2 months agoTHE BEST LOCATION SOUTH OF NORTH KENDALL. THIS IS A CAR WASH WERE YOU DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE FOR AN AUTOMATIC WASH AND THEN YOU PARK AND DO THE DETAILING YOUR SELF. Paid the cheapest option Us 10. 00 as usual and spent 20 minutes vacuuming and detailing my car. I Must say that if you are looking for an extra physical de stressing activity this is it! The car wash itself is equipped with modern facilities and cutting-edge technology. What truly set this location apart against the others is the car-mat washing machines and the utility water sink so you can rinse anything. I also Love the convenient layout with ample spaces. I must make a comment to the owners. they used to provide with a nice car deodorizer featuring the miami Heat logo and is no longer available and some Times the cleaning black rugs are not available. About the membership. Highly recommended of you are going to use it. Like Uber drivers. Five stars all the way!2 months agoI love to go to El car wash I love that they provide towels for you to dry your car they also have the vacuums and sometimes they have Windex bottles for your windows. The employees are very friendly and always come by and greet me. Still my number 1 Car Wash company in Miami.I went today to wash my car and I always feel like family everyone says hello to me. They already know me and acknowledge that I’m there. They come by and make sure that I have everything. They just joined ventures with Mojo Donuts and it’s awesome if you want to have a delicious donut while you’re washing the car or you’re with the kids. They also have vending machines they have towels they have Windex for Windows vacuum where to wash your rubber rugs.
5 months agoI’ve started using this location, its a little out of my way but worth it. I love the high air pressure hoses to get dust out of those little nooks and crannies you just can’t get with a vacuum. Speaking of the vacuum, the are powerful here. Careful… the vacuum sucked up like 2 dollars worth of quarters in a second, my fault for leaving them in the cup holder. The towels and free glass cleaner are nice touches. Make sure to use the free mat cleaners located near the building. I had to use the restroom once and it was immaculate.On my last visit, I had a little problem, I am a monthly member which requires auto pay on a credit or debit card. My bank had issued me a new debit card and I did not update the account at El Car Wash so the gate would not let me in. The attendant there was super friendly about it and kept apologizing for the delay, even though it was clearly my fault. When he loaded the new card information he gave me a goodie bag with dash wipes and some small towels because of the delay. The staff is mostly young adults, but they are always cheery and usually seem genuinely happy to help you out.
5 months agoTrue car enthusiast here. Normally I don’t use touch automated car washes.m unless in a pinch. Very impressed. Most automated car washes spray soap on your car once which is always completely water down soap. I was very impressed that my car received soap three times during the wash and I only got the basic wash. Very impressed how clean the car came. Every time I’ve used busy bee the car still comes out filthy.Also at the end of the car wash they had a brush roll the windshield completely dry, meanwhile when you come out of busy bee you have streaks and water spots all over your windshield.

5 months agoThis location is the best of the car washes ive been to. The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help you and show you around. Love coming here its really like a family. The car wash itself is very big compared to others, the cars end up clean and detailed.

4 weeks agoGood carwash, albeit a bit pricey. If you go regularly, I suggest getting a monthly membership. The whole process also goes fast, so fast in fact that you wonder how it is possible that your car is properly cleared?If you want to make sure all specks of pollen and tree sap stains are removed, you’re going to have to do some additional cleaning using the free-of-charge cleaning cloths.
The vacuums are free and powerful. They also have machines to clean both fabric and rubber car mats. The times I’ve been, personnel was friendly.
Overall, a good experience!

