a month agoThe food is good and the place is very warm, but the employees have very bad service and they treat you with humor and they cannot serve people and they do not seem to be professionalsa month agoI very seldom eat fast food but when I do I stop at this McDonald’s because it’s close for work. Every time I request my food made to order my fries are old and sandwich is sloppy. Then the lady’s at the window argue with me about it and close the window. The inside is unsafe. If you want $20 raises an hour stop giving customers a cheap experience for cheap food at high prices. I’m done ✔️a month agoI order through the delivery app, so I don’t know how the atmosphere is there, but every time I order, there is always something that is missing in my bag. Can you please make sure that you ADD the SAUCE FOR THE NUGGETS?? PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK AND MAKE SURE THAT IT IS ADDED BEFORE CLOSING IT. And also please make sure the fries are fresh as well. The fries are usually not fresh. That is why I am giving this a 2 star rating. Once you fix that, ,then I will give you a 5 star rating. I am just tired of ordering food and expecting everything,, and I dont get everything.2 months agoI ordered a happy meal with my rewards points and they still charged it because I asked for it plain and with extra fries instead of apple slices, then I lost my coupon plus my points. Also ordered a Big Mac bundle and they only put 1 big mac on my order. I had to return from home to get it. Everyone if you go there make sure to check your order is correct because they always forget something.10 months agoToday, December 2, 2022, I went to this restaurant and there was a lot of movement and even with so much movement I was very well attended and I go to many restaurants in the chain I asked for the password to the bathroom and it was very clean (that was really amazing ) you are to be congratulated and many thanks to the employees who were at the till for being so sweet and cordial to me today success.

8 months agoI’ve ordered from this McDonald’s thru delivery, take out (in store) and take out (drive thru) and this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I rather look for another McDonald’s 10-20mins away than order from this place again. They literally take FOREVER to get your order and it’s still wrong. I’ve previously had 3 Uber drivers cancel on a delivery from here because they’ve had to wait for the order over 15mins (each person). Honestly just close this McDonald’s, cause not even new management can save it.Update: Received my order, burger with no pickles, fries and a soda no ice and a mocha frappe . The result was PICKLES on my burger, the fries are missing, there’s ice on my soda and the mocha frappe isn’t a frappe. Honestly do yourself a favor and avoid this McDonald’s.
2 weeks agoI give up with McDonald’s. A McDouble off the value menu is 4$.That’s just spitting in the face of people.
Every other fast food place you can get a meals worth for $5. McDonald’s is now the same cost as 5 guys but has 1/5 the quality of food. What happened? Never eating here again.
a week agoI was at this McDonald’s last night at 8:23pm and I seen a homeless male attack a customer, this homeless male never should have been there but he was hanging out with the security guard. The customer and the homeless man went out in the parking lot to fight and the security guard just watched instead of maybe doing his job.4 months agoThe place is good, but not so much the restrooms. When it comes to orders I would recommend that you check your order to make sure it’s correct. I had to check mine three times for an order they did wrong. When it’s rush hour it tends to get crowded and people don’t know where the line begins. It can seem and feel a bit overwhelming.3 months agoJust needed a quick bite. The nuggets were refried. Fries were fresh. The Buffalo sauce tasted old. Place is under construction, so there isnt any drinks or ice cream. Dusty. Just not what I expected. Not happy about the visit.

How Long Does It Typically Take to Receive an Order at McDonald’s Restaurant?
McDonald’s is known for its fast food service, aiming to deliver delicious meals to customers in a timely manner. The time it takes to receive an order at McDonald’s can vary depending on various factors such as the location, time of day, and the complexity of the order. While the fast-food chain prides itself on its efficiency, there are a few factors to consider when estimating the time it takes to receive your meal at McDonald’s.
- Menu Complexity: The time it takes to receive your order can be affected by the complexity of the menu items. If you order a simple burger or a popular menu item, it is likely to be prepared quickly. However, if you have a more complex order with customizations or special requests, it may take a bit longer to prepare.
- Peak Hours: McDonald’s can get quite busy during peak hours, such as lunchtime or dinnertime. During these times, there may be longer lines or wait times as the staff handles a higher volume of orders. It’s essential to consider the time of day when estimating how long it will take to receive your order.
- Location: The location of the McDonald’s restaurant can also affect how long it takes to receive your order. Some branches may be busier than others, depending on their proximity to popular areas or high foot traffic. Urban locations or McDonald’s situated near busy highways may experience higher demand and longer wait times.
- Order Size: Larger orders, which include numerous menu items or items for multiple people, may take longer to prepare. The McDonald’s staff needs to ensure that each item in your order is cooked and assembled correctly, which can take additional time.
In general, McDonald’s strives to serve its customers quickly and efficiently. While the exact time it takes to receive an order can vary, most customers can expect their meal to be ready within a few minutes of placing their order at the counter or at the drive-thru.
It’s worth noting that McDonald’s has implemented innovative technologies such as self-service kiosks and mobile ordering options to expedite the order process. These features allow customers to customize their orders at their own pace, reducing the time spent waiting in line.
If you’re in a hurry or have a time constraint, it may be beneficial to use the McDonald’s mobile app or check online for the restaurant’s current wait times. Some McDonald’s locations also offer curbside pickup or delivery services that can save you time.

[My review is based on the Drive-through
experience]
Super happy with this Location!
Very efficient, super quick, friendly cashier and food taste fresh
[SIDE NOTE:
**THE ONE ON VERMONT/MELROSE AFTER 12am CASH ONLY AND RUDE PEOPLE** ]
I decided to visit McDonald’s. As I walked in, I noticed that the restaurant was a bit rundown and dingy. The floors were sticky, the seats were torn, and there was trash strewn all around. It was not
exactly the cleanest or most pleasant environment, but something about it still made me smile.
I waited in line, and as I ordered my food, I struck up a conversation with the cashier. She was friendly and had a good sense of humor, and she made the experience much more enjoyable. As I waited for my order, I looked around the restaurant and noticed that there were a lot of people, despite its poor condition and hygiene.
As I ate my meal, I couldn’t help but feel happy. The food was hot and delicious, and despite the dingy surroundings, I was enjoying my time there. I made small talk with son.
Despite its obvious shortcomings in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, this McDonald’s somehow managed to unite the community. People from all walks of life were able to come together and enjoy a quick and tasty meal. The rundown restaurant didn’t detract from the happiness
In conclusion, the McDonald’s I visited was certainly falling apart and dirty, but it still had an infectious sense of joy and community. Sometimes, what matters most isn’t the condition of the surroundings, but the people and the moments we share with them.
I gave them 1 star because they closed the lobby at 8:30pm. According to their hours of operation the lobby is supposed to be open until 9. I don’t have a car so I can’t go through the lobby. There goes dinner!
Order a large iced hazlenut coffee through the app for curbside pickup. They come to the car and say they dont have hazlenut. I say ok I’ll take a Carmel iced coffee. They bring out a medium iced coffee. I go inside to point this out and they say they dont have any large cups… Second time in the past 3 months they have done this bait and switch scam.
Tldr: ordered through app bait and switch with a smaller size. This mcd scams you.
Surly staff. Fish sandwich looked like person stood across the room and threw the cheese and tartar sauce on the sandwich. Last 6 times I have been there, the ice cream machine was out of service “at the time”. Yeah, right.
I think Mc Donald’s is past their prime. They no longer give refills for coffee or tea. The fries are pencil thin. Plus they’ve raised their prices and reduced the serving sizes so you get less but pay more.
Don’t waste your time; go to Carl’s.
