places. We have free towels and spray cleaner that could finish those up.” I could not believe my ears!! I was so frustrated. He let me out of line and I assured him that I would never be back!4 weeks agoThe wash got my car fairly clean except the front which had bug splatter on it from a drive from Idaho Falls to Lehi. The girl at the entrance had brushes in barrels of soap that she never even made an attempt to use on the windshield or front end. She was more concerned with getting the cars in as quickly as possible. They either need to have another person doing the brushes or the person at the entrance needs to clean the front end and windshields distancing the cars apart. I ended up having to spray and wipe the bugs with their cleaner.a year agoUPDATE: Wiggy Wash responded to my review when I originally left it 3 weeks ago telling me to reach out to their email. I have sent 2 emails since their response and they have not responded to either email. Save yourself time and stress and get a pass somewhere else. I have the 2nd best vip pass for both of my cars and I am finally over it and cancelling. It does NOT clean your car at all. It just kind of moves the dirt all over (which scratches your paint). And the drying is a joke, it will be soaked and you will have to hand dry if you don’t want water spots everywhere. I baby my car and so I will usually had dry/clean it after going through the wash just so it doesn’t leave water spots, however this is very inconvenient and I spend a ton of time doing it. This wash has caused scratches all over my car, and has never once impressed me, however because it was so close to my home I hadn’t switched. Today I stopped after work on my way home, I went through the wash and drove home. When I pulled in the garage and got out, my car looked even dirtier than before washing it. I only live about 2 miles from the car wash, but I will be switching because this one does not do well. These photos are from today AFTER going through the wash8 months agoJust got a membership here, and unfortunately will be canceling. I got a brand new car and after two weeks of driving it took it to this car wash…I got so many scratches going through this car wash, made me really sad!! If you have an older car you probably wouldn’t mind, but definitely don’t take a newer vehicle through their wash.

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience
Car washing is an important task when it comes to keeping your vehicle clean and well-maintained. However, it’s crucial to prioritize safety to prevent any accidents or damage to your car. Here are some general safety guidelines to follow when washing your car:
- Choose a suitable location: Pick a designated spot for washing your car that provides enough space and is away from any obstacles. Ideally, use an open area such as a driveway or a car wash station.
- Gather the necessary supplies: Make sure you have all the required supplies before you begin washing your car. This includes car shampoo, microfiber towels, a bucket, a hose or water source, and any additional cleaning tools you prefer.
- Protect yourself: Wear appropriate clothing such as old clothes or an apron to protect your personal attire from getting wet or dirty. Additionally, consider wearing gloves to protect your hands from any chemicals in the cleaning products.
- Check for hazards: Before you start washing, inspect your car for any potential hazards such as loose parts, sharp objects, or any electrical components that may be exposed. Take the necessary precautions to avoid accidents or damage.
- Follow product instructions: Read and understand the instructions provided on the cleaning products you use. Follow the recommended dilution ratios and application methods to ensure effective cleaning without causing any harm to your car’s paint or finish.
- Maintain a safe water temperature: When using water to wash your car, make sure it is at a comfortable temperature. Water that is too hot or too cold can impact your safety and the effectiveness of the cleaning process.
- Use proper techniques: Wash your car systematically, starting from the top and working your way down. Use gentle, sweeping motions to avoid scratching the paint. Rinse the car frequently to prevent soap residue from drying and leaving streaks.
- Avoid excessive pressure: While using a pressure washer or hose, avoid applying excessive pressure on the car’s surfaces. High-pressure water can damage delicate areas, such as window seals or paint edges.
- Be cautious with electrical components: Take extra care when cleaning areas near electrical components, such as the engine bay or battery. Use gentle techniques and avoid excessive water exposure in these areas to prevent any electrical issues or damage.
- Dry the car properly: After washing, ensure you dry the car thoroughly using a microfiber towel or a chamois. This helps prevent water spots and allows you to inspect the car for any missed spots or residual dirt.
By following these safety guidelines, you can effectively wash your car while minimizing risks and maintaining the overall condition of your vehicle.

How much does it cost to wash your car in the USA?
Here are some factors that can affect the cost of car washes in the USA:

I don’t even know what I payed for, the guy was incredibly pushy for a membership and I’m glad I declined because this is by far the worst car wash experience I’ve seen.
Don’t even waste your time. Quick quack destroys your car. It will scratch, dent and rip your car apart and management will never claim any responsibility. Don’t waste your time or money.
Edit: quick quack uses a generic response to all claims against them. It’s never their fault because the “pattern” is not what the marks should look like. Except, the marks on my truck match what they are suggesting they should look like. Again, don’t waste your time or money.
I love this car wash. Vacuums have powerful suction, and I like the bright orange re-useable rags they have right next to the vacuums also, to assist you in cleaning out your car.
They also seem to try and stay relevant – I like their new license plate auto recognition system that knows I have a membership, which ushers the line through faster.
My experience with Quick Quack has been disappointing! Every time I go they say that the tire shine is fixed and it never is! Today I took many photos of why I am so unhappy with the quality and service!
Why would anyone waste their time and. Obey going here. Went there Saturday waited 15 minutes to pay cars lined up out to the street. Plus when you leave expecting to wipe down your car there was zero towels available.everyone was complaining because you had to dig dirty rags out of the bins to dry your windows. To pay $28 dollars for service like this is crazy. Bring back Gorilla car wash. They had 10 times the service. I won’t be back so looking for alternatives.