Most importantly, you can’t beat their prices!!4 months agoAfter using this service for a while I am ready to give my review… I have used this car wash franchise in several of the locations they have available and the truth is that there are quite a few. ⭐️Which is very convenient and I give them the first star for it. ⭐️I give my second star for the quality of the products and in general for the good finish that always remains in my car. ⭐️The price of the membership takes my third star because it is really very affordable for anyone who wants to wash their car regularly with good quality, place always clean and working at 100% (my congratulations to the person in charge of keeping it working) ⭐️My fourth star goes to products that are always available at your location such as drying towels, air fresheners, window cleaning fluid and more. The bathroom is always clean and accessible. ⭐️I have left the most important thing for my 5 star, your staff is extremely attentive to customers! they are always helpful and they are happy to help with whatever you as a customer may need. It is hard for me to believe that after the time they have been operating in this city they have not yet been sued for that reason. Good place to clean out your car. There’s metal clips with a tray to hold up your floor mats for vacuuming. Two hoses are at each spot: one is slim-ish and wide and the other long and narrow. Great for cleaning up dirt on the carpet and reaching some of those hard to clean spots, respectively. The drive thru car wash is cool. I usually do the cheapest wash as I find the extra stuff to be unnecessary. ONE ISSUE I have is their washing machine leaves scratches on the right side of the trunk. That’s quite a bummer honestly but whatever. At least my car is clean, right? Perhaps I’ll raise attention to this issue to whoever owns and/or runs the place…..
Been coming here for 19 years. The staff are very friendly & helpful. I typically detail my own vehicles but now & then I run through this car wash and it’s an effective wash at a higher price than it was years ago. The result is satisfactory. It can get very busy on weekends and I typically go on weekdays before noon with only a car of two in front of me. I get the basic wash but spray my own wheels with cleaner right before I enter the wash and they come out clean. Make sure you remove your trailer hitch before you go or they won’t allow you thru the wash. Their detail & waxing services are outrageously priced and not worth it unless you aren’t capable of DIY.
Let me be very clear: these people do bad business. I strongly recommend avoiding this Busy Bee location. I have never experienced such terrible service. The manager was incredibly rude and would not/could not communicate clearly about the wash options and instructions. The agent ushering cars into the wash barely acknowledged me and did not ensure that my tires were properly aligned on the track until an issue arose. He then failed to clearly articulate what he needed from me to correct the issue. The automated track was jerky and unstable. Worst of all, my car was still visibly dusty upon exiting. These guys are clueless and careless.
Customer service is not willing to refund my month for a Carwash I’m not using because of damage made at a Carwash they own a supervisor hung up the phone in my face the wait time for the calls says 3 mins but you end up waiting 15 mins plus they don’t resolve your issues if you try to get your point across they hang up the phone or make you wait along period of time and than disconnect the call is there any compliance anymore? What business doesn’t want to resolve a customers issues so they don’t have to write a negative review like this plus waist time out my day to deal with unprofessional employees Up your game Busy Bee since you are leading the fast Carwash business!!! My car is damaged because of your carwash put my money back in my account asap!!!!! New Update…… I callback and the same operator answered the phone and acted like she was someone else little by little she gave herself away and didn’t want to give me an employee name or number to report them and was anxious to terminate the call eventually she hung up on my face also and didn’t give me her supervisors name or put me back on the phone with him now it’s even worse because she says that they are the cooperate office which really makes the brand a shamble someone needs to have some type of accountability in these situations!!! Who do you call to report the abuse of power?
Report them to the BBB? They would do a lot better firing these individuals and implementing Ai to there platform since there’s no way to get a refund Artificial intelligence is more respectful and to the point with more knowledge and wisdom than a bad employee

I had high hopes. However, I regret to say that my experience was less than satisfactory. I brought in my truck for a full service and left with a sense of disappointment.
To put it mildly, the cleaning was subpar. Dust still coated the dashboard, the windows were streaky, carpet was not cleaned. When I ran my fingers along the exterior, it was evident that the dirt was not fully removed just some areas. I had to take the truck home and redo the cleaning myself, which was a considerable inconvenience.
While I appreciate the friendly staff, the quality of the cleaning leaves much to be desired. I believe in giving businesses a fair chance, so I hope the team takes this feedback into consideration and improves their service. As it stands now, I cannot recommend this car wash to others.
