a month agoClosest-to-downtown McDonald’s-with-Play-Area I found.Minor hickups (Ordering kiosk had a broken card reader) but staff was friendly, food was as expected, play area was clean (but needs better ventilation – it smelled like sweat). I’d visit again just for the play area (we have a toddler).
There seem to be community events which is nice for the neighborhood.
2 weeks agovery racist towards African-Americans. Specially the kids they go to North Grand high school it’s very dangerous place to park your car and pick up food at this location due to the legal turns that’s coming into this business.in the last weekExcellent service. Food is always fresh and the tables are always clean. Great efficient staff as well.4 months agoMy order that I placed was all wrong, after pulling over waiting for them to prepare. Twice they came out to my car with wrong orders, on top of all that it’s frustrating when you talking with someone who can’t speak or understand English well. Truly a bad experience.a month agoVery nice restaurant and the food is very fresh. This location also has a play place. Highly recommend to visit.

5 months agoOne of the better McDonald’s in the city. Great for a quick bite to eat since they get orders out of the door quickly. Is pretty clean as well. The food is hot, fresh & tastes good.a year agoMy Quarter Pounder was delicious however the bun was stale. Coke had perfect fizz.Fries still the best but tired. I hate the new seating ,uncomfortable and designed to make you leave . The automated ordering kiosk is impersonal and greasy.Very unpleasant. Service was efficient but server impersonal. Small off street parking lot full. AWARDED 1 YUM ON A SCALE OF 3a month agoThe food is always to standard. However, no matter what time of day it is. 7 am, 12 pm, or 5 pm. They always forget something on my order. Unsure if it’s because I mobile order or what, but the amount of times it has happened is beyond frustrating. With corporate so close you would imagine the quality of service check would be top notch. Unfortunately no longer getting my business here.2 months agoThere is no clarity as to when the lobby opens only the drive through which I can’t use. Update: 1 of the doors says they open at 5 am. It’s 5:20 am and I’ve been outside for 15 minutes when I could be at work already. This is ridiculous..They can see me through the glass and a worker is outside acting like he doesn’t know what’s going on. I will be reporting this to corporate.They still had me standing outside after the worker told them for several minutes I was at the door. Then this man has the nerve to raise his voice at me with an attitude because I complained and took another customer in front of me after I’ve been standing outside all that time. Also stating to me that they forgot to open the door as if I’m supposed to be happy with that. I don’t normally say this but I really hope this man is fired..Totally disrespectful of my time and money. When I mentioned to him that the woman was not before me he stated “Ma’am are you going to order or not because I have the right to not take your order if your going to keep complaining”a month agoThis location is supposed to be open 24 hours but I stopped by the drive thru at around 2:30am-3:00am on a Friday night and the employee rudely told me that they were closed. Meanwhile 5+ cars were already paying and getting their food… I worked for McDonald’s’s for 3 years so I know that their system resets at 3am and it’s stressful to deal with the system, customers and breakfast menu switch but if you have multiple cars in line, the right thing to do is take the customer’s order considering you are clocked in/getting paid for doing a job.

Terrible service! There were enough fries sitting on the warmer to feed an army and every single one of them looked soggy and old. Photo enclosed……. A guy was asking for a missing fry and sauce and had to practically beg for it.
The place is apparently take out only after 10:00 but the wise guy “security guard” made a point of saying that while I was eating just a hamburger (all I got) and said to me rudely “it’s not that difficult a concept”. Well security man, guess being nice to customers *is* that difficult a concept………
Felt compelled to try the Grimace Shake. But let’s be honest… those FRIES 🍟 are crazy good!
Really nice but I kinda miss the old building. This is the McDonald’s of the future. Food was good and service was friendly.
Really nice McDonald’s. The staff seemed nice but they don’t really talk to you much. Lots of seating and the food came out quick. It is a really nice place to chill and eat it is one of my favorite McDonald’s to go to downtown. It also tends to be not as busy later at night so I like to go then. Overall not a bad spot to hang out and eat I would recommend if you are in this area.
Open 24 hours! And free Wi-Fi as expected. Big space. Do have good views, but not high at all. Cannot see river nor lake at all.
