5 months agoHappy to have found Andrew. Great service on the car and great communication. Car looked brand new! Will use him again for all of our car needs.2 months agoBoat looks like new!!! Andrew detailed my 23 foot Mastercraft and brought the gel coat back to perfection. I give Final Touch my highest recommendation. Additionally, once Andrew started the job it became apparent the original owner of the boat had applied some aftermarket clear coat that needed several hours of wet sanding to remove before detailing and restoration could even begin. Andrew had previously provided me a quote and even though the clear coat removal took more than three times as long as originally estimated, Andrew stuck to his quote. Honorable and does excellent work. Look no further- you won’t be disappointed.4 months agoAbsolutely the most professional detailer you will ever meet. Andrew has amazing talent and uses the best products and techniques to make your vehicle look better than when it was new. Going to have Andrew ceramic coat my black colored vehicle and can’t wait for the easy weekly maintenance to keep it looking amazing. Thank you Andrew. My vehicle is so easy to keep clean after the ceramic coating and the detail kit you personally put together for me helps keep the vehicle looking it’s best.5 months agoLeft my car with Andrew for a few days while I was out of town and came back to what seemed like a new vehicle. He took care of the exterior immaculately, but I personally care more about the interior and he got it SPOTLESS. Even the tiny micro spots that you notice but seem too minute to take care of he got. It seemed like he took a fine comb through the car it was amazing. He even went out of his way to get the crack in my windshield quoted for me by someone he knew. This guy really cares a lot and I seriously couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone who wants a makeover for their car5 months agoWe just bought a new Explorer. Hooked up with Andrew. I thought the vehicle looked good before, lol. After a ceramic coating, Andrew knocked it out of the park! Very professional and DETAIL oriented. Highly recommend.

4 years agoWhen I went there to get gas, I had a gas pump leakage that resulted in gas being spilled all over my hands and all over the floor, even when the handle was not depressed. the manager basically just said to f off in a very polite way and said we are not refunding you even though I got covered in gas because of a technical problem with the pumps, AND got overcharged. Avoid this gas station AT. ALL. COSTS.a year agoBought the car wash here because usually it gives a discount (5 to 10 cents/gallon) off their high gas prices and I didn’t need much gas to top off my tank.Their car wash prices are higher at the pump vs the automated kiosk before entering the car wash 🤷🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
4 months agoExperience was an okay friendly service5 years agoThis Shell location is close to the 101 freeway exit in downtown Windsor and has a clean gas station with free air and water services. The station runs a car wash also and the entrance ramp doesn’t scratch-smash your vehicle.
9 months agoWorst customer service ever! I asked the lady if she can please turn the air on. I couldn’t believe it when I seen her roll her eyes! Never coming back!

The Ultimate Guide to Car Wash Clearances Across the US
The clearance of most car washes is typically based on the height of the vehicles that they can accommodate. This is determined by the physical structure of the car wash facility, including the height of the entrance and exit areas. The clearance is an important factor to consider to avoid any potential damage to the vehicle during the washing process.
Here are some common clearance measurements found in car washes:
- Standard clearance: A standard car wash clearance is typically around 7 feet (2.13 meters) in height. This can comfortably accommodate most sedans, hatchbacks, and smaller SUVs.
- High clearance: Some car washes offer a higher clearance to accommodate taller vehicles such as trucks, vans, and SUVs with roof racks. High clearance car washes can have a clearance of around 8 to 9 feet (2.44 to 2.74 meters).
- Extra high clearance: For larger vehicles like RVs, motorhomes, and certain commercial vehicles, car washes with an extra high clearance are required. These car washes often have a clearance of 10 feet (3.05 meters) or more.
It is important for vehicle owners to be aware of the height of their vehicles and choose a car wash facility that can accommodate their specific clearance needs. Driving a vehicle that is too tall for a car wash can result in damage to the vehicle or the car wash equipment. Car wash operators usually have clear signage indicating the maximum clearance allowed and can provide guidance on suitable options for taller vehicles.

How much does it cost to wash your car in the USA?
Here are some factors that can affect the cost of car washes in the USA:
- Type of car wash: The type of car wash you choose will have a big impact on the cost. Automatic car washes are typically less expensive than touchless car washes, and full-service car washes are the most expensive.
- Location: The location of the car wash can also affect the cost. Car washes in urban areas are typically more expensive than car washes in rural areas.
- Size of the car: The size of your car will also affect the cost of the car wash. Larger cars will typically cost more to wash than smaller cars.
- Additional services: You may also choose to add additional services to your car wash, such as undercarriage cleaning, tire shine, or interior vacuuming. These additional services will typically cost extra.
Here is a table of some average car wash prices in the USA:
Type of car wash | Average price |
---|---|
Basic automatic car wash | $10 – $20 |
Touchless car wash | $15 – $30 |
Full-service car wash | $20 – $50 |
It is important to note that these are just average prices, and the actual cost of a car wash may vary depending on the factors listed above.
Here are some tips for saving money on car washes:
- Wash your car yourself: This is the most cost-effective way to clean your car.
- Look for coupons or discounts: Many car washes offer coupons or discounts, so be sure to check before you go.
- Wash your car during off-peak hours: Car washes are typically more expensive during peak hours, so try to wash your car during off-peak hours to save money.
- Consider a membership: Some car washes offer memberships that can save you money on washes over time.

Shell is a great gas station with a convenience store and an A&W/Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant all at one location. The Shell has multiple pumps, extended hoses, and a car wash.
If you find my review helpful, please give me a thumbs-up 👍 Thank you!
Convenient and clean gas station in downtown Windsor. Near freeway and Town Green and Oliver’s complex. Nice carwash, too. Vacuum sucks, save your $1.50.
An ok Shell. Google pay on the pumps never works. They have bathrooms and the place is decently clean. The selection of snacks and drinks is somewhat lacking. But they’re open late and they’re right off the freeway. If you’re heading North they’re probably one of the last super easy gas stations to get to right off the highway before you get to Cloverdale or farther.
I normally have a great experience here, always stop at burger king next door. Employees at shell are normally super nice.. guessing the cashier was having a bad day. Clearly said 20$ on pump 7. Waited outside for a few minutes and nothing. Went inside to see if something happened with the pump I used to manage a Chevron store so just wanted to make sure that punp worked. The girl was so snobby she said you handed me 20$ not 10$ and you said you were on pump 10 I said umm. You got that completely wrong I said 20$ on pump 7 and said it 2 times. She said well you said pump 10 I said dude I can tell your new but don’t argue with your customers for 1, for two just own up that your wrong. Makes life easier on both ends. But the snobbiness and the attitude she put out was so unprofessional.
Brian on the night shift is great tho! Completely opposite he’s super nice and makes you feel invited. I hope that girl finds a job that matches her personality or she takes a chill pill. I would never hire her.
Been trying to call and the message said there’s no room for a voicemail. Trying to find a lost wallet. What kind of business line makes it so there is no way to call?
