2 weeks agoI absolutely love sparkling image car wash at 6190 N Keystone! I have attended other sparkling image locations out of convenience and it is not quite to the same caliber of customer service, friendliness, and attention to detail! Each visit I am greeted with the same smiling faces and a hug from my favorite employee Craig!! He takes the time to speak to my kiddos and ask how my day is going. In addition to this family feel, he is very professional by asking each and every visit if I am happy with the job that is done. The overall crew at this location is wonderful and I couldn’t say enough positive things about my experience here! This is certainly why all 3 of my care have an unlimited membership here!2 months agoDONT GO WITH A PRESSED SCHEDULE. The staff was the friendliest I’ve come across which was super awesome. I’m used to self service vacuums so that’s on me for not looking into it more but a normal 15min chore turned into sitting there for almost an hour waiting for them to do it. So if you’re trying to take your time and have nothing on the schedule then it’s a 10/10. But maybe not for people w a busy schedule trying to knock a quick errand out.2 weeks agoSparking Image!! The staff is always nice and friendly. They also do good work on your vehicle.2 weeks agoI always come to this car wash all of the time & I always tip every person who washes my car, no matter if it’s two, or three people who washes it. I tip.Sometimes I even tip the power wash person who tells you put the car in neutral.
I always do the inside & out & sometimes I do the wax & tire package as well.
I had did the wax & tire package with everything for $31.00 here recently & I had 5 days to us my free exterior wash & I literally just missed the date by literally A 1, or 2 day & the lady manager refused to give me my free wash.
Only if you all knew how many people I’ve referred to you all

2 months agoI’ve been to this place multiple times. Paid for a variety of services and always wind up really disappointed. Got the interior and exterior wash today and my car basically got a very basic vacuum.a month agoThese guys have been getting it right…Inside and out. (Our existing service provider didn’t offer inside services at all their locations) so decided to change it up on one of our vehicles. Happy we did. Gained valuable time back.Hand wash locations have been very challenging to find with consistent days hours, quality service, good staff.

a month agoThe outside of my car will be cleaned good. They do not do the inside well. I had a membership and canceled it. I went their 3 times in one month and each time my vehicle’s inside was not vacuumed properly and there was always streaks on my dash. If I’m paying 50 bucks for a membership a month I want at least it vacuumed properly.a month agoPlace has really gone downhill since I started using them years ago. Just had and interior and exterior wash done. When they said my truck was ready, it definitely was not. All the windows were a mess as was the inside. They cleaned it up again, and now looking at it at home they barely wiped down most of the inside. Not sure if it’s an issue with the workforce like everyone is experiencing but this place used to be dependable. Now it’s a big hit or miss with interior work like a lot of the reviews have said.a month agoWe drive over 50 miles to come get the best car wash around! Their interior cleaning is so good and reasonably priced! We’d be members in a hot second if they had a location closer to us!

My wheel bumper fell off during a wash and they refused to give me back my car part! Literally they have my car part and told me I can’t retrieve it until I bring back a missing car part from someone else’s vehicle they think I took!
I used coupon for $17 wash. The young woman directing vehicles inside was not on her job. Clearly, my wheels were not aligned with the tracks and she failed to inform me. She kept telling me to come forward. My car would not due to being off track. When I pushed on gas, she said stop. When I asked what the happened, she said it was because I had my foot on the brake when that was clearly not the issue. If she doesn’t want to be there, then she should just take a break or quit. Not the right job for her. I have never had this issue before.
I’ve worked at Crew Carwash for a couple of years. My coworkers were so enjoyable and kind. It got busy sometimes but we worked together and tried our best to provide the best services. I’m also an unlimited customer and am satisfied with it. If anything is dirty, I can always ask and they do their best to clean, but typically I don’t need to. The fastwax is so helpful!
Could have used the prespray around the front that I asked for, but there’s a good reason to take advantage of the $19.98 3-mth special for unlimited washes!
Who would have thought I would have a bad experience at a car wash. It felt like I was in a drive through when I pulled up there was two people helping one lady out I was fine with that. But I guess the man was talking to much to see me 3 minutes later a car pulls up and he takes that person at this point. I roll back words and go to the one in Carmel. I felt disappointed 😢
