4 months agoLove this car wash! But what made it extra special today, the tire shine was broke! But when I went back to tell the employees that I did have shine on my tires, they then told me it was broke. Cohen made it his business to come to the parking lot and shine my tires himself! I really appreciated that. Great customer service right there! Thanks Cohen3 weeks agoI have the UNLIMITED wash club. I pay for it. I went through the wash and there was still dirt on my truck, no big deal I pay for UNLIMITED washes. “Rob” was nasty saying you can’t have that much mud on your truck expecting my machines to get it clean. First off, It wasn’t a whole lot of mud, just hard to get off apparently. No big deal. I wasn’t rude about it at all. things happen. Secondly, I am paying for UNLIMITED washes! I should be able to go through as many times as I want if I am paying for UNLIMITED washes!I do not recommend this place for the rude aggressive approach of Rob and will be disputing my credit card charge since I cannot have UNLIMITED washes.
I’d like to add, when I signed up the kid told me it was a promo and I’d only pay $25 a month and got charged $40. SCAM!
a year agoPurchased the $50 Graph 4X monthly subscription and I’ve gotten my truck washed 3 days in a row so far. I noticed today my truck has sweeping scratches all over the front bumper due to the scrub brushes they use. The scrub brushes don’t even remove bugs, but have easily removed the paint from my bumper. Additionally, every time I leave the wash, there will be little places on my window or on the sides of the car that look dusty and dry like someone threw dust on the spots. It’s due to whatever poor detergent and finishers they use because these little dry spots have only appeared since getting my truck regularly washed. These spots are always in little seams like where the window glass meets the window frame or where the crack of a door meets the rest of the truck. I’m canceling my subscription today. I can’t afford a new paint job.5 months ago5 Stars to Logan at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Statesboro! He was very helpful when I was figuring out which wash to select. Logan was very knowledgeable about the different tiers of washes and helped me figure out which one was best for me. He did ask if I wanted to sign up for a membership and explained the benefits. He really sold me on the membership; however, I am not in need of one right now.Overall, the parking lot was great. The employees are really keeping towels stocked and bottles filled. The only unappealing aspect is when you pull up, it seems as if they are spraying the dirt down the driveway instead of towards the car wash to make it go away. I know before they would keep the concrete nice and clean, but now it seems like some kind of cleaning practice has changed. Maybe due to a change in management.
I applaud the young men who were working when I went through they seem to be doing a great job!
a month agoRichy went above and beyond to help me clean my mats. Asked if I needed any additional help. Went above and beyond. Wasn’t expecting this kind of service at a car wash. Extremely satisfied with the service here!

6 years agoGreat car wash. They are thorough and your car is so sparkly when through. Only drawback is that if you want everything done, it will take about an hour so plan your time well. There’s nothing they can do about the time. If you want your car cleaned well, it takes time.6 months agoMy husband just brought his truck over for The Works and Armor All. The inside of the truck was barely cleaned. We just redid it all. Dust all over dash and entire inside of car. It also was not vacuumed. The mats in the car were not even cleaned. We paid $75.00 plus a $20.00 tip. This price would have been fine if it was done properly. Never going there again. We just redid the inside ourselves. So extremely disappointed and this was our first time going there.2 years agoI had gone with the idea that everything would be cleaned and vacuumed. It was vacuumed but the clean left me under impressed but thanks to Cortney, she did her level best to make things right. Management should take notice of this young lady and her work ethic. She explained that somethings are an add on which I didnt know. So when you go make sure of what you are getting. Beautiful place and the guys who did my oil change were very good at explaining everything. Top notch.2 years agoAmazing service. I usually get the oil change with the interior/ exterior wash and my oil change is done quickly. As for the the washing and cleaning the interior , this one particular young man did an AMAZING job indeed. My interior looked like it came fresh off the lot. He’s done my car twice so far and both times he did a beautiful job. I’m very OCD about my interior and he followed me around the car and wiped anything down that I looked at. Highly recommend this place3 weeks agoFor how much we tipped at the beginning of the service and paid for the detail, there shouldn’t have still been dirt on the outside of the vehicle.

They are NEVER open on time. After they got rid of carpet automatic cleaning machine I should have just canceled my membership. Customer service is poor. Had to pay out of pocket twice even though I have a monthly membership because the machine was reading my previous barcode before their conversion to Take 5. Really would appreciate their bare minimum if they would be open and ready to go ON TIME. Time is 8:34 and I am sitting in line waiting for them to open along with other cars that are behind me.
The wash service is terrible now that they have switched to take 5. 16 dollars for a wash and my car looked the same after the wash as it did when I went in. I understand the machines won’t get all of the dirt but it literally didn’t wash anything! I was informed they don’t do a pre wash anymore and the attendant barely wiped my windshield before the wash. I went back when I got home and seen how awful it was and the guy at the kiosk seemed irritated but did agree to give me a second free wash. I left with my car 5 % cleaner than the first wash. Then they have the audacity to ask if you want a membership!? No thanks, I won’t be returning. A 5 year old could have washed my car better..
Very friendly and helpful staff. He was also was professional and courteous. Offered me a great deal on unlimited car washes. Looking forward to going back again over the next month.
Decent, if you can manage to get there and they’re not closed. They randomly shut down more than any business in statesboro. It could be 1pm, 10am always closed when they should be open. Can’t wait for the new car wash on 80 to open, hopefully different owners.
On recent occasions, it appeared that the car wash had to be shut down to due to faulty equipment. Today, Jamie was the only employee working. He was managing the wash as efficiently as he could, but having difficulty keeping up. It would be beneficial for this business to hire additional employees, and complete preventative maintenance to enable the business to remain open during posted business hours. Overall, I think the monthly subscription is worth the cost.
