8 months agoAnother rainy evening along Ravenna Park. I couldn’t resist stopping at my local McDonalds for a Happy Meal. The red box with the bright, yellow smile made me feel a lot better. My Quarter Pounder with Cheese Burger did get mixed up with another order, but I managed to get it replaced. Using the touch screen tablet was easy and convenient. It must be a very busy location.2 months agoWent to the McDonald’s near U Village. Fast and tasty 👅. Customer service was great and helpful! They actually bring your orders to you which was new to me. Love love love it 😍.in the last weekSo I deliver for doordash on an electric scooter. It’s the stand on kind, not a bigger sit down one. Anyway, I’ve been picking up orders from your location for over 18 months and each time bringing in my scooter so it doesn’t get stolen. I bring it in the entrance on 25th, go right to the side by the garbage and put it out of the way of everyone else. I’ve even had some employees compliment me on my scooter and being respectful of others with it. Well tonight I went in to grab an order and some lady, who I guess was having a bad night, told me I had to leave it outside, and I explained to her than I’m doordash and I’m just doing it quickly to grab the order and I’ve been bringing it in for 18+ months. I even bring it in sometimes when I want to eat and I’ll tuck it in next to my table. It’s a $3000 scooter, and I’m not leaving it outside. She told me I could get the order if it was ready, but if it wasn’t then I’d have to go outside and wait, and I politely told her that wasn’t happening. I’m not hurting anyone and I’m out of the way. She grabbed my order, didn’t say a word to me, and handed it to me. I told her I’ll be contacting corporate about it, and she said “we’re franchise, not corporate.” So I told her ok, I’ll contact the franchise owner, and she said, please do.This review is how I know to do that. I’m going to see if I get a response here, and if I don’t, I’ll look for the owner’s contact. I’m also going to contact doordash. I’ve been told by them and uber eats that there is an agreement in the store contract to help facilitate the deliveries as best as you can, and that’s including making it convenient to pick up. EVERY other store lets me take my scooter in, including the tiny ones. There is no reason I shouldn’t be able to bring it in if I’m being careful and it’s out of the way.
Let me know what you say to this. And if you agree with me, please be sure that grumpy manager is informed so I don’t get yelled at again. (She didn’t really yell at me, but I use the term yell as in her being grumpy).
Thanks
a month agoFirst of like to say this review is a reflection on your new workers. Some of the workers their are great. The manager is also very nice and caring but some of your most recent employees are just rude and lie to your face.a month agoSadly, this is the nearest McDonald’s to me and the food preparation is awfully lackluster. Smashed overly dried burger buns that feel rubbery chewy, fries that have seen better days, cheese that is cold to the touch, the burger has obviously not felt the heat of the oven. The coke has a distinct watery-ness to it. I wish they could improve…

2 months agoCan’t believe change staff once again!! Big dude at Front counter named Hector who was extremely unfriendly!! What a disappointment cause they were doing a little better last visitd?2 months agoThe experience was great! The employees for McDonald’s went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. When there was a mistake, the manager made sure I was more than happy by making a great call to help us with what we needed quickly and efficiently! McDonald’s needs to keep that daytime, on-shift supervisor! He is getting things done!a week agoI learned their new machines to order. It’s fast as we entered McDonalds.i like the friendly workers. No one bothered us. Well kept up. Very clean.a month agoGlad the drive thru is 24 hours but when we went, they weren’t accepting credit or debit – cash only. Very disappointing, luckily I had cash on me. Ice cream machine was broken as well, as per Mcdonalds norm nowadays.3 months agoWe ordered 80-piece Mac nuggets through Uber eats and they delivered 40 pieces. The second time we ordered 40 pieces and they delivered three hamburgers. We tried communicating with them and they just pushed the responsibility to ubereats. It was unfair to the customers and we could do nothing about it since we’re on the weak side. Just hope people could see this review and if anyone meet the same situation we could all try to report them and tried our best to get what we should have gotten.

Healthy Food Options at McDonald’s
While McDonald’s is often associated with fast food and indulgent menu items, there are actually several healthy and vegetarian food options available for those looking for lighter choices. Here are some options:
- Fruit and Yogurt Parfait: Made with low-fat vanilla yogurt, layered with fresh cut fruit, and topped with crunchy granola.
- Side Salad: A mix of lettuce, carrots, and grape tomatoes, perfect for a lighter option or as a side.
- Grilled Chicken Sandwich: A chicken breast fillet, seasoned and grilled, served on a toasted bun with lettuce and tomato.
- Filet-O-Fish: A fish filet topped with tartar sauce and served on a toasted bun, a good alternative for vegetarians.
- Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad: Grilled chicken, mixed greens, black beans, roasted corn, tomatoes, and poblano peppers, topped with chili lime tortilla strips.
These options provide a balance of protein, fiber, and nutrients. It’s important to note that while these items are healthier alternatives at McDonald’s, the overall nutritional content will vary, so it’s always a good idea to check the specific nutritional information provided by the restaurant.

My Rant, My Truth… This place omg worst place in terms of management!! What the hell happened to “have it your way”?? Ask for lettuce on the side FORGET IT! Say no onions GET ONIONS! They mess up, try getting a replacement you can expect to be treated like a thief! When confronted with pictures, receipts for previous orders not received as ordered NO compensation is offered and when at the drive thru checking each burger, chicken sandwich etc to verify the order is correct before pulling away your given eye rolls and more & if I tell em they’ve once again messed up my order they act like I’m a liar! It’s awful!
With the price you pay you should be able to have your order the “way you want it” not the way they wanna give it to you! This is a sad representation of customer service! A higher up needs to take note of this franchise! Managers are supposed to set an example for all employees, a mgr setting an example is something this place is lacking! This type of blatant disrespect, suspicion, lack of trust, empathy and deception is a breeding ground for building negative, hostile, disrespectful employees, and further teaches employees this behavior is acceptable! This lack of customer service and customer appreciation has gotta stop! Somewhere in Seattle there’s another McD’s I could visit but “I’m not wanting to go out of my way to get it my way”!
This was very upsetting to write but necessary in hopes of getting change
This McDonald’s is alright but the number one thing to remember is this: you can only enter the parking lot when EASTBOUND on Northgate Way. If you’re headed west you’ll have to go past the property, turn around somewhere, and come back east to get to it.
The last time I was there the breakfast sandwiches were mostly fine but my steak, egg, and cheese was sadly rather cold. This location is convenient to the various shopping and lodging options in the area, and offers immediate access to i-5 in both directions when exiting the property.
This is one of the best Mickey Dees in the area. Only thing hurting this place is whats happening around it and we all know what that is. Other than that its clean, the staff are so sweet, food is always on point and I appreciate their deals, definitely saved me through hard times. It is a staple location for the city given that it is 24/7 like you can’t go wrong with that.
The line is always long but the food is better quality then any of the other ones around ,and if you use the app you can get some really good deals and you go faster through the drive through or you can get curbside and they will bring it to your car .
This McDonald’s location consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience. The service is prompt, the food is consistently delicious, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Whether it’s a quick breakfast bite or a late-night snack, you can rely on this McDonald’s to meet your cravings with a smile. An easy 5 stars!
