3 months agoGreat, fast and friendly service in downtown Detroit. Just a few blocks from Ford Field and Comerica Park NFL and MLB stadiums. Staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. Food was made hot and fresh. Quick preparation and everything we ordered was was correct and the exact way we wanted it. Everything was great! Clean restaurant and restrooms. Plenty of parking and seating along with an outdoor patio area, weather permitting. Highly recommend this McDonald’s if you’re in the Woodward, Midtown, Brush Park areas of Detroit!in the last weekHad a couple of visits here – One was drive-thru experience where the cashiers were nice, but the dude doing the presenting was colder than the food he handed to me (and I didn’t get the sauces I paid for.) Another was an in-store pickup where the pop was more watery than the Detroit river. I get it if you are in a pinch but there are better at other places in the city.2 weeks agoMe and my aunt went inside for doordash there was a lady waiting outside (curbside) for large fries so she came in and she asked a worker and he said “You gotta ask them that’s their job not mine” and not only that no one came to see us and didn’t ask if we needed anything and kept their backs turned and NO ONE came to the front counter THIS IS RIDICULOUS GET BETTER STAFF THEN a worker walked by and didn’t pay attention to NO ONE AGAIN a worker ALSO saw us and didn’t ask us anything and the lady that was sitting at curbside was there for 10 MINUTES GET BETTER STAFF3 months agoEDIT (6/21/2023): I pick and choose my battles. This $1.50 battle wasn’t worth it. Instead, I have decided to shop at Meijer and other grocery stores, prepare my own meals at home, and I refuse to visit this location again with the exception of needing to visit here in order to not starve to death.I visited here on 07/21/20 at around 9:30pm. I asked for a Quarter Pounder Deluxe with Bacon, their 2B combo, with no ketchup/mustard/mayo, and a large meal size. Instead, I was ringed up for a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, their 2a combo, with extra bacon for $1.50. On top of that, the cook intentionally left off the bacon on my sandwich. While the manager on duty rectified the issue with me angrily sitting at the drive-thru window, and I did get my 3 small strips of bacon for $1.50 put on my sandwich, the manager on duty took my receipt to prevent me from accurately complaining. I will ensure that I get the names of the offending employee who overcharged me on my meal and the manager on duty who took my receipt to prevent me from complaining.
The service at this location has deteriorated to the point where this particular location is best for getting cold chicken nuggets and cold fries.
I took pictures of my poorly prepared sandwich. I added mustard to my sandwich when I got home, as I routinely fail to receive mustard on my sandwiches at this location whenever I ask for only mustard.
3 months agoI use the app to play my order like I have done so many times before unfortunately it did not inform me that this location was not serving shakes so they tried to give me a soft drink for the same price as a shake that does not work but I was able to get a refund on the shake. But they did not give me anything due to the fact that I had to wait and my food was then cold when I got it.

in the last weekNormally the service is fast and the food is decent enough not to complain. This trip was different. I order two breakfast meals one being the steak meal with a caramel frappe(the machine was down), so I settled for an ice coffee. When I got to work to open my meal, there was no steak on the sandwich, just an egg and a sorry looking piece of cheese, and the ice coffee tasted like poison. I was extremely upset I called them a thousand times for two days never got an answer, so I felt robbed of my money. The only reason I gave them two stars and not one is because I witness the manager put her employee in her place for being rude to a customer through drive-through and she did it in the most professional way.2 weeks agoThis is a picture of the drive thru window. My family Loves your breakfast sandwiches! I can’t eat them. My favorite used to be your salads! They’re not on the menu anymore! 😪2 months agoMcDonald’s experience at this location is always a good experience for me every time I go there. I especially love the fact that the coca cola drink is never ever flat and always fresh! The food is always hot and delicious 😋. The staff is quick, kind and courteous to all the customers. The wait is never long and the lines move fast! Great management here as always!3 weeks agoThis location is undergoing changes and team is under pressure BUT the manager, Tracey made it her business to insert herself wherever to make every customer experience a pleasant one. She even talked with customers who had complaints. She had a great heart and big smile and she dealt with various concerns . She deserves a raise… 🙂a week agoThis is by far the worst location! They are so slow no direction…. Everyone need to be fired.. This is what I call lazy, I ordered a Big Mac meal taking ten minutes to 20 just so I could get my food they also have you pull up to the reserved spot taking there time to hang me my food. I can’t even rate the food because I still have received it yet smh

Healthy and Vegetarian Options at McDonald’s
While McDonald’s is typically known for its fast food offerings, there are a few healthier and vegetarian options available for those looking for alternatives. Here are some options:
- Salads: McDonald’s offers various salad options that can be customized to suit your dietary needs. Their salads typically include mixed greens, vegetables, and protein choices like grilled chicken or fish. Be sure to ask for dressing on the side to control the portion and reduce calorie intake.
- Wraps: Some McDonald’s locations have vegetable wraps on their menu, which can be a good choice for vegetarians. These wraps usually contain a mix of fresh vegetables, such as lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and sometimes cheese or a vegetable patty.
- Side Salad: If you’re looking for a lighter option, you can also order a side salad. Skip the high-calorie dressings and ask for a vinaigrette or low-fat dressing instead.
- Fruit and Yogurt Parfait: If you’re looking for a sweet treat, McDonald’s offers a fruit and yogurt parfait made with low-fat vanilla yogurt, granola, and a mix of fresh fruits.
- Apple Slices: McDonald’s also offers apple slices as a kid’s meal option or a side choice. This can be a healthier alternative to fries or other high-calorie sides.
While it’s important to note that these options may vary depending on the location, these are some examples of healthier and vegetarian choices you can find at McDonald’s. However, it’s always a good idea to check the nutritional information and ingredients list before ordering to ensure the meal fits your specific dietary needs.

The manager was friendly. The crew was efficient, competent and professional. My burger was well prepared, hot and tasty. Kudos to the team at this location. 👍🎉
The McDonalds in Michigan Avenue in Dearborn should have their staff and manager do a “Field trip” to witness what good management and customer service looks like.
I am very disappointed with this McDonald as soon as I came in a lady said don’t come to the counter Oder at the kiosk. And when they called me a lady named mildred was very rude unprofessional and told me they stop serving breakfast mind you I order before the time of breakfast is over . She yelled at me do you want your food or not . The last thing I wanna do is file a lawsuit against McDonald’s for discrimination or verbal assault . It is not right how they treat people here only because they are employees rose t mean they have the right to act the way they do with people .
The food is really good but the service is somewhat questionable and I’ve heard management being really rude towards other fellow employees and it made me really uncomfortable. I also think that sometimes the team could have better time management skills and pay closer attention to their orders and have less loud casual conversation while on the job.
This establishment is pretty scary. Vagrants begging for money, outside the front door. Drug addicts sleeping in the booths, and shooting up, in the bathrooms.
There was a young lady who sat behind me, as I was eating. She was talking loudly into her phone, and smelled so badly, that I couldn’t even finish my meal.
She kept repeating that she didn’t abandon her children for drugs, and would get on methadone soon.
Would not recommend this location.
WHAT is up with the junkies being allowed to hang out in here? i stopped in while in detroit for a visit, and a woman and man were in a booth, coughing, rubbing their runny noses with their hands, touching everything i sight. they had no food, nothing, just sitting inside getting germs and viruses all over. it was gross. i left, lost my appetite. this is really bad. NOBODY needs exposure to more germs. and this place allows junkies to hang out??? come on.
