7 months agoMy car looks great and I didn’t have to leave the house or be out in the cold. Took a while though. And the cleaner left halfway through the process and left my car unlocked. He did text me though. I assume some sort of emergency. Otherwise great experience.2 months agoI used this company for the first time after a relative’s suggestion. Overall the exterior looked great but they should pay close attention to the small details such as the door handles, floor mats and carpets. The vacuuming was not great and I honestly could have done a better job myself. I understand I paid for the $89 service (thanks for the $20 discount), but the technician really could have done a better job with the interior. I really like local companies but it’s hard to recommend if you are not paying attention to the details when you are a “detailing” company.3 months agoIt was great years ago but the attention to detail has really suffered. Dirty door gaps, debris all in the seat cracks, entire trunk area skipped and sections of wheels still covered in brake dust on my last two detailing jobs.a month agoTechnician arrived early for the appointment but communicated in advance. Wash and wax were fine, though he missed the roof (admittedly it’s a tall SUV). Interior vaccin was good, but the leather conditioner was applied in a hit and miss fashion so it left everything streaky. Overall, I won’t use them again, but it may be the technician was inexperienced. He was very polite.4 months agoSpiffy is the gold standard when it comes to car mobile detailing. I have used Spiffy since 2016, and this last time I interacted with Antoine who was friendly, patient, professional, and thorough.

As a long time customer of the Car Wash Lodge in Morrisville, NC, I can say first hand that the new owner, Edge Express , is 2X as good as the Lodge. Better everything. The Edge Express Ceramic wash is new gold standard for my cars. Absolutely prefer the self service vacuum and wipe down too.
Everything you love about a quick car wash! The staff was super friendly, the line was organized even with it being super busy. They have a variety of packages at different price points which is nice. The wash tunnel has colored soap and led lights which is honestly my favorite part of any automatic car wash. At the end they have a self serve vacuum station with microfiber clothes, multiple purpose spray and glass cleaner. I am leaving in a great mood with a pretty clean car.
I’ve been taking my car here several weeks now and have overall been happy with the quality.
Today I went through and at the end of the tunnel, something in their equipment completely stripped off a piece of trim on my roof. The guy working didn’t seem overly concerned and said I should just try to snap it back on. My car is only a year old so just trying to figure out if some more costly damage could happen the next time. Just be aware that it’s likely always a possibility.
The automatic wash has different options. Basic at $12 and goes up to something close to $30. Credit card and cash, both are accepted. The car takes around 3 minutes to go through the entire line for a basic wash. Drying fans are really great at the end of line.
Post wash you can take to the vacuum stations at the facility. This is for FREE which is really awesome.
The place has vacuum stations around 10-12 in number. Vacuum is free. They have 2 cleaning liquids, an all purpose and a specific for glass. The spray bottles at vacuum stations are filled with these. There are cleaning towels at the vacuum stations which you can use. All this is FREE with the car wash you purchased.
Overall, I feel this is a great place if you are looking to go on a weekend and spend around 20-30 minutes to get a clean ride(vacuum, interior cleaning and glass cleaning included).
Special mention – the staff is extremely helpful if you have any questions, they even help you to learn how to use the facility if you are new to this.
Really good Customer Service. Quick and easy. Plenty of vacuums, cleaners and towels. I do recommend this location. Visited on a weekday.
