5 months agoWe went to wash my car today. The car wash didn’t get completed correctly, We had suds all over the back of the car and the towel dry part didn’t happen at the end. We went to ask for assistance since we still had suds on the car and the I can only assume manager on duty wasn’t willing to assist in any way. There was a guy that was spraying the cars down before the wash started who said he would spray off the car for us. The mat cleaner was broken, per my boyfriend this was broke a few weeks ago too. Just not worth the $25 when I was scrubbing off dirt on the side of the car too.2 weeks agoWash was good. Really disappointed in the condition of the vacuum system. Several hoses not connected or crushed. One I found of the twenty or so had fantastic suction. Some had none. The compressed air guns did not work for the few I tried. Such lack of maintenance does not make sense. Update: Seems that a few days later, the hoses to the vacuum system had been replaced. Looking at it from the road.in the last weekI was not given a coupon price. Even though the attendant tried to navigate the multiple screens to help me, I was charged $30 for a $10 coupon wash. I was given a number to call to fix it.. Despite calling multiple times over 3 week days, sometimes sitting on hold for 10+ minutes or getting a message that I would get a call back after hitting 2 once in the queue or getting a message that no staff was available and I should call back, I gave up and disputed the charge. Terrible customer service.10 months agoI do not post negative reviews but this business has truly gone downhill recently. I am here writing this review on a Saturday at 1pm (probably one of the busiest timeframes), and IT IS CLOSED. They just out a sign that says you can use vacuum but we do not know when we will be back. I have two cars with the highest membership here, but I will be taking my business down Brannon road to the local competitor that does a much better job.Look at the photos. For the last couple weeks around five vacuum stations have been fully down, the carpet cleaner has not been working since I don’t know how long, and the car wash has been breaking down all the time. This place needs to seriously consider addressing these issues if they want to continue their business.
3 months agoI received great customer service today when one of the employees took the time to help jump my car when the battery died while I was there getting a car wash and vacuuming it out. He used his personal car and voltage meter and took the time and persisted until we were able to get it started again. I’m so thankful he was willing and able to help today!

a month agoCool guys. My tire was low on air and had a screw it in. I never noticed it but they spotted it and saved me what could have been much more of an inconvenience.Also, they’re obviously honest and won’t try to screw you over.
5 years agoThis is my favorite car wash in Lexington. The facility is older (and some of the staff is too 😁) but don’t let that fool you. They do a fantastic job. I got the cheapest package they had, and got more than at two other places in town which charged me more for their basic package.It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but I didn’t expect them to get in the cracks of the door. I mean, I didn’t pay for the detail package. But I paid about a third more at a place here in Lexington that didn’t vacuum the floors and seats very well and left large streaks on the window.
The staff really worked hard and went far beyond what I expected them to do. I’ve had good experiences in good car washes at other businesses here in town, but I don’t think I’ve got a better wash for a better value than you can get at Mr Sparkle.
2 years agoAfter driving for 800 miles across the country, my baby was covered in dirt, oil, and especially nasty bugs. Upon arrival to Lex Vegas, I needed a wash badly. Mr. Sparkle was one of the only places in town open at 8 am on a Sunday. Upon arrival, Henry greeted me with his fun loving nature and down to earth relatable personality. He initiated my car wash and made sure his team was on point looking after my car in the prewash stage. Upon exiting the wash, my car was wiped down and I drove off. It was when I parked I realized that I had a few spots of bugs left and my tires hadn’t been shined. When returned 15 min after my wash Henry had noticed that there was a service missing and Ms. Tina herself came out and inspected my vehicle. Her team immediately removed the remaining bugs off my car and shined my tires before thanking me for coming back. One of the most fast, efficient, and professional experiences I’ve ever had at a car wash. Thank you to all that were involved. Definitely will be coming back.5 years agoThey broke the rear window windshield wiper (arm), lile totally cut off. No apology. “The owner won’t pay more than $25 back” was a response. Another response was, “Next time ask them to tape it.” Who said, I will return to this place? I saw three more wipers broken there… Nope! Not gonna come here, even if they pay my full bill of $82.6 months agoGood exterior wash but the inside work isn’t the best, not great at wiping down all the dashes and they don’t use compressed air to clean out the crevasses. Or at least I didn’t see them and their were still plenty of crumbs. The flip side of this is my car was filthy and I didnt expect a full on detailing so it was acceptable work. They normally don’t have a line and they seem friendly so I’ll go again.

Pretty poor experience. They told me that my membership was canceled. I was charged two months in a row, and when I came in to get the charges reversed because I hadn’t had a car wash in two months – they said that they could only give me one month back. That’s totally untrue. A business can give you back the money that you deserve when you don’t use their services for two months. How am I supposed to know when my account isn’t canceled. It’s not online. Very poor business model just to take your customers money when they haven’t had a car wash in two months. I had a broken glass and couldn’t even come in. I will never be back. I recommend no one else come here. I recommend that you go to any other car wash.
Just to clarify why I was cancelling. I wanted to upgrade to inside and outside washes at Jeff’s. So I was canceling to upgrade services. Now I won’t be using their services at all. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.
First time customer. Got the silver $30 car wash. Really just wanted my interior cleaned. I’m really not happy with the results. Vacuuming wasn’t done well. Doesn’t looked wiped down at all. I really don’t know what I paid $30 for. Definitely won’t be back.
Good work, as usual. Not perfect, but definitely a good clean, inside and out. Remember to pop your rear hatch if you want them to vacuum in the very back.
They’re quick, as well. Leaving four stars instead of five because the seams in the leather seats weren’t given as much attention as I would have liked, but it’s close to 5 star service.
This is my 2nd time in one month using Jeff’s Car Wash. 1st time I brought in my personal 4 door sedan and today I brought in my 15 passenger company van. Both times I paid $38 for the in/out wash. And unfortunately, both times I’ve been left disappointed in the clean. Tires and outside is acceptable, the inside not so much. I don’t want to have to clean my dash and cup holders, steering wheel, etc after I just paid to have them clean. They are super fast, which is good providing the quality is there as well. It’s not my 2 experiences. Slow down some and watch the 1 and 2 stars shoot to 3 and 4. 😊
