2 months agoAll what we asking for to have equal service with other locations here everything bad even worse except the people’s working there honestly they’re perfect but the company doesn’t provide them and equipment to provide us a good service?? No vacuum most of the time, no mat cleaner at all time! I have three cars with d membership paying $60 a month but we don’t find the things we are looking for, why the other locations like Irving location they provide an excellent service?? Dose the people pay more what we pay or what?? Please fix this location and provide us a good service like everywhere or refund us our money over 2 years so we can find better car wash. Staff was friendly and machine was easy to deal with too.6 months agoUpdate: If I express my dissatisfaction on a service provided, I want to make sure I’m just as quick to share if the company makes it right. I’m pleased to report that they have. The General Manager called me and apologized and asked me to come back through again. It’s this type of response that can earn one’s business back.STAY AWAY! I took my Jeep through for wash and tire shine. Came home and dirt still all over the Jeep. I took it back to have it run through again and the manager said no. I was shocked. I showed him how it was still dirty and was disappointed that they wouldn’t honor their work. Will find another place.
a month agoGood place to wash my Yukon XL past years. Staff are eager to help. Plenty of space to Vacuum, Good Nozzle sprayer for interior cleaning, clean damp towels provided to wipe down excess water, and floor mat machine (No Rubber or Plastic one, only fabric mat). I use only 1 (ONE, UNO) towel to wipe down excess water, than the interior as needed. Cheers.3 months agoVacuums after the wash are nice and free. The wash itself didn’t really clean my car. I feel like most car washes don’t do a good job of cleaning, but they “wow” you with the color and smell of the soap/wax. Probably best going to the manual one and do it myself.

5 months agoMy friend and I decided to pass by a car wash before going home. Clean N Shine Express Car Wash is around 6 minutes away from Da Boba/Mochinut where we had dessert. The place is quite accessible to people who live in the area or to people who are just passing by to try different restaurants, just like us:). When we arrived, the place already had cars in line, but the wait was not that long. The person assisting, by the machine counter, is very helpful. He explained the different services provided. We decided to go with his suggestion. The car wash took approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds. My car did look clean and shiny afterwards; even my tires looked clean and shiny. Then we tried their free vacuum. They have a lot of spaces for the free vacuum. We turned right and got the first slot, right next to the entrance of the car wash. The vacuum is self service. I am not good in vacuuming but I think it did it’s job. Overall it was a good experience. We would go back for sure.7 months agoAt the beginning, I used to love this car wash. I was taking my car here during my break. I go to the immediate car washing. Cleaning is making me feel better to escape fr work stress. Full car was for $15. I tried the $10 ticket, and I found the same cleaning process. No change. Then, the cleaning quality started to change, not as before. Only the visible areas were cleaned. However, the hidden areas are not, such as the front and the back. My mirror in the back is kind of hidden, the dust was still there. Also my side mirrors are not clean as it should be. It is 2- 3 minutes wash for $15 should be better than what I started to have. Please, do some maintenance for your machines, and keep on regular checking. Additionally, since you say the $15 ticket will be cleaning everything, so please make sure it does. My tires are also not clean as I expected.I used to travel long distance to come here. So please, keep our trust in you! I will post a video for you.
3 weeks agoI’ve been coming here for awhile, as it’s very convenient to my work, but never regularly. Well, I got a new car and I’m determined to keep it clean and new-looking so I purchased the monthly pass. The first time I went after getting the sticker on my windshield, I assumed I just needed to pull up and the scanner would read the sticker. I had no idea I had to push a button on the screen. There was not an attendant on the line I went through. I saw someone and called him over. He rolled his eyes at me and walked over. He pushed the button on the screen, threw my receipt at me and walked away. I tried to ask him a question, but instead I saw him shaking his head (in the way that I would do if I was thinking “what a dumba$$”) So that was almost 2 months ago. I have actively avoided him since then by going through the other line if I see him there – I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m stupid. Fast forward to today – went though at lunch and he was there so I went through the other line. He came over anyway and pushed the button for me. I said “I don’t need my receipt” and put my window up and pulled forward to the gate. He let me sit there for quite awhile (there was no one behind me) and I finally put my window down and said “Am I able to go in?” There was no one in front either. He did a hand gesture at me like “Chill out” and didn’t say anything. I do not appreciate the attitude, so I will be cancelling my monthly pass and going elsewhere. Even if it’s further away and more expensive.a month agoGreat $8 wash, car and truck both came out very clean, they were both filthy. I like the air nozzle feature alongside the vacuum. Staff was helpful running the credit card.2 months agoEasy, fast, drive-thru car wash. The basic wash is $8. May have to wait if you want to use the free vaccum cleaning stations; they were all full.

I paid $100 to get my car cleaned, but I didn’t get what I wanted. The exterior was clean as well as the dashboard but the car seats, underneath the carpets and sides of the doors were still dirty. I noticed this when I got home. Had to do some additional cleaning myself even after paying $100 for this. Really disappointed.
I was signed up for a monthly wash plan so I went back there for a second wash, this time, even after I left, the liquid soap was still dripping from my car, leaving stains on my car. The negative reviews are all true. You guys should try and do better than this.

This place used to be the best when it was a Carmel Carwash! I paid $24 for an unacceptable exterior wash. Goo was on my tires, water streaks down my windows, dirt and debris left on my car. Not worth it. Won’t be going back.
Normally this place does an OK job. But this time I decided to get a mini detail for $55 I sat inside waiting 35 minutes only to come outside to see that my car had not been vacuumed wipe down or anything. They stopped working on my car and washed and dried another person‘s car while I was waiting for my car to be done. It made no sense why they didn’t finish my car and then go onto the car that arrived after I did. I like the old owners better than Carnation. It looks like they’re done detailing the outside of my car but I’m gonna send a photo right now of what it looks like from my point of view. I’m really not satisfied. For $55 I feel like they should’ve done a better job. I literally got out and started scrubbing it myself because I’ve been here almost an hour now. And still waiting. I’m extremely dissatisfied at this point.

DAMAGED CAR – $1876 to repair & they won’t respond. DO NOT USE! I went through their automatic car wash on 8/31/2023 and when I came out my stock spoiler on my Infiniti G37 had been broken off. The attendant had to go into the wash to pick it up. He cleaned it off and handed it back to me with no apology. I filled out their form and never heard back. I emailed them, submitted an online form and never heard back. It’s been a month. My car dealer Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram referred me to them. Never again!! Please don’t let this happen to you. This happened at the 1400 E Campbell Rd, Richardson location. When I tell others, apparently it used to be great place but new owners have let it go.
