a year agoExtremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable staff. I got a Platinum full service wash on my Odyssey. The whole process took about 30 minutes. They took their time, and the end result was wonderful. My car is feeling brand new. They wiped down everything including the dashboard and door panels, vacuumed the seats and floor mats, cleaned the windows and even cleared my cupholders that had melted wax smothered all over it. My steering wheel and pedals all feel like they were replaced with new ones. The total cost was around $40 and it was well worth it. I’ve been to five corners hand wash located on hillside ave and they don’t take this much detail into consideration. The staff here are very kind, and will take care of you, incase you didn’t like how they did something. Will definitely be coming back with the other cars we own. If you want this same wash that i got, ask for a Platinum Full service. It’s very worth it. I’m glad i found a place that really knows how to get the job done properly. 2 months agoI am not a person who usually is impressed by a carwash. After getting the Grand Prix an entire teak took care of the interior of my car. They said “100% we can get it totally off. You have to get the VIP service for $50”. I really didn’t need the rest of the car cleaned but said ok because I wanted that milk out so bad. They finished my car and said sorry we couldn’t get it off. I said then I need some of my money back. They said no. All we can do is try and we did but we can’t guarantee we can get it off. I’m like then why did you say that? They said for $105 extra they would take it off. I said absolutely not. I left with the same milk stain I showed up with. And they smeared my windows with their dirty rags so I have to windex them myself when I got home because they were hard to see out of. And they kept my whole $50. Rude, unprofessional, and do not do a good job at all. My car isn’t that clean for $50 despite the milk stain not begin removed as promised.

This place is pretty unreliable. After my $50 car wash, I go to retrieve my car and notice it still has brown spots all over the rear quarter panel. I asked for them to be removed… they refused saying I would need to bring it back and pay for a detail. They refused to refund. I spent 10 minutes cleaning the spots off and then had to haggle with the manager just to run it through the wash again. I left, after 2 hours, with car that I had cleaned without any of the treatments I paid $50 for.
Posting this right now so that you can see the time of service and the time of this post, which is literally within the hour of my service being completed. Mainly doing this because I know the owners like to play the blame game and will make some excuse out of, the bad or incomplete service. Aside from the usual rude interaction from the cashier, please see the stains, blue fingerprints, melted paint on my car. Somehow the paint literally melted upon them cleaning it and they did a terrible job with cleaning on the outside. I’ve tried to give this place another chance after a previous bad experience, but because they keep making excuses I really can’t anymore. I paid for the $75 package by the way for a full interior and exterior cleaning. Please save your money and go some place else. I already know this will ignite the account holder to send their usual general message of stating how it wasn’t their fault. Spending this amount of money is no joke for continuous bad service. Take accountability please.
I am a monthly member and I needed a full detail. Miguel took great care of my car. He got all of the hard water spots out of my Tesla. Detailed the entire interior and the exterior is as good as new.
Miguel was extremely hospitable for me today. I was looking for a car detail just to get some quick fixes on my Mazda Sedan. Miguel went out his way to use certain chemical and machinery to help expedite what I needed done all by himself. His help was very needed and him being patient and super respectful made me even more comfortable and want to keep coming back to this car wash.
This place is busy so I feel like sometimes the cars are being rushed. I left with such bad streak marks inside my windshield I had to clean them myself. Other than that it was ok worth $70 for the one I chose I would say not. .
