in the last weekIt takes the fast out of fast food along with a person at the counter telling me they don’t have any money in the register leaving me to stand there for 20 minutes while everyone in the back ignores me. I shouldn’t have to raise my voice just to pay for a meal!in the last weekWas asked “what do you want”. Had to repeat myself 3 times for the 1st drink. The menu showed 2 happy meals. They told me thanks pull forward before I could give them the rest of the order. I thought I’d give them the rest of the order at the window. The person ahead of me paid cash, possibly gold as it took over 5 minutes for them to get him change. I gave up and left. At this point I had been in the drive through for 15 minutes. This drive thru is one that you can’t escape from until you get to the pay window, so if they’re being ridiculously slow, you’re either stuck or you’ll have to drive through the flower beds. This is my 3rd visit to this location and it’s been the common experience.3 months agoNot sure why this location struggles to fill orders correctly. Ordered a cheesy jalapeño egg McMuffin which comes with Canadian bacon. Got home with a cheesy jalapeño sausage McMuffin. Wouldn’t be bad if I liked sausage but I do not and it’s not what I ordered. 🙁 I definitely wouldn’t recommend this sandwich even if it was the correct one. The cheese sauce tastes much like the canned cheese they put on nachos at a ball park concession and there were only two small jalapeño slices on it. Disappointing!!!2 months agoService was a little slow. No fountain machine in the lobby. If you want a refill, you have to wait forever for someone to help you. When you get someone to help they kind of have an attitude like they don’t like it if you ask for a refill. It seems to me that some McDonalds are sacrificing customers service to save on food cost. The French Fries were not fresh like they are supposed to. The inside looked nice, other than few tables that needed to be cleaned. They have a few self ordering kiosks and there was a guy cleaning the parking lot when I got there. The same guy was the guy that helped me with my refill. I have noticed that he did not wash his hands when he first got inside the restaurant. As I have mentioned in many of my reviews, it is hard to get help nowadays which will drive customer service down. Please like, share and follow for more honest reviews. And it wasn’t like I asked for anything complicated I simply said no cheese on my hamburger and one of the fries cooked longer than usual, well done. And they messed it up both times. And when you are going through the drive-through it’s a lot harder to go back and have them correct it. We went inside instead of going through the drive-through and as fast as we ordered they had the food out before we could sit down.
Now it might have just been so good because I was a little hung over but the breakfast was smack.
I don’t go to any other McDonald’s in the OKC area, this one is the best.
Decent food. Lots and LOTS of homeless hanging out inside and outside. Pretty certain I witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot. 2 “crack head” black women came in at 8:00 AM while i was enjoying a breakfast sandwich. The women sat down at a table and did not order any food or beverages. I came back at 7:00 PM for a frappe and the same 2 women were at a different table with 2 other guys. Again, no one had ordered any food or beverage. 2 other tables of homeless people and 3 more homeless people outside. I will not return to this store. You need to start calling the police and issuing trespass warnings. This was ridiculous.
Don’t go to this McDonald unless your into galaxy’s and dye and pissing in they lobby like a man because they locking women in the like lil kids and they kids area and drink machine dirty and they register is dusty and covered in grease with these pissy floors and seat when I got here it was a costumer in front of me that had pooped her self and they still let order and served her and she still didn’t get to use they bathroom like they American women and clean girls instead of making up rules in Spanish you need to learn how to drive the bus and live on a farm before Ronald McDonald and burger king come get you
We went through the drive thru and asked for a kid’s happy meal. They refused to put bacon on the cheeseburger, only gave us one fry (we asked for double instead of apples), and only filled my son’s drink halfway. We asked them to fill it all the way up, and got attitude but she took the cup and handed it back covered in soda. Glad we don’t live in this area because the service is horrendous.
My son was in you establishment ordered his food his order was given to another customer and he was discriminated against by one of your Hispanic he did not receive his food and was humiliated by your night manger. This is becoming too much. So you will take customer money and just give there food away to another customer and be very Disrespectful the nerve of you .
