5 months agoA majority of the employees that work at this location are very rude and don’t know how to use manners. Even when customers initiate the manners! There is one lovely lady who usually works in the drive-through, sweet as can be! An older lady may be my mothers generation. I’ll have to get her name the next time I go. Anyways … I promise, I just love this lady! She kindly put it, but she too knows most of the other employees are rude. She is actually quite funny about it. She makes my day when I see her!4 months agoDisappointed with my big Mac at the East Street /Madison Ave location. The meat paddies were smaller and the sandwich was just thrown together and very sloppy. I have NO future plans to revisit McDonald’s for reducing the meat portions of the sandwich yet charging the same dollar amount. I never get I always get coffee with no sweetener which makes the coffee very unpleasant to drink. How hard is it to sprinkle in a couple of packets of sweetener. I had to get a box too carry with me to add my own. Terrible service in this area. The rest is good.3 months agoThis place is a joke, if management does not correct customer service and provide the correct way to treat and respect community, they have no place being open. These children being hired is not their fault it’s the adults I hold accountable. I do say that these kids just haven’t gotten the right person yet….they are just setting this kids up for failure. You know how hard it is to try and scrape melted cheese off your sandwich without taking the rest of the stuff you want off with it.a year agoIt use to be good here but these past two times I have come they forgot part of the order and this is also the second time in a row there has been hair in the fries! My hair is not even the same color as the ones on the fries so I know it wasn’t mine. The iced coffee had ground coffee beans at the bottom of the drink. The first time I found the hair in the fries I contacted support and they sent me coupons in the mail, but after this time I for sure won’t be coming back.3 months agoThis unit has improved so much . Literally the absolute worst Manager ever. Ordered DoorDash received a cheeseburger with rock hard bread and the cheese on it was the color of cheese that has been left out. It wasn’t melted. I went back to the drive thru to get a cheeseburger for my 2 year daughter and she told me there was NOTHING SHE COULD DO FOR Me that I needed to go through the third party. I said what do you mean third party!?? I’m at a McDonald’s ordering my 2 year old a cheeseburger she just wants her cheeseburger!! She told me there’s nothing I can do, you have to go through a third party!! She shut the speaker off refusing to help me. I just wanted to feed my 2 year old. I remember McDonald’s as a child being my favorite place to go. Where smiles were made, I thought talking to a manager she would care right??!? Wrong! I drove up anyways in tears begging for this cheeseburger for my autistic 2 year old daughter. I received it. But it’s insane, I have always loved McDonald’s. But hire people who care to listen, who care to serve you. I wasn’t asking for my whole order to be remade. I simply asked for another cheeseburger. She wouldn’t even look at it or replace it or reorder it for me. SAD!
I LOVE THIS MCDONALDS!!!! The night crew is the best and I wish I knew their names but the taller black dude and the ginger guy with the beard are the best employees ever. There are more too that I just can’t think of right this second but yeah I appreciate y’all. Also they don’t even hate me for getting fresh fries so thanks yall 🍟
Some service in the evening is wack but also don’t order frappes in the morning here they’ll have you pull up to a parking spot. Usually fast trips in the drive thru
Unfortunately, the past few years, this location has gone downhill. Drive thru generally has ridiculous waits just to take your order, then it’s hit or miss if the order is correct. Inside service depends on the manager at the time and again be sure to check your order.
Went in drive thru. Guy taking the order was friendly, interactive and great. Get up to next window. Girl was busy talking to other employee about her night. Kinda thru our food out at us, didn’t say hi or anything. We asked if the sauce was in the bag. She said “well yeah!” And shut the window. We couldn’t ask for ketchup or napkins. Didn’t show us or tell us which drinks were given. One was orange hi c. One was orange Fanta. But food was hot and fresh!!
