a month agoOnly use this car wash if you want half your car washed. Used the touchless service and it doesn’t even look like I went through a wash. Go to one of the other car washes in the area.3 months agoWhat a nice car wash! The vacuum machines are extremely strong, not to mention when you’re dine, you get free car fragrance which was nice!a year agoUsed it often but the automatic washer cycles seem to have been changed. They don’t seem to make as many passes & don’t clean as good nor do the dryers blow the water off your car like before. I’ve started going to the 1 by Big Sandy like it better now.9 months agoNot going to get into specifics but we had an issue with the touch car wash on a new car and the owner was very unresponsive. I’ve used their car washes for many years but will not be any longer and will not recommend them either.a year agoGreat place to sneak in and wash your car yourself. Most of the time the suction on the vacuums is good, but don’t use the machines for towels (I have lost money on more than one occasion).

Same disappointment the second time has cost them my business. No more!11 months agoLove this Car Wash! Great automatic car wash. A very unique feature is that at each entrance kiosk there is a 5 gallon bucket of soapy water and long handled soft brush with which you scrub the windshield and loosen the front end bug guts with! This wash offers Touchless and Soft Touch option in separate wash bays.3 weeks agoTouch less just doesn’t clean as well. There are 2 soft touch, and 1 no touch wash….. Soft touch comes in handy sometimes. Overall I really like this wash because you have choices and sometimes you can’t get all the mud off of your tires , so those buckets come in nicely. Prices are generally on average with other washers depending on selection…. There is also someone usually working there on the site(not to help wash the cars but still there). The blow dryers don’t move back and forth like some others washers. You got 00:01:30 to get through it so don’t expect a miracle dry … That probably would have got them 5 stars.

The membership aspect of this business is extremely convenient and affordable. The staff are very helpful and super friendly. Even days after the wash my vehicle still looks great. I highly recommend this company.
I love using this service! I live in Jackson County and didn’t have anything like this (until recently…They added something similar in Ripley, but it’s more expensive). The automatic wash in my town never works, or doesn’t take your card, or is so full you don’t want to wait in line. And it doesn’t offer all the amenities. I try to go through when I’m in the Parkersburg area. Consider opening up in Jackson County 😉

This is by far the best car wash in Parkersburg. I have a membership with three cars on it and it’s so affordable. The staff treats you with respect and goes above and beyond any expectations. I take my vehicles to the car wash more than they need it, and they come out shining like the day I bought them. Five stars isn’t enough for this place.
This place is an incredible deal for the money. 10$ first three months and you can go through as many times you’d like. Staff is attentive and friendly and the free mat vacuum and regular vacuums make this a great deal.
