Drove out to Walmart especially to buy a blu ray player. The one I wanted was in a glass case. It seemed like every brand was salvage, with smashed boxes. The peraon working there noticed it too but said he’d give me the best looking box. He did and it didnt look great, but I pried it open and saw it was packaged with a buffer. I get it home and open it all up and boom there’s a deep dent right on top of it. Did I want the protection plan? Ya, from having to waste my time driving back to return it and watching them examine it like I am the one trying to rip them off. I could barely even make it out of that prison with my purchase to start with. Boo for being desperate as to where to shop anymore. :[

They started servicing my car at 0851, I was getting an oil change and a tire rotation, the bay was empty and didn’t have another customer until after 1000. It wasn’t ready until 1025. They even texted my phone at 1010 saying it was ready, but they didn’t have my car keys, so I refused to pay. They eventually “found” my keys, so I paid and left. I guess I’ll have to check to see if they torqued my lug nuts properly.

Everyone I talked to passed helping me on to soneone else or looked bothered. Had to ask electronics guy 2 questions, he seemed unhappy to unlock a case by the 2nd question. Asked for a price in the grocery section, 2 associates seemed unhappy I interrupted their conversation. Asked for a girl walking by the battery case and she pointed me to someone else and walked away. It’s 8am. Wake up Wal-mart.

It’s a Walmart, but bring your own bags. That threw me off a bit. Nothing special, not dirty, not clean. Cashier was nice

It’s Walmart!! Really, I have been here hundreds of times. No problems except for today. I am disabled and today I was in extremely lot of pain. I needed a glass case to be opened to get a few things. Literally took 42min for someone to come unlock the door. (timed it) So NO, I wasn’t pleased. What should have taken a 25min or 30min stop in the grocery store, ended up being two hour’s! Still…the store was clean. Employees where friendly and seemed to be doing there jobs. Only SOMETHING happened with the case. I wasn’t the only one waiting, a gentleman was also wanting. Hopefully this review is helpful in not letting it happen to others.

If you are here for games, I would avoid it whenever possible. This place has your most common games, and popular games in stock. At no point will you find a rare gem here even if your life depended on it. The people are also hard to find here for ANY kind of help, even if you did find a video game you wanted. They’re often few who are working and those who are tend to just hide in the back. The electronics department also sits in front of their back end bathrooms, which was reeking of the smell of heroine and many loitering homeless trying to access the laptops for personal pleasure. This place is an absolute zoo, with monkeys but no caretakers.

If I could give no stars, I would. Went for an oil change they had to do it twice because the first time it sprayed all in my engine. They said they cleaned it out but they really did a poor job if they did anything.

Asked for assistance to find 2 products. After 4 employees sent me to the wrong place for 1 of them, I finally found it, totally by mistake. Never found the second one at all. Made it to checkout, machine would not take my coupons and was told “too bad”. Asked for additional help, and after 20 minutes with no one comjng to help, gave up and paid full price for my groceries. Employees were rude, and did not help in any form.

With exception of one employee all others lack to bother to even look at you or smile back. Asking for help well… Hopefully your not asking too much. Otherwise the store is cleaner than in years past and well stocked.

Can’t say much about this place, but it has most of the things your going to need. They have a lot of produce, but one star off since if you want to buy something that is LOCKED behind a glass door, you have to call somebody with KEYS and I understand there’s a shortage of employees!

  1. A quite dilapidated Walmart. It is too crowded, it is too chaotic. There are too many people, and there is no semblance of order as people are driving their carts chaotically. Security and lost prevention staffs seems to be inexistent. Area felt unsafe. The staffs seems to be undermanned and overwhelmed, place needs more staffing.

  2. Found spot with truck parking. Busy place. Lots of trash here as well as all over Denver area. Homeless living in the parking lot. The smell of pot is so strong downtown. But they are more worried about not having plastic bags. Funny and odd. So we only purchased a few items that we could carry to the truck. Love the mountains, but the city is as dirty as Newark NJ :((

  3. Presently going through some growing pains. The store’s renovations are nearly complete.

They’ve stayed open while the work is being done. There are double the number of check-out lines, and even with all of the mess and busyness of the construction, the store seems to be running nicely.

It’s also reassuring to see the employee presence in the evenings to address the issues of shoplifting and nuisance activity in the parking lot. This management team is serious about making their store a better experience.

    Well done!

  4. I arrived and checked in on the app. The Walmart app allows you to select a stall between the numbers one and 12 if you’re parked in the 13th or 14th stall, there’s no option only to select unmarked star which I did. 25 minutes later I called and the employee said yes we see you on the screen but we didn’t know where you were at. Did they call me? No did they message me know did they attempt to look outside the building and see where my car is no the only reason I got my order is because I called and told them what style I’ll be at epic fail. This is not your first day in business. I expect a lot more than that said if not, let me go somewhere else.

  5. Nice people inside, well stocked, clean. They didn’t have plastic bags in any of the self-service checkouts on any of our visits. We usually don’t mind because we carry our own nanobags.
