2 weeks agoOnly reason I gave this a 2 is because the staff was friendly. But my car is not clean after paying $50 for a car wash. There is still bird droppings and water marks going down my car. My car is black so I thought the water marks were scratches at first but no it wasn’t dried properly. I’m very dissatisfied with how my car looks after bringing it here. I do not recommend, save your money.2 months agoThis was a horrible experience. I saw under the door handles it was not clean. I mentioned it to the girls drying the car. However, they was still dirty when I drove off. I checked the vacuum cleaning in the back, no would believe I had the car washed and vacuumed. They are making fast money and doing a horrible job. I have the monthly pass which I’m trying to cancel if someone picks up the phone that’s another issue. Who will pick up when you call? Not going back! I would go here again2 months agoThis is a really good car wash location, and they have several options for getting a car wash done. I chose the basic option for my car, and I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, many people working there don’t speak English, but some do. If you have questions, some of the employees might be able to help you, and the receptionist at the desk can definitely help. The people are friendly, and they did a good job in cleaning my car. I highly recommend visiting this car wash location on your next visit!

a year agoPaid $18 for the “Best” package that included a tire shine. Did not receive one. The wash itself was fine, but pretty short and quick… can’t complain since it’s called “express”.Edit : photos included of the “tire shine”. This is 5 hours after. The tires are clean but not “shiny”.
4 months agoI just got the basic car wash … exterior and the car was still dirty. I know it’s a $10 wash but shouldn’t it be a little clean at least? I understand that they were cleaning the compartments, but I would’ve appreciate that my items would’ve been put back where they belong6 months agoI only use this car wash for the quick drive thru – it is the only place I can recall that lets you stay in the car and they really help you out timewise – after all – isn’t time the most valuable thing in the world? No frills – you get in, you come out, you get your car mildly cleaned in a minute. All you really need to do is get your own tire shine and apply it at home and you’ve saved yourself an hour and 20 bucks you would’ve spent elsewhere. This is the best place for those on the go.

Very disappointed. I paid $75 for a deluxe wash and the job looks like some kids washed it for charity. My inside is still dirty. My rims weren’t fully cleaned. And I asked them to remove my registration sticker and they gave me all the excuses to not do it when I have done it in the past. I was a loyal customer for about 15 years but now every time I go the service has been declining each time. The worst part was the old man in the front goes we are super busy – like that’s my problem? I will not be returning. Their service used to be good years ago and people used to ask where I get my wash but I will no longer be their customer and I will deff not recommend this place at all. I chose the most expensive car wash so they don’t have to complain about it but again they failed. To Management: please bring back the old service where you used to walk around and not let the car leave your place till it was spotless. This is unacceptable especially when you’re paying too dollar we expect top service.
For 70 dollars my 6 year old nephew could do a better job. Got the gold cash and my car was not even vacuumed nor was the dashboard cleaned and the outside of car was still wet. Sad! Will definitely be going somewhere else from now on. Funny that they have a sign before you leave that if you have any issues to call the manager, probably because they get complaint regularly. What am I even paying that of money for? As I was waiting I saw the same thing issues with other cars as they left.

The worst car wash I’ve been too. I specifically looked for a place that does hand wash because I just got a new car and this is my first wash. I was avoiding automatic car washes because they can leave micro scratches on the clear coat. So I came here and you could tell they don’t change their clothes or rags at all. This leaves your car vulnerable to scratches because the microfiber cloth picks up hard dirt which they spread all over your car. That’s exactly what happened to my car, I got swirling scratches on the clear coat. While I was waiting outside I noticed there was still lots of dirt on the car and had to direct the person working on drying a car that was visibly still dirty. There’s no attention to detail at all. I would consider this a car rinse at best. I had to force them to clean the roof because I was told the car was “done” with the roof looking very dirty. And what did the guy do? Used glass cleaner on the roof. You really can’t make this up. Then he proceeded to wipe the interior with the same dirty glass cleaner cloth.
Imagine paying extra for a hand wash and getting something worse than the automatic wash.
No attention to detail and no care for the car at all. How long does it take or cost to use a new or a cloth fresh out of the wash for every car?

Tried to cancel my monthly car wash plan. Called numerous times before the plan was scheduled to renew. Spoke to two different people. They never canceled. Was charged anyway. Called again and they told me they could not reverse the charge. They basically said too bad they will not credit. In dispute with AMEX now. They were extremely rude and not professional.
Terrible! Have been coming here on and off when my husband can’t wash my car. They always leave it dirty, and for 80+ dollars you would think they would do a good job. They caused damage to my AC with the pressure water machine. AC was working perfectly fine until after they cleaned the my suv, AC wasn’t working. I have a pretty good new SUV. I came home right away and my husband removed the glove comparment to get to the AC and it was full of water!!! The filter was soaked!!! Never ever going back!!
