in the last weekNormally, I probably would’ve given him a four or five star rating but my last experience with them wasn’t the greatest. My keys were around my neck on my lanyard and they got sucked up in the vacuum. I found an employee immediately told him what happened he said he would get them for me and be right back. I waited in the heat for well over a half hour with a three year old no one came Had to go inside find someone else. I explained that and I had a little bit of an issue, so I understood that part no judgment there, but I didn’t feel that they really cared about resolving the issue. She looked in the one vacuum by me but never got the keys to me she said she would have to shut the whole thing down and couldn’t to find them and took my name and phone number and said she would call me when they close at night or the next morning it’s been like a week I still have not heard anything I even tried calling and nobody got back to me so I was out a house key and the keys to my safe, which hold my medication not something I could be without so I am frustrated and upset about that. I understand that part of it is on me yes but part of it is also on them they work there. They told me that they would get them in that they would contact me and they did not do so, so I just wish that they cared about a customers experience a little bit more than one on Sunset great never had any issues. If I did have a problem, they always resulted quickly and efficiently. This is my first time going to the one in Washington. I was not happy.2 months agoFantastic cleaning! I love having their monthly pass and driving through whenever I need to, especially with all the rain we’ve had. Their vacuums are amazing and it’s so helpful to not have to be putting quarters into a slot… You just get to use them as much as you need to and vacuum your car out for hours if necessary. I love that they have glass cleaner and 2 different kinds of vacuums and plenty available.There’s never been a time that I haven’t been able to pull in and use a vacuum. With the drive thru, even with a long line it goes quickly and is with the wait.
I seriously love it and highly recommend them.

They continue to add new additions and technology that makes it even better. We don’t use anyone else anymore.a week agoVery pleased and pleasantly suprised. Everyone was so friendly and approachable. They nicely offered me a free car wash since it was just opened and it was absolutely fabulous. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DO NOT WASH IT HERE. See pictures, but this place put some nice surface scratches on my car. Owner/manager (not worthy of that title), refused to fix the damage. Had to call back twice after being told I would receive a call to discuss. Clearly damage from the car wash. Sad part is, this car isn’t even a year old. They offered to have a high school kid use some kind of wax to try to take it off….yeah right! Imagine what more damage they would do! Not sure what more proof is needed than seeing these brush marks
I love this car wash! I’ve been coming here for the last 4 years and have always enjoyed the experience. I get a kick out of the T-Rex they have out front whether just plain Jane or dressed up for a holiday. More especially I enjoy that they prescrub your car to get the bugs off, have free vacuums to use for after and have towels available to dry down your car when finished. Also, the scented Dino and wipes are appreciated for the interior as well.
This was genuinely the best car wash experience we’ve ever had. We’ve lived in four states and traveled across the country and had lots of car washes throughout and the detailed exterior spraying, scrubbing/cleaning at the beginning and then the wash itself were top notch. Every single service member had a smile and seemed happy to help but the standout for us, by far, was Logan. Cheerful, friendly, helpful, and very detailed. He first helped us on Friday and we came back again on Saturday hoping he would be there! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service, wash, and especially employee! Thank you Dino Dash wash and thank you Logan!!
The guys working spent a good five minutes scrubbing the front of my car, which was filthy after a trip. I wanted to put down my window and tell them thanks, but I of course couldn’t! I also tried out the $1 mat cleaner and that worked great. Love the free vacuums and towels too. 👍🏻
Me and my grand daughter come here, she loves it!! She has to hold my hand the whole time because she gets “scared” but then laughs all the way through. 🙂 she loves the logo at the start… I wish it would change up, it would be so much more fun!!
