Good Walmart nice people inside there’s Burger King and beauty and more. I love self check out it’s easy, fast and reliable . It is a big parking lot, but always busy and hard to find parking near by the entrance .

Great prices even though overall prices are rising higher and higher across the country! You just need to watch what items priced at checkout since they have switched to more of a self checkout policy, some items price more than posted on the shelf! Walmart stated that they may be closing more stores due to theft, I say taking the approach to self checkout is the problem! Sometimes I prefer to check myself out and other times I don’t due to the fact that you still need an associate to come and assist you with some items I’m not ringing up correctly, not priced correctly. Not everyone is familiar with how to look up fruits and vegetables that may not have a scanner tag. It took me a while to learn how to do this. Overall, I think most of us love going to Walmart. It’s a great neighborhood store that offers more than just food. Which offers clothes, cosmetics, accessories furniture, electronics, toys, etc. which replaced the stores of yesteryear, like Kmart, ventures, etc! Personally, I don’t see Walmart ever closing down or going out of business as personally. I don’t see any major competition that they have when even TARGET, has become more of a high end sort of department store! Otherwise known as TAR JE’ lol

It is a good location general. Fairly clean, organized and some stuff is nice. Downside was I couldn’t find a lids for half of plastic storage bins. And the bombshell Walmart still doesn’t have contactless payment. So I just had to leave all the home goods I spent almost an hour to shopping for at register and walk out of the store empty handed.

Service has gotten so bad! I watched as an older gentleman asked a team member where he could find the eggs? Because the older gentleman had his back turned to the, he did not see the eggs. On the other hand, the team member facing the fridge saw the eggs but chose not to help him. Very sad, this is why people are choosing Amazon and other companies like Amazon. After I helped the older gentleman, he thanked me and said, “You should get a job here!”

Shopping at Walmart used to give me a headache. It’s the primary reason I have not shopped there in a decade. (There were a handful of times I shopped online because their Simparica Trio is cheaper than veterinary offices.) My reasons before were 99% related to an oil change at one of the SouthSide Chicago locations, but I won’t get into that since this is a totally different store. What I will say is after cutting up my RED card after being a loyal Target customer since 2014, I needed to find another retail store that had the same items from there for reasonable rates. While fruit stores and other grocery stores had most items, there were very specific items (ex. a brand of dog food) that only seemed to be at Walmart and Target. While social media jokes are constantly made about “shopping at Walmart,” I have to give this place a lot of credit. All I saw were employees working, including dutifully organizing carts in the parking lot. But I give MAJOR props to your pickup team. Unlike at Target on Peterson, this location did not give me any trouble for bringing my dog along. Even the customers left me alone (minus one creepy girl who I ignored) and just let me stand in place waiting for my curbside pickup. The employee couldn’t find me at first, so he called and asked was I “the lady with the little dog.” I was so focused on the parking lot that I saw him when he walked by with a wagon but didn’t think he was my pickup person. That’s when I realized Walmart has a designated pickup area that is FAR more comfortable to stand in instead of the entrance (and away from incoming and exiting customers). I had a second pickup, so I hung around a few more minutes for that one too. The employee (forgot to check his name tag, but he’s about 5’10-6’0, slim build, lighter skinned, lots of curly black hair, looks sorta like a Romanian associate of mine) was pleasant, professional and friendly both times. Although I am cognizant that everyone doesn’t like dogs and made sure to distance the two during pickup, she didn’t even bark. Just sniffed his shoes (before I pulled her back) and looked at him. I wish I remembered his name so I could compliment him to management. Great job overall. If I had known how organized and stress-free the pickup process was at this Walmart location, I would’ve come here a long time ago! When my Shipt membership expires, I may buy your delivery service for the winter months. Thanks a million.

Service was good… but they couldn’t get my receipt from a day prior… they can see me paying but couldn’t pull up any receipt for that time stamp… The management should be concerned about someone pocketing that money…now my trimmers lost their warranty as I’m left with no receipt… even a little candy store has track of their transactions… this doesn’t make no sense…

I came Sunday, March 5, 2023, to Woodstock at Walmart to get two tires to be fixed because I veered off the road. Unfortunately, my tires could not be fixed Sunday because the employee in auto misguided me and there were limited employees to help me, hence, I had to leave my car in Woodstock at Walmart and returned to the city which was 1.5 hours away. I returned two days after and decided to get the car fixed because the employee Danny told me they would be expecting me. When I arrived there were two employees at the auto desk one of the employees went by the name Key and another Larry. I explained to Larry what had transpired and Larry was one of the most professional, empathetic, and humbled managers I have ever met at Walmart. His level of professionalism blew me away. Thank you Walmart for employing such a great manager he is awesome. Great work Larry.

Absolutely horrendous. No one does their job well. Wanted to do one simple exchange and I was here for one whole hour going back and forth between checkout and customer services. The kid who processed the exchange was lazy and gave me a gift card which then didn’t go through and it was a whole ordeal. Despite having the receipt every worker there was giving me the nastiest attitude and they’re all unprofessional. NEVER going here again in my life.

Store just opened November 20, 2020. The staff were friendly, check out is different at this store everyone does self checkout but staff are present to assist. This store has great finds, plenty of toy and bike options. The best spot for grabbing household items, holiday gifts and groceries. There is curbside pickup available and instore.

  1. I returned some stuff today. I was really confused on how to return it because it was a 3rd party. I ordered online and a great customer service. Lady help me and explain everything well I felt so relieved I really appreciate her.

  2. I pick up my groceries and household items often and I’ve have good experiences. I don’t have everyone’s name who helped picked and deliver my items to my vehicle but I do have a few names from the Thank you notes. Lillian. Samantha. Jennifer. Thanks for all you do! You are appreciated! Many thanks to all the others that do the same services! God bless!

  3. Big clean store, friendly employees, and always a diverse inventory of groceries to choose from. Plus, they don’t charge for bags like in the city ?

  4. During my shopping experience, I was pleased to discover that I could easily locate all the products I needed. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and readily available to provide assistance. Additionally, I found the prices to be more affordable in comparison to other supermarkets. Overall, it was a positive shopping experience that left me satisfied.

  5. This company needs to be investigated they aloud people with fake accounts deliver your groceries ,they buy this fake accounts to avoid having criminal checks, and also they are stealing someone’s identity and they are allowing that. If you were once victim of identity theft is because of places like this allowing this to happen.
