This Walmart looked pretty charming on the exterior with all the windows, something you don’t really see that often. However the inside wasn’t really that clean. There was trash in the produce section, a rotten bottle of juice, and let’s not talk about the bathrooms. I literally had to walk around urine splattered all around the urinals. The trash was overflowing, and there was tp all over the floor. Poor sanitation overall, and they need to do a better job with keeping the store clean. All the employees talking outside could put in a little more effort on their respective shifts to make the shopping experience a little cleaner.

Not many complaints from my visit. A couple of items had been opened with the contents taken, but aside from that, just a regular Walmart. Seemed clean to me too. Decent coffee selection (which was the main purpose of this Walmart visit). Can’t forget the sugar cookies!

The excellent deals come with a price of customer service and lack of there seems to be more security officers pretending to be customers than cashiers except during the day there are one or two real cashiers not the u-scan that do not like to use the recyclable grocery bags clearly.. I hate the fact that we have the u-scan and the ratio of u-scan per employee is so ridiculous you can’t get any help when the computers go and tell you you need assistance every other scan here are just a few items I took pictures of to show my husband when I got home

I’m not a Wal-Mart shopper. I go maybe once every couple of months. The only thing that bothers me is that they move displays around often. I’m a creature of habit. So this frustrates me, and I wind up in there for hours looking for things. I go there for certain things that I know are cheaper than anywhere else.

Ordered online last few times for delivery due to situation and if I could it would be a -10. Several missing items, smashed bread, chips, fruit and crackers, broken case of water leaking as well as leaking soda. Pay for delivery and they want me to return not only damaged items but missing items. I have no car and disabled- hence the reason I pay for delivery. I offered to send a video but was made to feel like I was not being honest.

When an employee was around, they were more than helpful! But I was in the fabric section to get some fabric to reupolster my dining room chair and I stood there and looked for somewhere in that area for at least 15 minutes. Never found an employee in that area.

Getting ready to cancel my membership. If Walmart can’t make grocery deliveries, maybe they should stop saying they do. One time I would understand. But multiple times is wrong. Especially if you can’t talk to anyone.

Returned an item & the lady at the counter couldn’t have been nicer & helpful. I then did my grocery shopping. Don’t care for self service checkout but a worker named James helped me with the heavy stuff.

Usually always has what we want. But the lines to cash out are ridiculously long. That would be my only complaint. Occasionally they don’t have my cereal. If they don’t have the peach cobbler Pop-Tarts anymore. I wish they had those two items every time I go to the store. I go to the store once a week. This stuff is usually knowledgeable. I wish they still had where you could check the price instead of having to find a person to check the price.

Missing products leaving empty holes throughout the store. Employees clearly dgaf. They are very apparently only present for a paycheck while doing less than minimal work. If the next closest Walmart wasn’t 30minutes away with traffic, I’d never shop at this location again.

  1. Walmart is so expensive I bought so little this morning and it was over $118… Walmart is far from the cheapest! They was trashing Easter isles for summer seasonal items. The store is always so messy and not a shopper friendly!

  2. I walked into the store at 7:18 this morning and went straight back to the baby formula needing to pick up a few cans. What should have been a 5 minute trip inside the store turned into much longer. As soon as I got back there, I asked an employee who walked by for the key to get what I needed. She said she didn’t have one and I needed to go up front. I asked her if she had a way to call someone for me. She went down the isle and told an employee and came back and said someone would be with me in a minute. Several minutes go by and SEVEN different employees walk by me and do not even acknowledge me, much less ask if I needed help with anything. After about 15 minutes, I go up to the ONLY register open to find Joyce (precious woman) and tell her I’ve been waiting with no help from anyone. She is so sweet and apologizes and calls someone for me. After another 6-7 minutes I finally get my formula. During that time only one gentleman asked me if I needed him to call someone for me. I told him someone already sis, but THANK YOU. I get up to the self check-out to pay and the formula rings up for $2.50 more than the sticker said. Lady “working” SCO said I had to go to customer service because there was nothing to do. I go back to take a picture of the sticker and go back up to Joyce. Customer service wasn’t open yet so she got permission to update the amount for me and get me taken care of. What should have been a 5 minute, 10 minute TOPS trip, took me 30 minutes. 99% of employees in the store were rude or very very unhelpful. Every time I go in there I remember why I do all my shopping elsewhere. Absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous.
If I could give the store one star and Joyce 5, I would. She was the only pleasant thing about this morning.

  3. We are big fans of Walmart, we go there often for our family needs. Our most recent trip we were able to get everything we needed for our daughter’s birthday. We made a really good cake and had awesome decorations.

  4. The store no longer replaces the item you order with the value brand product for the same price.

There aren’t always carts at the entrance, but that isn’t always the employees fault, it’s the customers who don’t bring them back. It’s quite rude.

The employees are sometimes on their phones or don’t speak English. Some don’t even know what they are doing or where things are!

The store isn’t clean in lots of places around different areas.

The store isn’t always stocked, but at least the clothes are sort of nice quality…? Things are far too overpriced for the quality and worth of the product.
