2 months agoOne of the worst customer service experiences ever. After waiting at the counter for 10 mins even to be acknowledged. I was told by the young lady they were attending to the drive through only and I should get back in line and continue to wait. Mind you this was at 6:30am on a Sunday morning. They were not busy enough to leave the counter unattended for that long. She was also extremely rude about it. Not a good morning, be with you as soon as we can, nothing. Just a very rude young lady. a month agoI’ve been here multiple occasions however this is about the 5th time we come to this Mcdonald’s and they are all different times, different levels of busy and still I get terrible quality food. The flavor is fine, the staff is okay but I swear it’s like they throw the food into the wrapper and call it good. I keep coming back unfortunately because it’s the closest one to the house. Good luck with y’all’s orders!2 weeks agoThe service is lacking. They have yet to get the orders correct. We always get 3 Happy meals and they hardly ever have it right. Whether it’s the meal or the soft drinks, they keep doing it wrong. We’ve even walked in and they still have the orders wrong! Sooo frustrating!!2 months agoThey are so incredibly slow. This is my 7th time visiting this location just to make sure i wasnt tripping the first 6 times. A 2 star restaurant with all handicapped personnel would make the food faster and tastier than this location, and with friendlier service.2 months agoLittle disappointed, always come here and it has never disappointed me. I order 2 cheeseburgers meal with smoothie and large drink on side. My large drink wasn’t near Full would say it quarter of past half the fries was little bit cold. Asked for extra cheese and onions and paid extra! Never got the extra. 14$ wasted ☹️a month agoThe laziest disgusting most subpar McDonald’s you can possibly choose. No sauces. My fries have been thrown back into the fryer for letting them sit out for Lord knows how long I would rather eat stale bird food. Piss poor quality, zero attention to detail save your money and go get a bag of dog kibble instead. 😤

Service for walk-in should be faster. Stop for breakfast for co-workers. Seems they take their time and are no hurry to help walk in. While the drive-thru get speedy Service.
We’re all got places to be, especially heading to WORK & I was in uniform, so I was hoping I get faster service for multi- orders. FOOD hot & good👍.
Everything I go they never seem to surprise me they always mess up my order..
I love the Caramel ice coffee..1 bought one yesterday “no carmamel”.. the I bought bought 2 today.. 1 in morning which was great..another one this afternoon guess what “no Caramel ” I even asked them ..they said sure it does,which was a lie..I’ve got better chance at Sonic..I’ve had it with those people.

Y’all, you know, I feel that this McDonald’s actually seriously impressed me and my boyfriend, and I feel like that’s difficult to do. But I’m leaving a 5 start review today bc the food has absolutely slapped the past two times we’ve gone and it’s simply because it’s made really well I suppose. I’m not sure, but this food has really been amazing. We want to know what the people here are putting in this food. 😍
After placing my order, we waited in the lobby for over 15 minutes until I got up and asked about my order. The manager stated he would complete the order as it got deleted from the queue. Our food was just sitting in the warmer. The heal of the hamburgers was hard. When I went to talk to the manager again, he avoided us by being on his phone. The clerk that was in the front saw I was trying to get his attention and took care of the problem.
